- Joaquin Hidalgo (2/5): - Very bad experience, sorry
- Gilbert (2/5): - I was informed by the front desk that I was not allowed to check in after 4am even if I paid for the room the day before and the reservation was for the prior day. It struck me as odd but I was told that I would have to wait for the manager to arrive to request a refund.
- Stephanie (2/5): - Wouldn't let me check in because daughter just turned 18 and didn't have an id
- Fernando (10/5): - It was all good
- Jose (10/5): - Great and comfortable rooms to stay I would definitely make another reservation again
- Ramiro (10/5): - Bad customer service
- Laurie (4/5): - First toilet was disgusting room was stinky
- Frank (8/5): Fair - Front desk was great. Except when I went to the night clerk after noticing my fridge wasn't working and advised him if this, said I had to wait until the morning to get with maintenance. I had $100 worth of food in my room and some of it went bad. He could have just switched my rooms. Poor customer service by that individual. Other than than, I was satisfied with my stay.
- Edna Rosa (6/5): - Friendly Staff
What I didn't like was the smell of smoking marijuana when I returned to my room. Had to blast A/C in order to get rid of the smell.
- Jose (10/5): - I like it
- Jose (10/5): - I love it
- Albert (10/5): - Great staff
- Luis (2/5): - All i have to say is it is a roach motel
- Elizabeth (2/5): - Dirty all around
- chuck (2/5): Nasty room - Place was terrible. No hot water. Phone did not work , internet did not. No shower head in the nasty bathtub. Roaches in the bathroom,
- Jorge (2/5): NEVER AGAIN. FALSE ADVERTISING - STAY AWAY FEOM THIS PLACE. ITS INFESTED WITH ROACHES. Dirty linens. Dirty floors. Fake renovation. Stinks like skunk
- Joshua J (6/5): - If u got 2 have wifi try u maybe upset. i have stayed here a few times and u really can't complain i mean its a 2* but wifi great in 1 rm spotty in a diff. Horrible in the 3rd js
- Raquel (2/5): - Did not stay. It was nasty the table was sticky. The Wifi didnt work after employee said it worked. Tolet would flus. We ask her about the wifi she said it only works in certain rooms,so we asked her to moving us to a new room
Do to the fact that my husband had to work. She said she would get In trouble if she moved us.
- Justin (2/5): I learned my lesson - The room was dirty, there was roaches.
- Shahriar (2/5): - The rooms don’t have anything—no hand soap, no toothbrush or toothpaste, not even a bin. The staff seem rude and act as if they’re doing you a favor by letting you stay there.
- Alim (10/5): - Hz
- Arthur (10/5): Comfortable - It was a pleasure to have stayed here
- Angela (6/5): - They are currently updating around the property and the pool isnt operational but the staff are laid back and pretty cool.. not bad overall, for the price.
- Gina (6/5): - You took a $20 dollar deposit, even though the room was paid already, you never refund it.
- Lisa (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!! - 1st issue was I called the hotel requesting my two rooms be next to each other due to us traveling with my 18 yr old daughter and two small grandsons. We get there and are told one would be on the 2nd floor and one on the 3rd. I have a service dog and they tried charging me for her to stay. Totally against ADA!! Yes I have documentation. Landed up having both rooms on 3rd floor and elevators out of service. A disabled couple checking before us were placed on the 2nd floor and told if they didn’t like it that the hotel would refund their money!! Then 1 towel for four people in one room and 1 wash rag. In our room for two, no towels. Only tub mats. No trashcan in either room. Closet in room did not have a clothes rod to hand anything up. Tubs were filthy. We had to go buy towels, wash rags, and bath cleaner. When we asked about towels we were given more bathmats saying that’s all they had. Every time we left the rooms, we had to go back down to the office to get cards reset. People were smoking marajuana on the balconies too. Broken glass everywhere.
- Joselyn Alicea (4/5): - The bathroom was horrible, it had a lot of stains, few towels and they were too small. The bedding was very basic, they don’t use comforters. Also the pillows were super uncomfortable and very small.
