- Nelly (6/5): - I booked this hotel for a couple of days stay,the rooms looked great and spacious ,with a 24 hour concierge and it offered Spa services,just ,before l check in the hotel I received texts from a person giving me instructions on how to get in the building,and at a different location.The room we got was very small and not at all like the one I booked ,also the bed is small ,no much space for two people this is disappointing because I was not notified of the changes and I didn’t get what I paid for,was a very busy weekend in the city,so couldn’t find another hotel Don’t recommend this one
- Kelly (8/5): - Very nice balcony, easy to use temperature system for cooling and Heat. Cleaning was completed before arrival. It was clean and comfortable. However, Shower curtain was yellow with dirt, bedroom carpets were stained. No laundry machine as advertised. Sofa, kitchen, bathroom and floors were well maintained. The condo is nice. Very convenient for getting to local dining, shopping, entertainment and hospitals. Easy communication via text with staff members. Very prompt, helpful and informative.

Had to talk to two different parties to figure out out. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The A/C ran the entire time, but never cooled it below 22.0 C. Location was very convenient for exploring downtown.

- Christopher (10/5): - This property was EXCEPTIONAL!! Great location, very clean! I hipe to stay here again when I return to toronto. Host communication was wonderful as well. The in unit laundry was a life saver. Anything and everything you could possibly imagine was in walking distance. My only downside was the checkout process. We almost got stuck in the building, as the elevator only works with the key fob, which we had to leave in the unit when we left. Otherwise is was perfection. Safe. Secure. Parking garage was awesome, and convenient. 10/10 would recommend this listing. Very appreciative of this gracious host and their condominium.
- Anshul (4/5): - The booking was changed last moment ( the morning of our travel, and we were given an apartment which as per the email was an “upgrade” but it was not. We had booked for 4 people but the sleeping arrangements were poor. The main bed was good enough only for 2 and the cheep ikea pull out couch was broken and my son couldn’t sleep well. I slept on the floor so that my spouse and the other child can sleep on the main bed. The furnitures were broken and terrible. We paid 400$ for the night at its was no good . I will not be going back.

- Elizabeth (4/5): - While I'd love to share a review on Lanterra Downtown in Yonge St, this is not possible as our reservation was changed at the last minute to a different property. Despite booking about three months ago, we were informed just days before check-in that the property we had selected was "double booked". Really? We were instead given an "upgrade" to 21 Iceboat Terrace, some distance away. It did have a fabulous view but the apartment itself was more shabby than chic. The bedroom carpet was badly stained, the vertical blinds were broken and the pillows way beyond their use-by date. It also lacked the laundry I'd wanted after five weeks away from home. When the key fob wouldn't operate in the lift, we had to rely on a kindly security guard to let us up to the 23rd floor after dinner. Efforts to contact a Lanterra rep to fix this were ignored. This last-minute switch tactic has never happened to me in all my years of booking through Expedia. Disappointing to say the least. Beware of the eleventh-hour "upgrade"!

- Michael (4/5): - We found the process of gaining access to the unit. The concierge we less than helpful at times. The key fob to use the elevator was not functional. Told the Rental people and there was no response. So we had to Go to the front desk each time we entered the property and explain to the front desk the fob did not work. Each different person handled it differently, One made us go and try it several times, another showed us what to do with their fob and when ours didn't work finally just told the elevator to let us up from the front desk. When we left we could not get out of the garage. had to go to the front desk and get the lady to watch us on camera to get out or we would have to go up to the 29th floor and get the fob to let us out. In the garage a gentleman told us to exit the other garage door which opens automatically. No one told us any of this. Communicating with the vendor was confusing. Had to sign back into the expedia account every time to message them, Finally they were sending email, and even that was a bit goofy looking of an email. You have to reply in the text of the message , if you hit the reply button you will get re routed and have to sign in again. It's 2025 for gosh sake. Unit was okay. very small bedoom Double bed .not a true queen. Had to walk sideways to get to other side of bed.

- Mary (4/5): - The apartment wasn’t located where it was meant to be. The address on the booking was kilometres away from where we stayed. The owner clearly owns multiple rooms and puts you where it suits them that day. We had to uber instead of walk from the train, cancel our dinner plans. Instead of a view of the CN tower we were above noisy train tracks with no view. The apartment was clean but everything, everything was banged up or poor condition. The photo frames and base boards were split and dented. The carpet looks like someone had previously put out cigarettes. The pillows were flat. There wasn’t adequate towels, hand to choose between hand towel or bath mat. Only hand soap. All the walls were dented and marked. The cleaner did a decent job, these were repair issues. Did not receive our VIP perks. Instead, got sent to the wrong part of Toronto. Absolutely never again.

Bathroom shower head needs to be replaced as it was loose. Can see some water damage in front area baseboards. Simple fixes that will make the unit a 10!

- edward (8/5): - Good location, clean. Not enough bathroom towels (only 2 bath towels and only 1 washcloth & hand towel), no floor mat. No kitchen towel and no dish soap. Getting the keys for the apartment was a bit confusing because the key was not located at the premises; I had to go to a key cafe located at a local corner store about a half mile away to retrieve it. Parking was included but clearer directions need to be updated with respect to opening garage doors and using the key fob.

