- Adrienne (10/5): Exceptional Hospitality and Kindness - We arrived at the hotel very late at night, but the owners were incredibly welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived. Even though breakfast normally ended at 8am, they graciously invited us to join a little after that so we wouldn’t miss a meal. They also allowed us to check out late and relax around the hotel, which was already above and beyond. Unfortunately, I became very sick that morning — likely from something I ate or from trekking Salkantay — and the owners went out of their way to help me. They called a doctor to the hotel, made sure I received the right medication, and kept checking on me throughout the day to make sure I was okay. Their genuine care and compassion made such a difference during a really difficult moment. It’s rare to find people this kind and attentive. I can’t recommend this hotel enough — not just for the comfort, but for the incredible humanity and warmth of the people who run it.

- Lorena (10/5): - Walter is very attentive and the use of the jacuzzi helped relaxed our sore muscles. The room was clean, spacious and nice with hot flowing water and a very comfortable bed. Highly recommend this location! Definitely would stay here if I return..

Walter is such a remarkable host, he truly goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met during your stay. The property looks just like the pictures. It’s clean, well situated within the town of Ollantaytambo, and comfortable. The huge king bed was definitely a plus. I’d recommend anyone to stay here during their trip to Ollantaytambo!

- Osamu (10/5): Fantastic staff and beautiful hotel - We actually didn't get to spend a lot of time at this hotel, but we cannot recommend Andenes Inca and the staff enough. Here is why. First, we had to go to Aguas Calientes (without staying at this property) because our trip to Machu Picchu from Cusco was cancelled. They offered us a partial refund after knowing our situation. They took care of our luggages for 3 days when we were gone. Second, when the process of getting tickets was very difficult, they sent us encouraging messages to stay positive (we were almost giving up), even though this means we are not returning to their hotel to stay. They really didn't have to do any of these, and I am really grateful for their kindness and assistance. We may not have had a full stay there, but it was definitely one of the most memorable ones for sure. If we have a chance to come back, we will stay at this hotel for sure. For us, it's a very easy decision.

The property is quiet and clean, and in a convenient location to explore Ollantaytambo and the surrounding ruins. I would highly recommend staying here, especially for the price and for Walter’s hospitality!

El lugar super tranquilo, muy limpio, la cama muy confortable. Lo recomiendo al 100% sobre todo porque siempre contarás con el apoyo de su administradora. Sin duda el mejor lugar para quedarse en Ollantaytambo.

She was attentive when we asked for the portable heater and more toilet paper. The hotel was hard to find as is new. I recommend this hotel. Has good decorations.