- naomi (8/5): - Perfect for a quick stay. Riverwalk is like a 20 minute drive. Person in the front is super great! Only cons: Floor is very dirty. Unfortunately seems as if they don’t mop, or use dirty mop water to clean. “Blanket” is very thin, more like a fitted sheet, so definitely recommend taking your own!
- Erin (8/5): - This location is trying to improve itself with upgrades and construction. The pool wasn't open, which was a disappointment as I was booking so I could use the pool. We didn't ask if there were any arrangements with nearby pools. We still stayed there because the staff was really nice and it was still a good place to stay for a few days.
- Sneha anna (2/5): - I stayed there for one night and some scene happened and when I saw through the peephole - a cop was chasing down a man and there was a women screaming.
Also the room was dirty and had cockroaches everywhere.
- Mayra (10/5): - it is always great
- Christina (6/5): - The staff is amazing and extremely nice! Our rooms looked clean at first glance but then we noticed stains on the blanket and towels. After showering I walked around the room getting ready and my feet were so sorry when I sat down to put my socks on. The AC filter completely full of dirt and the shower curtain was brown on the bottom.
- Malivon (6/5): - Property smells moldy, looks messy, feels dirty, and isn’t supplied with much in rooms.
- Matthew (6/5): - Had to crank back the AC because all I had a was a sheet and at 2 a.m. I was not calling anyone to find a blanket. I mean it was fine for 50 and a last minute layover.
- Eden (8/5): - Needs upgrade
But good for last minute
- Robert (2/5): - AC unit did not cool enough and pool was closed. lobby was dirty and full of boxes
- Khiana (4/5): - Very very dirty property
- Jon (10/5): Cant beat it ! - Always come back to flex always greeted friendly and quick check ins everytime. Only thing ive noticed is one side of the building is very clean no smoke smell in rooms. good running a/c. fridge and microwave. water pressure in shower is excellent overall great but other side is completely different. I been wondering if they will ever start renting the rooms in the front of the building above the lobby ever or even the bigger suites in the other building across from the pool. I sure hope so!
- Kayla (10/5): - Ok
- Kayla (10/5): - Ok
- Ernest (10/5): - The staff were nice and helpful
- Kayla (10/5): - Ok
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Even for a cut-rate hotel, this was just not a good experience. Everything was right on the edge of falling into complete ruin. I would not stay again for any price.
- Gerardo (2/5): - Homeless around the area
Many roaches
Smell bad
And manager care less about the situation
- Ayeisha (6/5): - Front desk staff tried to be accommodating in finding a room for me. When I was told there was no 1st floor available, the front desk told me there was an elevator i can use. After having parked near the elevator, I found it had been out of order for some time now. The next day I spoke with a front desk agent who said it has been and will be out of order until renovations are complete so I'm unsure why I was offered an elevator.
The room had several roaches that I had to get rid of myself. The bathroom door didn't shut all the way which made for uncomfortable bathroom breaks. Floors made my white socks nearly black so I cleaned that as well. Lots of hairs in the shower, near the ceiling.
On a positive note, they had nice staff and hot water.
- Mercedes (2/5): - Rooms are not clean, AC don’t work properly, no elevators, all the smoke from outside goes straight in to the rooms thru the AC. Not a clean place at all, pictures added to this place are not accurate.
- Lydia (6/5): - Room wasn’t as well put together as pictures put. we were put into a double queen room instead of a king like requested. both beds comforters had burn marks on them. was a comfortable sleep while there for military graduation but was not something i wanted to bring our military man back to hang out at. Noisy (long term?) neighbors.
- Ayeisha (2/5): - Room didn’t have a trash can. Roaches.
- Rafael (10/5): - The renovation on these rooms is impeccable. To be honest, I felt as if I was staying in a 5 star hotel.
The customer service was excellent also.
- Luis (8/5): - It had good air conditioning and was satisfactory. Only did not care for the roaches.
- Mark (2/5): - Front desk very rude
- paola (8/5): - Other than the ice makers not working the hotel was decent for a quick night stay . Bed was good too.
