- Connie (2/5): - The customer service from the check inn gentleman was great but the facility itself was awful. There is no lobby as the hotel is supposedly being renovated. The check in area is one of the motel rooms emptied out. The general area is very shady that I was nervous about leaving my rental car outside. I had to walk up an outside stairwell to the second floor and at the base of the stairs was a nest filled with large flying bugs. The outside is absolutely not tended to at all. Once I got into the room, the bed looked lovely but the room was covered in dust and the bathroom was disgusting with a dirty bathtub and filthy sink. The sink even had globs of soap left behind where a soap bar had been removed but the sink never cleaned. For the first time ever I left. I told the customer service gentleman I couldn’t stay, it was just too dirty and that housekeeping needed improvement. He offered to show me a different room but I declined. I used my Expedia points to pay for this room but I was unable to get a refund. I was told Expedia was not able to get ahold of management. Again, shady. I highly recommend to stay away. There’s a wonderful Comfort Inn just a short distance away.

- Mike (6/5): - As soon as you drive in you know it's being renovated. Everything is moved so look around.
Found someones pills on the floor questioning how clean it was. Sheets and towels were clean but old and worn. Taps leak, low water pressure in the sink and the lights were questionable.
The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and the tv and fridge were new.
Ok for a place to crash and go.
- naval kumar (6/5): - property was accessible and rooms were clean with parking right in front of your room but there was constant noise may be for renovations around it and the restaurant or their breakfast area was on other side of the property where the staff was not really ready to have sufficient food on time.
- Alyssa (2/5): - This lplace is a joke
- Peggy (6/5): A comfy hotel within budget - The hotel is on the right track. Bed was awesome. Very comfy. Furniture was nice. But needed another night stand, one on each side of bed. Also a luggage rack is needed. In the bathroom a shelf, for bathroom essentials.
In our case the bathroom door didn’t shut. Frame was out of line. The bathroom fan didn’t do what it was supposed to. It blew air in, rather than take the humidity out. Fan was installed wrong. Towels were not the best quality but were clean. Bedding was top of the line and clean.Staff were awesome. They were very accommodating and helpful within their capacity.
- Amey (4/5): - I was told I couldn’t check in early without a fee. So I went to the mall since I had a meeting for 1pm. Upon arriving at 4, I was immediately told I had to give them $400 cash for a damage deposit since I didn’t have a credit card, and booked through Expedia. Key card to get into the door did not work. The man opened the door with his physical key to let me in. Then said he would come by sometime in the evening to reprogram the card, asking if I would be home for that. He never showed up.
- Jeannie (2/5): - It was very old and outdated..pictures need to be updated of building and accommodations ..would not recommend
- Daniel (2/5): - It was musty smelling, airconditioner didnt work, door was unsafe. Had a hard time sleeping, sketchy place.
- Keith (4/5): - Bad tv .shower didn't work.only 1 cup of coffee. Didn't inform us that breakfast ended at 9.
- Emily (2/5): Don’t do it - Blood all over the walls and smell of urine all over the floor, definitely hazardous. There was also boogers on the wall, food left in the fridge, drug addict yelling at 6am, stains on the bed sheets, the ac was duct taped in, the floor was ruined, the heat didn’t work
- Mirza (2/5): - Main gate always open and no one security person at night.
No one is coming to clean the room and to change bed sheets. To clean wash basin or bath tub
Breakfast is very poor and everyday samr
- Patricia (4/5): - Minimal Furniture. Old and broken. Bathroom tiles unkept.
- Andy (2/5): - It is a derelict facility that seems to be run by people with no knowledge of the hospitality industry. Everything is worn, dirty, in need of repair or replacement. Any repairs are shoddy. Every surface seems to be fixed by spray-painting over everything. The door had no weather stripping. Table surfaces were sticky. Closets lacked hangers. The bathroom looked like it had been in a bar fight. The bathtub was beyond cleaning. Any photos on the website are deceiving. The food in the restaurant was subpar. The breakfast included started at 7:30 - hardly convenient for those who have to do business in the city by 7:00 AM. The reception area is dirty and stained, with furniture that looks like it was purchased from a junkyard rescue center. The wifi was dodgy - it would cut out frequently. TV is not a regular service, but it relies on web streaming services, which often cut out due to unstable wifi. It is clean enough to pass health inspection, but on the whole, everything is subpar. I could say more, but you get the picture. Pay the extra 20-30 dollars and go somewhere else, because they will not refund your money once you discover how bad this place is.
