- Marilyn (10/5): - It was a beautifully designed hotel. A feeling of calm and quiet. The room was peaceful and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and staff here friendly and attentive. The only criticism we had was that the lighting in sink vanity area was really bad. Almost impossible to put on makeup or take eye contacts in and out and no hooks or towel bars for towels in sink vanity area.
- WAI HANG (8/5): - overall very good, except some difficulties to move the luggages for check out as it is required to change the lifts to reach the room (there are stairs but not flat road to move the luggages)
- Josephine (10/5): - The hotel was very convenient. Right by the train station and in walking distance to everything. The vaporetto is right outside and the bus station is just 10min away. We were there for 3 nights and the breakfast was included and very good. Water was available for us in the room. The only complaint is the noise from the street below. There’s not much insulation in the walls or the windows. The air conditioning was great especially from those hot temperatures outside. The rooms are always clean when we come back everyday. It’s a very nice place to stay. The newly renovation makes it feel cleaner and newer. The staff are not very helpful with the area. He tried to tell me misinformation about the strike while we were there. Luckily we researched and checked it properly.
- Yulia (10/5): - Nice, clean, well designed and welcoming hotel. Crispy white bedding. Real size bathroom and rainshower. Bottled water, everything for making tea and a good, l mean GOOD, coffee in your room. Delicious breakfast served indoors or outside in sophisticated garden.
- Mariano (10/5): - Beautifully renovated property and contemporary design. All staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was tasty and complete. 2mins walk from train station and easily walkable to all major attractions.

- Murtaza (10/5): Great hotel, great service , great location! - Great hotel, clean , modern and has a spacious garden at the back with seatings, the best part being its a 3 min walk from the station, we stayed in 2 bedrooms.
- Wendy (8/5): - Stay at this hotel was top quality besides the fact that they ran out of slippers. The hotel was clean, substantial space in room and washroom. Location was great. Walkable distance to Santa Lucia and Piazzale Roma. San Marco 30mins walk away but a nice walk. Close to the Fondamenta Nove for ferries to Murano/Burano. Great stay! Definitely recommend.

- Gianni (10/5): Venezia senza pensieri - Hotel con le caratteristiche, dalle le sue stelle, ma non va al risparmio, benvenuto con il frigo pieno di snack, caffè e te gratuito, ciabatte di cortesia, il personale molto alla mano, senza nessuna scocciatura, se si chiede il cappuccino chiaro se arriva al top. Buoni gli spazi esterni per rilassarsi. Merita provare la esperienza!