- Rafael (10/5): - I was very impressed with the rooms. I had a very different impression of this hotel and I will no longer judge a hotel only its negative ratings until I personally stay there myself I have traveled Mexico, South America and United States. Their melt renovated rooms reflect more space and modem decors that make your stay feel very exquisite. I would highly recommend saying at this Flex Studios. Also, Kudos to the staff for their outstanding custmer service. Great Front Desk Auditor - Rebeca!
- Maribel (2/5): - There was animals crawling on the walls. The rooms smell really bad, like if they had just put a bottle of rat spray. and mold on the showers. I was not going to allow my family and myself stay there.
- Jason (2/5): - I’ve machine was broken, pool shut down elevator broken! No breakfast anymore. Shower constantly going from cold to hot on its own. Terrible property
- Micaela (2/5): - Smells like mold, a/c wasn’t working , roaches crawling on walls.
- David (4/5): - You get what you pay for!!!
- Mario (2/5): - Never again.
- Sedona (6/5): - Roaches
- Mark (10/5): - Mmj
- Erving Isaac (6/5): - I dint like too much humedity in that room and this room had roach make ma wife feel uncomfortable
- Martin (10/5): - Great place to stay
- Verified traveler (4/5): Unsafe and unprepared for guests - You can tell they’re trying to remodel. The lobby is full of boxes. The bed seemed new and was pretty comfortable.
However, there was no trash can or hair dryer. There were 3 small pillows for the king bed. Asked for another pillow and a trash can. They didn’t have any. There was one roll of toilet paper. There’s a sign in the lobby that says toilet paper is $1 a roll. We had to buy all these things for our stay. We also had to buy towels, because they gave two dollar tree quality towels that had thick, black hair woven in them. Neither of us have black hair. The floor was also nasty. And the pool isn’t open, even though they make it look like they have one.
The worst part of this whole stay was that we didn’t feel safe. There are people outside at all hours. People were knocking on our door at 3am. And there was a guy sleeping in his car at the bottom of the stairs.
- Miriam (2/5): - Flies, roaches and stinky. Stains towels.
- Wesley (6/5): Loudness is to much - It was relly loud
- Masayuki (2/5): - The hotel we stayed at was the worst I have ever experienced. The front desk staff argued with me about my booking, even after I showed her my Expedia confirmation receipt indicating that I had reserved a room with two beds. She insisted that her system showed it as a single bed room.
Additionally, there was a memorial for someone who had recently passed away right outside the entrance. The condition of the room was appalling: the floor was dirty and sticky, and both the sink and faucet were broken. There was no trash can, and the room had a musty smell of mold.
In the evening, I observed suspicious activities occurring on the premises, with girls entering random rooms. I can't believe Expedia would even allow this place to be listed. This was my first experience booking through your service, and I will not do so again unless this issue is addressed by Expedia for allowing us to book at such an unsafe location.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Awful stay - Pillows were dirty thank god I had my own small towels only in bathroom and very old again I’m glad I brought my own . Dirty tub very strong smell of cigarette inside too when clearly is a non smoking room
- Densil Augustus (2/5): - My room was not clean bed linen was dirty bathroom wasn’t clean
- Philip (2/5): - It was ghetto there were people selling drugs they were prostitutes all over the place they were thugs running around with guns knives people fighting there I would like to have my refund back I would like to have my refund back
- Nancy (10/5): I ❤️ S A - The hotel used to be a La Quinta, so I knew what to expect from the room lay out. It is old, but clean. I have no complaints. The staff is very friendly and approachable. I would stay here again.
- Lorrie (2/5): Look For Another - Was very upset I stayed a total of 4 days and I didn't have no microwave or fridge no trashcan and then when I spoke with the person in charge all I got was another room and I was going to be there 1 more day plus the room I was moved to the AC went out that night omg was very upset, mad, and just couldn't believe I didn't get more accomodations for all the troubles I went through not even a discount or free days.
