• HELEN (10/5): - Welcome to pets. Not staffed at night, a bit of a scare wen we did not get a response or phone answered day of while driving thru park, but turns out they were having staff appreciation and we heard about 4:00 that all was well. Great restaurant/casino/bar a block away
• David (6/5): - The breakfast available was much more than expected. We missed the first day of our stay because our flight was canceled, but the property didn't refund that day.
• David (2/5): - The information on Hotel.com was incorrect. Could not get a hold of anyone when it mattered most. Had to change plans and no one seemed to care. The East Glacier area is a dump so in the long run things worked out. DO NOT recommend using this agency for anything.

• juan (2/5): - This is the worse place I have ever been. If I could rate it a minus I would. Stay away. The booking is deceiving. Price is what attracted me to bring my family here, not worth it. The day of my stay I got a text from a random number that happens to be the owner giving me a completely different address to the one I booked on expedia and yes, we arrived after hours after a long day the place is called the Dancing Bears, a run down, old and smelly place. Owner texted me the room number which was wrong. I opened the door and two poor souls were fast asleep in that room. That a safety concern. Then he texted me another room numbers, we entered the place had a foul smell, sheets were dirty dead bugs under the bed, a clogged-up sink. Coffee was provided in an open cup no filters. Towels smelled. We stayed the night because it was already midnight. None of us could sleep. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights but we left the next morning as soon as we saw the sunrise. I communcated all this to the owner all by text, I tried to call him and never aswered, he said he had issues with his phone and only text was available. No phone number for the property itself. He apologized and said he would refund what I paid and I'm still trying to get my money back for this fiasco. The property 3 Dancing Bears when we looked it up had the worse reviews of any place, but he is not listed under 3 Dancing Bears, the property is listed under Glacier National Park Travel Agency.
• Bruce (8/5): - It was clean and comfortable but a bit old. The wireless did not work except a little bit after 10 PM and even then it was a very poor signal. There were not enough outlets and the microwave would only run about 20 seconds before shutting itself off (probably due to the power extension it was plugged into). It was good enough for access to Glacier NP as it is a good location and short drive there and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Nous avions réservé un motel avec chambre vue montagne. 1h avant notre arrivée on nous envoie un mail pour nous dire que l’adresse n’est pas la bonne et sue nous devons aller dans un autre hôtel avec un numéro de téléphone àcontacter mais zéro réseau… au final nous sommes tombé dans un motel horrible.
• James (2/5): - Property was not as described nor did it look like any of the pictures on the website. Room was small and dirty. A piece of the linoleum on the bathroom floor had been ripped out. They left 3-4 tablespoons of coffee in a plastic cup open uncovered, (I have pictures). When we arrived, I asked the lady at the front desk if they would reinburse us if we could find a another motel for gthe following 3 nights which she agreed to. When we left the next morning the desk clerk called the owner, put her on speaker and she agreed to a 3 day reimbursement. She sent me a text while talking with her to show the reinbursement, ( I have a screen shot), but after 9 days I haven't received it and now her phone number has disappeared ffrom my text list. I would not have rented another room if I wasn't going to reimbursed. I expect Expedia to reimburse me for the 3 days. Thank you.
• Karen (2/5): - We did not even stay. The bed slanted, dirty rag under the sheets. Entry was not safe. Parking outside a side door did not feel like my car was safe. I even purchased insurance on this booking and I lost all my $300, AND the cost of the Glacier Lodge across the street. It was a horrible experience. I will never trust online reviews.
• Brian (2/5): Doesn’t own any properties. - This company doesn’t own any properties. Instead when I showed up it was to a boarded up house. They then tried to put me in a 1* motel with bugs according to the reviews. Stay far far away from this company. I’d give it -1000000 stars if I could. Sadly hotels.com wont remove this place from their website.
• Mary (2/5): Horrible hotel - The hotel was horrible. Breakfast consisted of warm sunny delite warm apple sauce in an open jar warm yogurt tubes an open bowl of pretzels fruit snack gu.mi.is packs of oatmeal. The direct TV didn't work for me 3 days the oven didn't work the towels looked like the where 10 years old pillows were nasty I had to unplug the refrigerator and the air conditioner to get the microwave to work. The grounds of the hotel were very dirty and unkept. The light in the kitchen and the lights over the head boards did t work. I will be filling an report to the insurance for the trip for a full refund. The room was nothing like the picture on your website.. I'm applaud that hotels.com would even allow this property on the website!9

