- NATALIA (8/5): Equipe despreparada - En modo geral a estadia foi boa. Porém a equipe é despreparada para recebimento de hóspede. Na recepção me deparei com uma conversa calorosa entre recepcionista e camareira, que hóspede nenhum poderia presenciar pelo tom da conversa. Repeti minhas informações de quantidade de pessoas no quarto mais de 6x… Comunicação zero com a recepção do hotel, te passam telefone e whats mas não respondem e deixam o robô automático com respostas que não são o que vc precisa. Me cobraram ainda taxa de serviço, sendo que nem o cobertor que precisei eles entregaram, e o gran final que o manobrista nem se quer me ajudou a colocar as malas no carro.
- Felipe (6/5): Bom, mas pode melhorar muito - Pontos negativos: Geladeira desabastecida, Ar condicionado em manutenção, cama de casal pequena, cama de solteiro para criança é um colchão no chão, café da manhã nota 5 com poucas frutas/variedades.
Pontos positivos: recreação, piscina e a vista.
Melhorar a gestão do hotel e restaurante
- Celio (6/5): hotel SOFT OPENING - Hotel muito bom mas devido estar recem inaugurado ainda deixa a desejar alguns aspectos, tipo achamos muito poucos funcionarios e muita dificuldade em se comunicar com a recepcao, a Jacuzzi da piscina estava quebrada e a piscina no primeiro dia nao estava aquecendo, e tambem tinha a questao do caminhao pipa todo dia atrapalhando a entrada e saida de veiculos.
- Carlos Augusto (4/5): - Hotel novo do tipo multipropriedade. Equipe muito perdida na operação. No check out não achavam meu pagamento, que fiz fisicamente com cartão do estabelecimento no check in. Demorou quase 30 minutos o check out.
- Ricardo (4/5): Experiência ruim. - Infelizmente, tivemos uma experiência ruim. Hóspedes barulhentos, água morna, atendimento precário. Perdi uma reserva em um restaurante porque havia um caminhão de reabastecimento de gás do hotel interrompendo a saída por quase uma hora. Nenhuma informação ou aviso nos foi passado. O atendimento da recepção é por WhatsApp, mas não fui atendido quando precisei.