Ive asked for it multiple times with no response. The place was so gross I was afraid to shower there so just slept with my clothes on.

- Carly (4/5): Do not bother! Horrible for $350 a night. - Not a good experience. There are 3 elevators for 48 floors of rooms. Long waits for the elevator and the check in process took longer than 30 minutes. Room itself looked fine at first but the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly and the floors and walls were gross, covered in dust and hair. There were exposed electrical in the living room and the blinds were half missing. It was impossible to sleep with only half the blinds available in both the living room and bedroom. Will not stay again and will not recommend.

Answer your phones and be transparent about why were to moved to a different property.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Location, location, location - We typically stay in hotels, so this was a first for us to stay in an apartment. The owner's instructions were very detailed, and the owner was very friendly and responded quickly when we had questions. The layout of the apartment was great and the apartment had that comfortable homey feel. The big thing with this one...location, location, location. First of all, the views when you look out the window were incredible. With where the building and the room are situated, it looks like the highway goes right under the building. However, when doors and windows are closed, you don't hear the noise. We didn't need to drive once there...it is a short walk to the waterfront, other Toronto attractions, shopping, restaurants, etc. We walked to the nearby Farm Boy grocery store and got all what we needed to make breakfast in the apartment. Highly recommended!

- Gregory (10/5): - This place has a gym but the gym is not accessible to non-residents of the condominium. I thought it would be and it was a hard to get a decent workout in. The key fob for parking is a little tricky, it caused a few headaches and the front desk will not help you if you are not a resident. Overall the person communicating with the booking was very attentive and provided good communication and service. I would recommend this place but since I enjoy my exercise immensely the lack of a decent facility for non-residents, I probably will not book it again because of this but every other reason would be a good reason to book. Thank you for this day it was very clean and served my needs.

The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to top attractions, restaurants, and transit. The building itself is modern and well-maintained, offering great amenities like a fitness center and stunning city views.
- John (6/5): - Great location, walkable to Union Station and many of Torontos best attractions. Not a regular hotel room so offered huge amount of space for travelers. VERY difficult check in process. The "Concierge" is actually a contracted, agency "Security Guard" who knew little to nothing about the building. The young lady "working" the evening of our arrival was unable to answer BASIC questions related to accessing the building, for example she did not know how to enter the parking garage, OR what street the garage entrance and exits are located. She was also unable to direct us to stairwell locations. We ended up stuck in the elevator, which was extremely unsettling and uncomfortable!! We actually had to activate the "call" button in the elevator and involve the third-party elevator service to exit the elevator. FORTUNATELY, that gentleman was very helpful and was able to provide a resolution remotely.

- Virginia (4/5): - Having a patio is good! Place is clean, however it shouldn’t be listed as 2 Br place. It’s 1 br with den. The other br was a crawl bed. It’s not a br. Doors are broken. Door Lock is broken at the sliding door. Would not recommend this place to relatives and friends.
- Liane (10/5): - Apartment was great! Lovely terrace, all the amenities you would need, very clean. Location was great.
- Richard (8/5): - The property was great, just the building itself was under renovations and we didn’t have access to the gym or pool. I will definitely be returning.
- Anniksha (8/5): - The place is great, clean, and very comfortable. A few things to keep in mind: the lift is very slow, so add 15–20 minutes to your schedule. The laundry machines are there but no detergent is provided. Getting the keys and into the apartment takes a bit of time but it’s doable. Overall, a really good stay with a few small hassles. If you’re looking for a great view and prime location, it’s a solid choice.

- Robyn (8/5): - We absolutely loved that it was Central downtown we were able to get to where we wanted to go and be successful at getting there so,that was obviously a plus. the only "downside" I will possibly say about this place is the elevators are a little scary and I think because some of the apartments aren't used as often than the tap stink a little but besides that everything was great

- Romain (8/5): - Overall great. Clean & as advertised. Door opening process was slightly complicated & blinds in the bedroom did not fully close, sunlight widely came in around 5:30am.
- Kenneth (10/5): - Beautiful and clean apartment with a great pool and hot tub. We felt very safe and comfortable. Downtown Toronto landmarks were within walking distance. Parking spot was secure and easy to access. Owner was easy to communicate with, and even after checkout was able to help us after my 10 yr old daughter forgot her purse. She was devastated but relieved that we were able to go back and grab it:) Will definitely stay again!
- Agnes (10/5): - This unit has everrthing you need for a comfortable stay including washer and dryer. You have a view of the railway and tall buildings from the 36th floor. Good location and walkable to main attractions. Free parking is a big plus. There are renovations going on so the hallway and wall look dirty.

- Chelsea (10/5): - The host was very responsive! Super nice and the place was very nice. Located in the heart of downtown and so convenient for so many things. The elevators on the property was slow at time but for the most part not the worst as it is a huge building. Definitely would recommend.
- Janet (8/5): - So this property was an AirB&B which we did not know when we signed up. We by chance, were upgrade to another property which was on the 27 floor right beside old Fort York and afew blocks from CN tower which was great. The views were good and the apartment neat so we were very pleased.