- Felicia (2/5): Scary place - Didn’t feel safe. Obvious drug activity at hotel and nearby businesses. Weird smell. Had to drag our luggage up 3 flights of stairs because the elevator was “out of service”
- Grant (2/5): - Property charged me three times. Lobby is not cleaned. Room is ok s you’re getting what you paid for. It’s an OK location. If you want to save I can recommend the area it’s just I don’t like when my card was charged three times. Night auditor is not even really helpful when I called. She immediately refer to call in morning like no intention of actually asking what happened. Like she doesn’t care at all.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Poor property, the room was uninviting, had to look for the lights to turn on bc the switch by the door didn't work. Noisy ac, i thought it was going to break. Very uncomfortable. We had to leave immediately and turned in the key. No refund only deposit back.
- Justin (2/5): - No rooms available
- Gustavo (10/5): - Excellent room
- Eduardo (2/5): - Very low quality room, the lighting was bad, the towels were tiny and stained, the floor sticky, and the restroom door didn’t close. I expected a low quality room for the price but this was definitely under that. Motel is looks like a 5 stars next to this one. Checking was easy and staff was friendly, but the room was not worth the price.
- Lorrie (8/5): - This time around was a lot better just one little errand I didn't have a comforter blanket because since I was just a one day I didn't know what the heck that means
- Megan (2/5): - I booked 1 stay here and the first room they put me in the refrigerator didn’t work so I went down stairs to be moved into another room and the girl put me in a room with no refrigerator or microwave so I just gave up it was too damn hot to be keep switching rooms. Then I was told that there were no smoking in rooms and I be damned if the people in the room next door were smoking weed and I seen about 30 people come in and out that room when I was sitting in my car smoking including the girl who works at the desk. Room had roaches wasn’t very clean. Crackheads in and out. I will never stay here again. I see why it’s so cheap. You need to do better.
- Sterling (10/5): - Thank you. It was a very cozy stay.
- Thomas (10/5): - Restful
- Cesar (4/5): - Literal roach motel.
- Mabel (2/5): - Had no microwave no fridge, it was DIRTY roaches couldn't cancel and EXTREMELY regret having spent money here, the door didn't even close properly. just, stay somewhere else this hotels are disgusting and lie absolutely no amenities this isnt a suit oh also the "queen" bed is about a large twin not even a full. 100% false adv and theft of money and they never answer
- Liberty (6/5): - This is definitely more of a long-term residence as opposed to a hotel. They do not provide housekeeping, and the ice machines do not work. You can go to the office for toilet paper, garbage bags, and towels during certain hours, although we discovered many of the times they didn’t have these items available. Well, they had a thing like mini fridge in the microwave, the mini fridge did not have any shelves or drawers in it and it wasn’t something they were willing to fix.
- Jae (6/5): - It’s wasn’t too bad for price
- Jacob (6/5): - It wasn’t too bad
- jennifer (2/5): - Roaches, bugs, everything dirty ( toilet, sheets, lamp shades, everything). Fridge tiny and didn't work. Air loud and air wasn't cold. So hot we couldn't sleep.
- Lorrie (6/5): - It was great but it could be a little bit cleaner but overall I had no problems
- Miguel (2/5): - Noooo
- Edwardo (10/5): - Good and quiet
- Tyrant (10/5): - Worst issue was I could not connect my Xbox to the internet no password have to wait for a join button to appear never had the chance to play
- Emily (2/5): - The rooms were VERY dirty, and had a terrible smell!! The clean room and dirt everywhere and the bathroom didn't even have a trash can. The tub and toilet were all brown and stained. 0/10 stars
- Tanya (2/5): - Unsafe property with dirty sheets and towe
- Jae (6/5): - It wasn’t terrible but decent for price
- Joe (2/5): - The property was noisy, there was constant foot traffic, the cops patrolled the area twice and random people knocked at our door. I’m sorry we had to leave to another hotel.
- Maria (10/5): - I had the best experience with staff and the room was perfect
- Teralynn (2/5): - Absolutely the most disgraceful place I’ve ever seen
