La reserva fue realizada 45 días con anticipación y un día antes de llegar nos avisan que este alojamiento fue asignado a otro y que nosotros cancelemos la reserva. Les dijimos que no era la solución estando a 1 día del viaje. Nos dieron como solución 2 departamentos uno de 1 cuarto y otro de 2 cuartos. No era lo que queríamos pero lo aceptamos. Nos enviaron los 2 códigos de reserva e instrucciones de ingreso. Llegamos al condominio cerca a las 9 pm y nos dimos con la sorpresa que una habitación estaba sucia sin limpieza y la de 2 cuartos no aceptaba la clave de ingreso. Tuvimos q pedir ayuda a la seguridad del condominio para acceder a Casiola el anfitrión. Ya que la respuesta era que se habían cancelado horas antes. Lo cual era falso porque no había prueba de que nosotros habíamos cancelado. Al ver evidencia que ellos habían hecho las cancelaciones unilateralmente, nos dieron como salida pagar nuevamente otra reserva en otra plataforma en Airbnb. Lo cual tuvimos que aceptar siendo muy tarde cercana a las 12 noche con niños y no teníamos donde quedarnos. Espero me hagan la devolución del pago por un alojamiento que nunca me dieron. Muy mala experiencia un maltrato. Gracias

Was very pleased until now, casiola mgmt took over several units.. and service was not up to standard, no towels, no toilet paper, problem with the ac unit not working in several units. Hard to get in touch with casialo mgmt. Would not recommend renting thru casialo.
