- Kanchan (2/5): - Location was good but nothing else was a good experience. No check in instructions were sent. I had to connect with orbitz and contact the contact number for property several times. No response for 24-72 hours. The number was simply to a middle manager who knew nothing about the property. After finally getting instructions, we still did not get the code to obtain key till the last minute. Apartment did not have a working TV - no batteries in remote, not enough blankets and sheets for 5 people. It was really only big enough for 4 but was somehow set up for 5 on orbitz. Carpet was dirty, towels were still in the dryer, no microwave, bathroom door was difficult to close and then got locked when closed.
- Henry (8/5): - Property is nice and clean. Quiet location. Only negative is that it was listed as a two bedroom apartment but only has one bedroom. There’s a pull out couch which worked well for us but not what we expected based upon the listing.