- Nai Yar (2/5): - Washroom has mold, and the room smells smoke/ cigarette, floor is so dusty and you can breath in those dust. Door lock seems unsecured, looks like someone tries to break in.
- Kris Norille (10/5): - First of all this motel /hotel is not meant for travellers .
we come there and stay 2 days I could not sleep properly for 2 days .
1. The area are scary , lots of crack up head people ,drugs , etc.
2. People in the bar stay up whole night and it’s screaming , yelling , and it’s echo entire building .
3. The room was No telephone, the tv are very slow internet , the room was no floor rugs I have to buy my own rugs , every-time when I turn on the shower it clogged up in the tub it’s very annoying.
4. The bulb in the washroom is burn out
5. Inside the room is very old like 100 years old .
6. There is a bugs inside room .
7. I rather than pay extra more money to a nice hotel rather than midtown premium motel /hotel
8. Is not suitable for travellers seniors , and professional people , and a family .
Note : the only thing is nice is the receptionists being polite and nice .
Otherwise I will not recommend stay away from this hotel /motel .

- Harjot Singh (2/5): - Nothing
- Mark (2/5): - It looked nothing like the photographs and I dont know where reviews came from, but I doubt it was real people. To start the locks barely worked. The floor was filthy. Last persons towel and soap were in the dirty bathroom. I had to use my own towel because didnt trust cleanliness of theres. Sheets were dirty, slept dressed on top using our own blankets. Breakfast was some strange looking sandwich in seran wrap in a warming tray, pancakes and very old looking fries. We didnt realise, being newcomers to saskatoon, that this wasnt a good area of town. Dont recommend staying there at all!
- Eric (6/5): - Room was clean but seriously in need of upgrades, which they are working on. Bed was comfortable. Is good for a quick and cheap stay.
- John (10/5): - Great experience booking a flight with Expedia for my family👍
- Hailey (2/5): Fighting for a refund - It was absolutely terrible. There were people doing drugs in the parking lot. Sketchy people everywhere. Definitely was used as a “pay by the hour” type of people. Black mold in the room. Bed bugs. An overall awful stay. If I could give it no stars I would. They needed up renaming the place but it definitely hasn’t changed at all. I am currently fighting for a refund due to how awful it was. My husband and I didn’t even stay 20 minutes. The owners had no care that it was disgustingly dirty there. We have stayed in gross places but this was something else. After talking to others it is clear that the good reviews were faked
- Kevin (6/5): Okay Overall! - It was actually not a bad stay. Room was clean (though the floor could have done with a more thorough once-over), bed was comfortable, sheets and towels were clean, TV and air conditioner both worked. Bath fixtures & tile were moderately new looking but white paint was slopped everywhere (sink & taps, electrical plates & switches). While traffic is heavy during the day, there was less at night so not too noisy. Getting to the Inn was not easy because I didn't see the hotel sign (was it even there?). If you get to the point in the attached picture, you've missed the gate. I only knew I had missed the gate because I saw the sign for Venture Inn. So I had to make a U-turn (in heavy traffic) to get back to the entrance. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was ... more like lunch: egg salad sandwiches, chicken noodle soup, french fries. Oh yeah there were fresh pancakes and the coffee was okay. My main reason for giving it 3 not 4 stars is that while everything was comfy it was old and overdue for renovation. I'd stay there again though I wonder if other rooms were less clean & comfy (going by other reviews).
- Leonard (4/5): - The on line view of the property is not what you see in person. Very disappointed. And a scetchy area with a train rumbling by.
