Guest Reviews
- Debbie (10/5): - Absolutely stunning apartment. Very spacious and modern. Communications with the hosts were spot on. Would definitely recommend and we will most certainly book again. Thank you
- Christopher (8/5): - Excellent communication, only one thing that could have been better - bathroom design. Definitely needs a mirror and some designing, it was the only disappointment. Very disabled friendly but extremely basic. The bed and sofa were very comfortable, some nice additions, extractor fan is a little loud it could do with a lower setting or turning off.
- Adam (6/5): - Nice apartment however the glass bins outside were emptied at 6.30am every morning waking us up, and there was no milk sachets to go with the coffee and teabags
- Nigel (10/5): A comfortable experience - Welcoming staff (Jessica) was prompt, polite and efficient. The apartment was clean, soundproof from the outside. The bed and most importantly the bed linen is 5star quality. One critique, no mirror in the bathroom, I had to step out, close the curtains turn the lights on just to shave next to the bed. I understand the bathroom had all the disabled facilities but I am sure even disabled people need to look in the mirror and shave as well. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this service to anyone unsure of what to expect, a fab experience.
- kofi (10/5): - Ticks all boxes!
Worth the price, great location, cleanliness, professional and pleasant support service and staff.
Will definitely recommend this property - it's walking distance to the northern quarter and most points of interest in and around the vicinity.
- Joanne (8/5): - The apartment was decent. It’s in a safe area and near the Northern Quarters and Ancoats. Communication wise, it’s a little bit of a pain to have to message the concierge and keep them notified of your arrival time. And even when communicated, the greeter was still late and I waited in the rain waiting for them to open the door for me.
I felt communication could also be improved when it comes to answering questions. In the description on Expedia, it states that there’s a washer and dryer in the apartment, but it’s merely just one in the communal area on the same floor. When I asked where the washer was, the staff was really defensive and stated
- Tina (8/5): Spacious and brand new - Overall they stay was good, all brand new and barely touched. Nice and comfy bed and sofa. We were for some reason set up in a room for someone with disabilities, so it was really spacious and open - especially in the bathroom, sink was very low.
But it also lacked a few things: no mirror in the bathroom, no hooks or rail for the towels or your coats. A bench or furniture for the suitcase could have been handy, there's definitely room for it.
We were also only given one toilet roll that had run out by Sunday so had to go to a café after checking out.
- Richard (6/5): - The property was clean and spacious.
It had no mirror in the bathroom, no toilet paper on arrival and it felt like an inconvenience to get some and persuade the agent I hadn’t used an entire roll on my first night!!
There is no aircon so you need to open the windows and there is a lot of traffic and people noise throughout the night. A laundry truck pulls up the hotel next door bleeping and banging for about 15mins at around 530am each morning
Won’t be staying here again. It’s a shame as room is nice and bed is comfy
- Sam (8/5): Decent stay - Only issue we had was the boiler in the room was so loud and we were unable to turn it off.
- Tracy (10/5): Good apartment - Lovely spacious apartment very clean and comfortable and great value for money I will definitely use these again
- Abi (8/5): - Amazing room for the price, would definitely stay again
- Jamie (10/5): - Absolutely stunning apartment, very spacious and spotlessly cleaned inside out. The bed was one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in. Will definatley be returning
- Joseph (6/5): - Shockingly bad check-in. Was advised by email that an agent would meet me at 4PM. No-one there. Rang the property contact no. which went to voicemail several times then after 30 min. finally spoke to an agent who advised the person to meet & greet me was actually in the property & they would message them to advise I was there. Eventually I got in after 4:30PM. Appallingly bad. The serviced apartment itself was excellent.
- Maria (10/5): - Beautiful apartment in the perfect location!!
- Hon Sang Tony (10/5): - Had a fantastic stay at Cable Street Serviced Apartments. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped — perfect for a short city break. Great location too, with easy access to the Northern Quarter and transport links. The check-in process was smooth and the co-working space was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay again!
