- yuichi (8/5): - 1.電話がタブレットのみ。 2.外国人スタッフが多いので、一生懸命やってくれているが。 やや意思疎通&ホスピタリティ－が微妙。 3.ベッドベッドのライトが就寝時に消えない。 困る。全部の部屋の入り口すぐの差し込み口のルームカギを一旦はずさないと消えないのは、どうか？ 4.あとは皆さん、スタッフは、 グランディスタイルホテルリゾート旧軽井沢らしく頑張っている。 オ－プンしてわずかなので、非常に期待しているだけに、ホテルクオリティ、サ－ビスクオリティの より一層の向上に期待します。

- AKIHITO (10/5): - 入館してホテルオリジナルのウッディーな香りに包まれる。部屋は広々としていて過ごしやすい。ラウンジでスパークリングなどがフリーフロー、ちょい飲みにありがたい。温泉は空いていて温まった体をデッキに出てマイナスイオンで整える。日常ではできない素晴らしい体験ができる。