- Jadrianne vener (10/5): - The place was wonderful and the staff was amazing! The manager upgraded us for free! Thanks Ramada!
- Dan (6/5): - 1
- Ruth (8/5): - Though the neighbourhood and building look run-down, my room was very comfortable...large, clean, with amenities (fridge, microwave oven, coffee-maker). The guys working in the office were excellent. I stayed for four nights and would definitely stay here again in the future.
- SHARATH V (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at Midtown Premium Motel in Saskatoon. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality and great service provided. I highly recommend Midtown Premium Motel to anyone visiting Saskatoon.
- Alexis (8/5): - Property was a little rough, our room didn’t really look like what was showed online
We had a really hard time getting the door to lock and the bathroom was not very clean
- Allison (6/5): - The bathtub faucet didn’t work properly. Bathroom fan switch didn’t work, shower curtain looked like it may need to be washed
- Maria (4/5): - This property was falsely advertised regarding updating renovations. This property had no phone in the room.
Breakfast was served from 7-9?
Didn’t have the continental breakfast cause of the false communication from the reception desk who said breakfast hours were from 7-10. This Inn was the worst place that I have stayed in. Big disappointment.
- Jeanette (6/5): - Staff tried numerous times to help unlock the door because the card key wouldn’t work. I suspected a low battery but they didn’t fix it which meant several visits to the front desk for help. The furnishings were limited. No table, chairs or side tables to put suitcase on. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. Room was clean and flooring seemed new. The site offered free breakfast but the clerk said it was a mistake and should be changed. He then said we get free breakfast which was awful. Cold fries, probably from the night before, cold scrambled eggs, cold pancakes and tar black coffee. I guess you get what you pay for.
- Michelle (4/5): - Bed was clean and comfortable
- Megan (8/5): - I had comfortable stay. The front desk was very kind and accommodating. However, I had something weird happen during my stay. At 4 AM there was banging on my door suggesting they were room service trying to get in. Thankfully, I locked my door on the inside and told them to go away and my service animal barked at them and they fled.
- Bhagwan Singh (6/5): - Bathroom door was not working properly
- Cor (2/5): - Horrible rude staff. They wouldn't clean my room for over a week. The place is a drug den & there's garbage everywhere outside.
Definitely don't recommend this place.
- Rolando Dela (2/5): - It’s horrible area location and dilapidated. The room stinks and infested w roaches etc.
- Asma (6/5): - If your looking for a place to rest your head; place is clean and has the bare necessities.
- Scott (2/5): - So they put me in a room where I had to walk a mile to get to and from. There where beetles in the room and bugs cra lung on the ceiling. There was a mess that was cleaned up with a towel. Charges me 25$ cause some vomit they said wouldn't come out of a towel.
I'm still trying to get my refund for the damage deposit back. It's been now one week with 4 calls to the office and they keep giving me the run around.
Horrible place, horrible conditions, wouldn't sleep in my car if needed other then stay there again !!?
- Michael (6/5): - They change the room after 1.5hr
- LaurLei (6/5): Clean but needs some work. - Room was clean but seriously in need of upgrades (which they are working on). Bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay and we got what we paid for and were happy with it.
- Edward (10/5): - Best staff and hotel
- James (10/5): - Nice hotel
- Henry (10/5): - Overall excellent
- charles (10/5): - Best hotel in this location
- Carmen (10/5): - This motel is a basic motel to meet your sleeping needs. The room was not cleaned after the first night and no reason was provided. The bathroom door did not close and was reported by text but no response.
- Ranka (4/5): Terrible service - Bedside lamps did not work, internet was so poor, there was no way to access it at any point during the stay. There was no cable tv and because of poor internet connection we could not use it.
Besides fresh pancake, breakfast was terrible. It looked like leftovers from the day before Italian wedding soup and sandwiches that has strange things in it.
We will not stay in this hotel again.
- Hyeongu (2/5): - Dirty...
- peter (10/5): - Best hotel in this location
- Isaac (4/5): - The door frame not solid and easily breakable If tried. Bathroom didn’t look great and didn’t look clean