• Verified traveler (4/5): SCAM! BEWARE! - Terrible! This was a scam! The address was fake! The hotel room looked nothing like the one in the photos! The amenities listed were non-existent! It was very scary to get to a town you’re not familiar with and be sent on a wild goose chase to find the hotel you booked. No one answered the phone, we had little to no cell service in the area!! It was awful! Finally someone answered their cell phone and sent us to Dancing Bear Inn…which we had never heard of! We tried to book a room at other hotels, but either they were full or we were unable to get through to them due to lack of cell service!
• Sheila (8/5): - The property was comfortable. Parking was difficult. The place accords the street was dilapidated building with windows out. Someone’s car alarm kept going off all night so didn’t sleep well wondering if someone was messing with the cars outside. The staff was really nice.
• Sulatha (2/5): - This is a scam. There was no hotel when we arrived! Had to fend for ourselves. The Expedia agent was nice to get us refund. But landed up at terrible hotel since it was late to get any reservation. Horrible experience.

• cheryl (10/5): - This is an amazing hostel type room. Internet and television is sporadic but it is comfortable, clean, offers many snack type foods and is excellent for hikers
• Kathy (2/5): - They did not have the right address listed at the property could not find my reservation once I did find the property. The keys did not work in the doors after we left had to break into the wind take the air conditioner out of the window to get the emergency numbers that they left on the door. The mailboxes were full. They said that there was an after bell that you could ring, but there was no bell. She said she’d be back at 8 o’clock in the morning so if we could discuss these issues and nobody showed up the room looked like a 1970 special. It’s hard to believe that I paid almost $200 for it very very disappointed.
• Michael (2/5): - Shortly after booking this property, I realized that it was a bait and switch scam. There is no hotel at the listed address and there are internet threads where locals explain that the owners keep creating new online listings for their hotel to escape the bad reviews. I had many emails and phone calls with expedia trying to get a refund. I ended up booking a different hotel because I didn't want to risk a problem on my trip staying at this hotel.
• Robi (2/5): - This location is a scam. There is no location in East Glacier. It is a vacant lot and the pictures are of other motels. This is a very small town with limited to no cell service so please do not book this motel. It will be difficult to find other accomodations in East Glacier.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Not what we expected - Address given on website is incorrect so you won’t find it without asking around. Owner did email after already there to have us call when we arrived. Very small room.
• CARSON (2/5): - This is a scam, its a company that owns Dancing Bears Inn and East Glacier Motel. You will not know where to go until the afternoon of your check-in day. The pictures are from years ago. The wall paper is falling off the walls and there is black mold visible in the wood trim. There must be more because by the time I booked a different room in town I was having trouble breathing. When I told them I couldn't stay there and was checking out they didn't even respond. • Hadley (2/5): Do not book here - Couldn’t find the place to stay, called the number multiple times, no answer. Host reached out to us to tell us that the place is at a different hotel than the address we booked at. Dead end street with dogs attacking car as we drive down the street.
• RAJESH (2/5): SCAM property do not book - This is a scam property. The address they provided is non-existent (24.8 Blackfeet Av). In the rain, we had to go to multiple hotels in the city (luckily only a few) and one person referred us to this scan run by "Dancing Inn Bears". We went there and found our name is scratched out for some reason even though we paid this in full through hotels.com. They eventually gave us a roach filled room in "Dancing Bear Inn" which we declined. Had to rebook a room about an hour away and more expensive due to last min booking.
• Jeanne (2/5): - The venue does not exist! Beware of this fraud! Address is not valid. Google maps is t right. Phone number is to a full mailbox. Absolutely appalling!

