- Katie (10/5): - Really nicely decorated hotel and very clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Our room had 4 little balcony and was the cutest room. Breakfast buffet is smaller but nice to have a quick bite before going out. The streets do get a bit louder until 2 am but they provide air plugs, it is quieter compare to the Main Street. Very walkable as well.
- CLIFFORD (8/5): - Loved the location for a quick tour around Athens core. Room was clean, shower didn’t drain very quick so water flooded the bathroom. The exit light in room one couldn’t be turned off so it was light in the room. Other than that enjoyed our stay, staff was very kind and breakfast was great. We also were able too store our luggage after checkout. We opted for transfer to the Airport which was pricy but convenient. Especially with all the luggage. Thank you.

- Christina (10/5): Fabulous stay - This is the best hotel we’ve stayed in in Athens over the past 3 years. Super comfortable rooms with balconies. We had the smallest category room and still felt very comfortable. Great linens and bathrooms and storage. No hot items for breakfast but still enjoyable. Unlimited coffee tea and water as well as snacks. Location is amazing with respect to shopping restaurants and metro to port and airport. Highly recommend and this will be our go to hotel from now on.
- Lea (10/5): - Our stay at Athens Retro was phenomenal from start to finish! The staff is very welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We were greeted with welcome coffees and our room was upgraded upon our arrival. The hotel is brand new and everything is well thought out for your convenience. The room was nice and clean. House keeping cleaned our room and made our bed daily. It is perfectly located and in easy walking distance of major attractions and the metro station. Breakfast was included with our stay. The staff even packed us a breakfast to go on our last day since we had to leave early that day. Of note for those who are light sleepers. The street outside may at times get a little noisy due to a nearby restaurant however it was manageable. Overall we would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
- Olusola (10/5): Amazing Hotel! - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Athens Retro! What a beautiful hotel with an excellent location. The staff were so kind and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and we had an unlimited supply of water, coffee, tea and whatever was in the fridge in the dining hall. Our only issue was that the bathroom was really small. You had to enter the shower to get inside the bathroom. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in Athens! Thank you to all the staff for your kindness and warmth! You made our stay amazing!

- ANUP (10/5): - Retro Athens We loved the property and our time at Athens Retro. Checkin was seamless. We stored our bags as we got in early morning and went out to a tour of Athens. Staff was polite and spoke good English. Warm and welcoming. Location is perfect if you want to be close to all major tourist sites and the market place plus great restaurants and bars. Room was modern looking, very clean and great facilities. Balcony was comfortable and could easily sit four. Bed and pillows were excellent. Firm and using high quality, high thread count cotton. Shower was excellent as well. Warm water and great shower head. Only downside is that there’s a restaurant downstairs that got loud late (after midnight) and the noise came through. But it wasn’t terrible - the hotel provided ear plugs. I would recommend this hotel for great location, clean and modern facilities and warm and friendly staff.

The rooms were clean and comfortable even though they are a bit small. They offer free breakfast for guests and there is a nice selection.
