- Michael (10/5): - I loved the location,and the staff is impeccable. Palmy and her crew are so pleasant. The hotel has small signs of wear and tear but no dealbreakers. The shower had a minor issue with temperature control and the door was a bit uneven and loose. Again, I would stay here all over again. I loved it.

- Firas (10/5): - I had a very good stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and even arranged and paid for a taxi to the train station for me after I missed the shuttle bus, which had departed just five minutes earlier. The only drawback is the location. The surrounding area lacks restaurants and convenient transportation, and it’s a bit far from central Bangkok. Overall, though, it was a very good experience and I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and exceptional service.
