I had been on a organized tour in the province of Quebec for a week. The rooms and breakfasts were included. The room at your hotel cost me $277.00 Canadian and yet the breakfast was not included.

Our food was terrible, we waited far to long for an overpriced burger that CLEARLY was a frozen patty, my husband had 2 bites of it, it was dry and flavorless, my chicken sandwhich was extremely bland, not well executed at all. When we told the waiter he dismissed my husband after he asked if we would like anything else. We did NOT have time to wait for another meal. We were charged fully for such garbage with absolutely no apology. VERY disappointing

- Jacquelyn N (8/5): A pleasant, restful stay after long travels. - My stay at the Hyatt was pleasant, which is not always the case for "airport hotels". The property is relatively new, so the rooms and amenities are still in good shape. The guest services staff at the front desk were wonderful, welcoming, and personable. As I booked through Hotels.com, there was some confusion about breakfast being included or not. Also, it would have been great to know through the Hotels.com listing that there was indeed an airport shuttle. The Uber was expensive. The shuttle back in the morning to the airport was on-time and easily accessible. My only complaint was some hairs that were found in the bathroom, which honestly was not a concern. The rest of the property and my room were clean and very comfortable. I would happily stay here again.

- David (10/5): - It is a new Hotel... at least it felt new. When we arrived, there was a small hicup in that the power in the neighborhood failed. Eventually, though we couldn't check in properly, they did assign a nice room and we waited about 2 hours until power was restored. They had supplemental power for basics, like the elevator and hallway lights etc. We checked in once the power came on. All good.

- Laura-Maria (6/5): - This was a layover stay and I guess it served its purpose. The Hyatt Airport Hotel in Montreal was very simple and bland. I guess I had higher expectations because the night prior to they we had stayed at the Hyatt Grand Hotel and that stay was over the top luxury. I felt that the Hyatt Airport Hotel in Montreal cut corners in terms of room experience. Also in front of the front desk there was vending machine and it really made the hotel look cheap. The hotel had a Resturant but it was over priced for what it was serving. I observed a lot of hotel guests ordered from Uber Eats which is what we ended up doing because it was expensive to eat at the hotel and food options limited. The only nice feature is the complimentary airport shuttle bus that is collectively shared with the Sheridan and Marriott Hotels. I guess I had high expectations for the Hyatt hotel and was disappointed how bland it was. I don’t think I would stay there for a layover next time.
- Colin (10/5): - Hyatt has never disappointed me. Room was modern, clean, and very cozy for a one night stay. Too bad I didn’t spend too many hours in it but I can say it lived up to standards. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating, in my case I asked for late checkout. They graciously gave me an extra 2 hour without extra fees. Also stored my bags for free until my flight departure time.
