• Flinn (8/5): Really great place to stay in Prague - Room was very spacious and tidy, and the location is brilliant with short walks to most of the main tourist locations. The kitchen is small but more than enough for a few days if you plan on cooking in your room My main complaints that prevented 5 stars are that there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain, and the ceilings are thin so that you can hear people walking around in the floor above really clearly.
• Madison (6/5): Nice apartment style stay, terrible sewage smell - We were contacted about there being construction and the rate being discounted for the stay. I followed up and asked how we would be partially refunded as we prepaid and got no response. Upon arriving after a long flight the construction was happening until 6:30 pm on Friday, which we could have managed but the issue ended up being a terrible sewage smell from the drain of the shower. It got worse over the course of the stay. I reached out before the stay and during the stay several times with no response.
• Clare (10/5): - Immaculate inside. Everything felt brand new and of good quality. So central to all main attractions and transport links. Modern but with traditional characteristics. Will definitely stay again.
• Liam (8/5): - Great suite, however, communication with staff was not great. I understand they have multiple properties and have centralised a reception telephone number and email, however, not having somebody at the property to help with any issues was a problem.
• Olaf (10/5): - Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem komplett sanierten Gebäude. Sehr ruhige Lage des Zimmers zum Innenhof und mitten in der Prager Innenstadt . Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Prag Sightseeing. Die Küchenzeile ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einzige Punkt ist der fehlenden Parkplatz zum ein- und Ausladen.
• Sou Ying (8/5): - Great location, near to Old Town Square, Metro and shops. Liked the modern decor and well equipped kitchenette. Shame no full length mirror in room, and makeup mirror in bathroom set way too high for short people. Also did notice a smell from bathroom drain.

Each of us enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location to other visitors. Oh… towel is prepared for 2 only so be sure to communicate in advance if you need more than 2.

Walking distance from the square and everything tourist need, shops, restaurants and even night clubs.. property clean and newly renovated, nice deco and has kitchenette with everything you need. The only downside was bad smell from the bathroom and very complicated Tv setup and heating/lighting system.. most annoying was to find out how to turn their logo off from Tv screen to be able to go to bed.. once we managed to do it we didn’t turn Tv on .. but I would recommend the place and area. Just don’t use TV ! Easy 40 minute journey to airport by metro and bus!

• Pier (10/5): Lovely stay - This is a lovely, brand new hotel that is very well located! The studio apartment was very well equipped and beautifully styled.

The only downside is the smelly either old or new pipe in the bathroom. Other than that it was a perfect stay. I would consider staying there again.

• Parvaneh (10/5): Amazing place to stay - We loved staying in this place, it has a central location, the apartment was clean and has everything you need (apart from dishwasher and washing machine). We almost walked everywhere from the apartment, there's also a close supermarket(alberto), the communication with customer service was smooth and they are really supportive, we could do a late checkout. Consider there's no reception in apartment, so you should received an online pin by doing an online registration.

The location is absolutely fantastic — central, convenient, and close to everything you could need, yet still offering a sense of calm and tranquility. The customer service was exceptional. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and well looked after. Their professionalism and warmth really made the experience memorable. The property itself is stylish, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. It strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort, with thoughtful details throughout that made the stay feel special. I can’t recommend The Botanist by Andez highly enough. A big thank you to the wonderful team for such a brilliant stay!
• Samer (8/5): - It is new, over all clean, 'shattaf available in the bathroom' which is a huge plus. Communication is very poor. Ants found in the kitchen counter and the tap in the bathroom was squirting water.
• Sadia (8/5): - I really enjoyed my stay at The Botanist. The building is brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed. The location is excellent right in the heart of everything. Just note that Ubers can’t drop you off directly at the entrance, so expect about a 3-minute walk from the drop-off point. I did pay extra for a city view room, but was given a courtyard view instead. I was told the city view rooms were sold out, and unfortunately, no refund or adjustment was offered for the downgrade. Also, I have very sensitive skin, and the bed initially made me feel quite itchy. I messaged the staff via WhatsApp. They explained that the sheets were new, but were kind enough to change them with a washed set, which helped me sleep much better afterward. Overall, it’s a beautiful and modern place in a prime location, but a few small issues like the room change and the bedding took away from what could have been a perfect stay.

• Dan Christian (8/5): The Botanist - July 2025 - Perfectly located in the heart of old town. Clean, nice and functionable apartment. Communication with staff was excellent. Currently the backyard area is under construction, but we never heard any noise from it. We stayed a whole week and when some of our lights went out on one occation, the staff responded surprisingly fast and fixed the problem in seconds. Will come back.

• Philip (10/5): Prague for 4 days was amazing - Stayed at The Botanist for 4 days when I travelled with my friends and it was really quiet and peaceful. The beds are comfy and the apartment is really clean. The service through WhatsApp is really good and effective! An extra plus: At night they have a small gate with a code lock to be able to get into the apartment building and that is really good in my opinion because then you can really feel safe when you are sleeping. Overall a really great stay at a good apartment hotel in Prague!! I would really recommend this place if you want a clean and freshly renovated apartment hotel!!

Cama confortável com roupas de cama de luxo. Localização em Praga - melhor impossível, no meio de tudo. Pontos negativos: -Ar condicionado não gelava o suficiente de noite -Geladeira sem freezer -Cortina faltando em uma das janelas, portanto muita claridade para dormir -Excesso de email e textos enviados pelo anfitrião, difícil encontrar os dados de check-in e informação da estadia. Solicitei senha do wi-fi via chat do hoteis.com e nunca fui respondido. De qualquer forma, voltaria e me hospedar neste lindo lugar.
• Paola (10/5): - Struttura nuova, appartamento confortevole e ben arredato. Posizione eccellente anche per una vacanza. Per quattro notti mi sarei aspettata almeno un cambio asciugamani ma forse al momento della prenotazione non era ben chiaro. Comunque consiglio questa struttura.
• irene (8/5): - The property is brand new and looks very nice. Big room(we got the classic room, the simplest one ). Had a problem with the lighting that didn't work and it took 2 days for them to come and fix it. Also , on the website ,they say there is daily cleaning (and change of bedding every 3 days written inside the room info) but they didn't clean or change the bedding until the 4th day after we emailed them twice. One of the emails we sent about the lights not working did not get answered . So the room is nice and spacing, in a great location in old town, 2 minute walk to the old town square, however, the service and communication is not great.
