• TIM (2/5): - The sheets didnt fit the bed. Our room door was open when we got to our room. Bed was more like a cott, the pillows horrible. No water pressure at all. Couldnt get the soap off our bodies. Got soap in my eyes not enough pressure to cleanse my eyes. No curtains on the windows light can in the room all night. My husband and I left with no sleep and back pain

• Trang (2/5): Worst stay ever - We’ve never stayed at a hotel that provided only 1 towel even though the reservation was for 2 guests and no towels for when you step out of the bath tub. It provided no shampoo/conditioners, no soaps, no hair dryer. There’s no comforter only very old looking blanket. It was noisy, we could hear people talking in the next room and outside. Breakfast was not a break but rather just coffee and small packaged muffins like kid size muffins. The surroundings didn’t look very safe either. Overall, there’s nothing good about this place and we’ll never come back. If we could we would like our money back

The local TV channels in my room weren't working, so I had to rely on Netflix for entertainment. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and kind throughout my stay. There was quite a bit of foot traffic in and out of the facility, which made the environment feel a bit busy. If the odor issue were addressed, it would have made for a much more pleasant stay

Error on their part. They were sold out but tried to set me up with a room that hadnt been cleaned. At midnight i went up and helped clean the room and change the sheets. I am booking another night for this Thursday. Please review and verify with the hotel if needed amd would think a comp of this stay is appropriate.

Breakfast was poor. The 2nd day there was no coffee and they could not find it in storage. The 3rd day there were no cupcakes available. The parking lot had trash in the ground in the afternoon and the next morning the trash was still in the same place. The trashcan in front of the hotel was overflowing. I would not stay in this hotel again if I had another choice.

• Kathy (2/5): - First of all, other guests were having a party, smashing the doors and being very loud in the corridors. Then after midnight they took the party outside to the parking lot to play loud music to the point that I had to call the police at 1:21 a.m. Second, there was no complementary conditioner.

I will highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Tampa area, it is convenient to Busch Gardens, Ybor City, USF, Downtown and an EASY exit right off of I-4. LOVE!!!
• Maniquzzaman (6/5): - Around the property is nice as it's a relatively new building, but rooms are less than average. The wooden floor was soo dirty, that after taking few steps, bottom of my feet were black. Dont they sweep the floor? That's why I prefer carpet. The kitchen is setup without any utensil, making it useless. The bed was noisy as the plastic cover was still wrapped. To save a few dollars, I would not bother to stay here.
• Sandy (10/5): Thanks - The staff there is so kind and friendly. It’s amazing really. It was a one night stay on a road trip. The breakfast is extremely continental so if you are looking for eggs etc you’ll have to go out. All said I picked the right place.
