- Jodi (10/5): - Service was top-notch from Check-in to Check-out. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. The continental breakfast superseded all other hotels I've stayed at with the same star level. Hot food was included daily and everything was fresh and yummy. Although I didn't use the pool or gym, they were both very nice. I enjoyed the 24/7 water and coffee availability. I highly recommend Tru if you stay in Oshkosh.

- Gretchen (8/5): Good overnight stop, nice outdoor amenities - Very good breakfast and the staff are quite pleasant and helpful. The only problem here is that Tru hotels have small rooms. With two people, we were always on each other's way in the narrow walkway around the bed. There is a large park along the lake that makes a great morning walk from the hotel.
- Robert (6/5): - No coffemaker in the room. This might be a TRU thing, but it doesn't make it any more acceptable. Air Conditioner made this pounding droning noise all night long.

- Lorel (6/5): - The walls are paper thin. I coulds hear people in other rooms tv's and people walking on the floor above me while i was trying to sleep during the night. I am not a light sleeper. There was also what spunded like pipes popping from the air conditioning unit. It was fine, just not a quiet environment.

- Francine (10/5): - This is a new property so it is very clean. It is not lucerious lodging but it definitely is up there with Hampton Inn or Comfort Inn. Great morning buffet, which be open longer on a weekend Some people like to sleep in on weekends and getting down to breakfast by 9am. Too early.

- Sebastian (4/5): - This hotel is not prepared for small children. The rooms have a very open style, no wardroves, drawers, etc where you can put things that you don't want your small kid taking. No safe either. Bathroom doesn't have lower faucet nor flexible shower hose so if you depend on those to bathe your son/daughter, it will not work. The AC was tremendously noisy and they had to shut it down becuase it was malfunctioning. After that, my son got some fever so we decided to leave one day early. Even though I checked out around 11.30 am and they told me that would be ok, they never refunded me that last night. In general I would have expected given the issues with the AC and the current situation that they would be a little more understanding, but I guess they don't think that way.
- Tiffany (10/5): - I liked the layout and simple decor. Bathroom was spacious, and I liked the glass door as opposed to shower curtain. Temperature in room was adjustable and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food options for a hot breakfast were fewer when compared to other hotels, but the yogurt and mixing were tasty.
- Jacqueline (6/5): - Very new property, but it seems they’re still working some of the kinks out. Pool had to be closed for maintenance three different times (during a three day stay). Temperature in the fitness center seemed to be stuck at almost 80°. However overall, it had all of the perks of Tru: good location with walkable restaurant options, great free breakfast, plenty for the kids to do, and the staff was outstanding!

- Wayne (6/5): - The air conditioning went off sometime during the night so I got over heated. The breakfast offered with the hotel wasn’t very good at all in my opinion. Pancakes were stuck together and rubbery, no waffle machine like most hotels. I didn’t even have any coffee as the breakfast wasn’t good so I felt the coffee wasn’t going to be good either. I know the breakfast is complimentary but it should at least be good to start my day.

A fridge with a freezer compartment to freeze our ice bricks for our cooler is the only improvement we would suggest

- Laura (10/5): A "Tru" Gem - Although our stay was very short (one night) it was very nice. If your looking for a simple hotel for a short stay I would highly recommend the Tru by Hilton when visiting Oshkosh. The room was very clean, the staff was very nice and the area was great. It was close to restaurants and stores.

- Jennifer (10/5): - I was so pleased with this hotel! Attractive and new, with a gorgeous lobby with 24-hour coffee available, and colorful furniture. My room with two queen beds was awesome with plenty of room for both of us to move around, lay out our suitcases and hang up our nicer clothes. Excellent shower and I loved all the toiletries. Pool was nice and towels were available. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only thing I would have appreciated was laundry service (which I would have been happy to pay extra for!). I’ll definitely stay again!

- Zach (4/5): - $75 pet fee? That's literally almost the entire cost of the room. Doubled the cost. Skip if you have a dog. Not worth it. Rooms were small too. I stayed in a different hotel the night before and the other few was $25.
- Kathleen (8/5): - New hotel. Very clean. Almost perfect. Only issue was breakfast. I am both gluten and lactose intolerant. Only eggs had cheese in them. No plant based milk available. Had ham and a little oatmeal without milk.

Pool was not available upon check in but, available the next day. Breakfast was good overall. 2nd day pancake maker didnt work right and the bananas we all very heavily brown speckled and mushy to the feel. Only a few tv channels worked after check in(due to weather i was told) Bed was like sleeping on plywood. Woke up two days in a row and could barley move. Cancelled our dinner reservations and left a day early because i couldn't sleep there another night

- Jeff (10/5): GREAT New Hotel in Oshkosh / Fox Valley - I was very impressed with the new hotel. Apparently it's only been open for two months. (Hotels.com needs more photos on the listing). But fresh looking lobby, open format, great color palette too. Loved the pool table. Nice touch. The room I had was small but had everything I needed. Was appreciative of the multiple areas to plug in technology. Great pillow choices too. Definitely on my list of place to stay when I come back to the area.