• Sharon (4/5): Careful renting sight unseen - Dancing Bears Cabins- Room was small, bed only had a bottom sheet and comforter, no top sheet, paint peeling in bathroom... Had to borrow a wifi to even have spotty television. The lady was supposed to bring us a coffee pot... didn't happen. We were supposed to be able to park in front of our cabin but because of the tree(bush) right in front of the cabin, there was no room. We ended up parking across the street in front of a broken down hotel. ( Pictures included) Best part of the room was the bathtub but the bathroom door wouldn't shut! We were scheduled to stay 2 nights, because of the condition of the room we only stayed one, sacrificed the money we paid because it was non refundable and stayed at a different motel the second night. Needless to say we were disappointed.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - We were shown three different rooms. Two of them were totally unacceptable! The third room, at least had comfortable beds. The decor was thrift store! Different size beds, different color sheets. One light above the bed did not work, the other was leaning on its side!!The bathroom was clean, but there must gave been a leak as the rug was constantly wet ane we did not use the shower! The worst room I have ever stayed in!!
• GREG (10/5): - This turned out to be gem of a stay. I was motorcycling to GTTS road and this was the perfect jumping off point to hit the road east to west early. Turned out to be a fantastic stay with nice hosts and a clean comfortable room. I had a great time and hope to be back to do it again sometime.
• Wan chun (4/5): - Address of site was fake. After asking 10 neighbors we found owner of business operated a local motel. Housekeeper there called owner, Noel, who had no room for us and referred us to a well-established hotel in another town 12 miles away. The second hotel said Noel called, but she did not reserve a room. We reserved our own room, which cost $50 more than Noel’s price. Neighbors said Noel’s businesses were a scam and she had been thrown off Airbnb. It took us over three hours to deal with this mess.

• Vicki (6/5): - Was clean but a little warm with no AC. Didn’t want to open window for the noise outside/traffic. TV wouldn’t work and motel attendant was gone. There was an inch gap under the door which made us nervous of some thing (snake/bugs) coming in in the night,
• Joanna (10/5): Minnesota peeps - The hostess was amazing. She had us pick one of two properties, we chose the Bear Den. She provided breakfast for both mornings, we declined the one this morning as we left early. Very friendly couple and a very cute little one. They let us use the washer and dryer there.
• Alba (6/5): - The cabin had everything we needed for 1 night. Not luxurious, nothing extra, but an ok bed and a private bathroom with shower. Noel was super welcoming and gave us some good tips for our visit to Glacier NP.
• Lisa (10/5): - She was incredibly accommodating, came out to meet us in the middle of the night to ensure that we got safely to our lodge
• Rachel (8/5): - Friendly staff and clean rooms. Very cool that they were the original cabins. Expect it to be rugged and rustic - but showers run hot and water pressure was great. Great place to call home for a night or two and no extra fee for the dog was a bonus.
• Diane (6/5): - The only good thing about this property ( which is not Travel Agency, but Glacier Motel and Cabins), is the location. From listing the wrong name and address, to lack of initial communication; it continued to be frustrating. Noel and her husband recently acquired the property and they have a long way to go to make it a decent place

• Dan (8/5): Clean, comfortable, smaller, Great Manager - The room and bathroom were clean, the beds were comfortable. The shower was very weak and the room was the tight side for space. Parking was tight. The manager was excellent giving us tips on what sites or hikes were good nearby.
• Bryan (2/5): Don't. Stay here - The facility was not. Ready for tenants TV did not work on our room.No screen on the front window.No air conditioning the heater in the bathroom didn't work.The linen on the bed didn't fit correctly.We did not stay a second night in the manager.Promised to refund for both nights still waiting to see if that happens
• Matthew (10/5): - The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space! We left our headphones behind and the owner gave us a call letting us know. Very sweet local stop. Will definitely come back!
• Charles (10/5): Extreme hospitality. - The owner was EXTREMELY hospitable, going out of her way several times to take care of our needs. She even carried a microwave oven to our room. The room and motel were very clean and was in convenient walking distance to three restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the room was dark and quiet for sleeping.
• Smita (10/5): - I loved how convenient the location was to 3-4 dinning options and almost everything is walkable & felt safe. Host is very personable & friendly. I would recommend for anyone looking for a few days of a lot of hiking and mainly using the room to rest. The area is in the middle of a lot of constructions but my entire experience was postive. Lodge experience
