- Alres (6/5): - The condo was neat and clean upon arrival, with fresh bedding and clean towels. The air conditioning and WiFi worked great, and overall the space was tidy and well-organized. HOWEVER, the unit itself felt very dated and was quite small. The sofa appeared old and worn, and one of the plastic chairs and the table on the balcony were dirty when we arrived (we cleaned them ourselves). The other chair was clean. The building's entry foyer near the indoor pool was particularly unpleasant—very DIRTY and had a strong ODOR. While the maintenance staff was mopping frequently, the mop and entry rugs looked old and unclean, which likely contributed to the persistent smell. Because of these issues, we decided to upgrade our experience and moved to the Marriott for the final two nights of our trip to enjoy a more modern and spacious setting.
- angela (6/5): - First thing is, we were only allowed one parking pass for our room, understandable but they didn’t offer any assistance in helping us find parking nearby ( there is none) so the hotel next door was nice enough to give us a pass for their lot. Upon arrival the check in was easy, just used the door codes. The room wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped it would be. Hair on the ground and stuff.a lot of the furniture was broken, the couch felt very nasty and the cushions fell off every time we sat down. Not a big deal as we don’t spend alot of time in the room.. then I went to bed and the mattress felt like someone put a sheet over a concrete slab. It’s was almost unbearable so I took a bunch of blankets and laid them on the bed so I could sleep with some type of comfort.. the view from the room was incredible, the pool area was never busy which was a plus. The hotel is older but it’s kept clean and nice. Lots of towels were provided in the room. It is a HOA property so there is a lot of rules. You can’t vape or smoke on the property at all which I understand. It was a very quiet area, I felt very safe there. Would I stay here again? Maybe but would hope for a more updated room and cleaner. Especially for the price paid.
- Erika (6/5): - Room not ready by 4pm as offered. When we got there the cleaning lady had just began to clean. She mop we us in there, changed n fixed bed. Very uncomfortable situation. Huge bags of linen all over, bare space to walk. Looks bigger in picture. Comfy and modern.
