- Donald (6/5): - Their transportation is a mess. Arranged to and from airport transfers and both had problems. Arriving into Istanbul, they said that I must call to notify that I arrived so they could send the ride and that there are plenty of WiFi hotspots around. I couldn’t get access as every network had problems. Eventually, I had to get a local taxi. Next, I arranged for transfer back to the airport at 1pm. The driver was late which put me behind schedule. The room was fine for one night. The shower head was great with hot water. I’ll find elsewhere to stay next time.

It's in a small area which is undergoing a fair amount of construction, but stiil, it's walkable and there are several places to eat, and also a couple of nice supermarkets. Because it's close to the airport there's obviously a lot of flight traffic, hence noise. It's a good hotel though, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a family stay. Location near the airport is very convenient, yet the atmosphere inside the hotel is peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and overall the service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone traveling through or staying near the airport. Truly a superb experience we will definitely come back again.

- Liudmila (10/5): Above and Beyond Hospitality! - We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, beautifully arranged, and our room looked brand new after being fully remodeled. The staff made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Since we had an early flight the next morning, we thought we’d miss out on the complimentary breakfast, but the staff went above and beyond. They offered us freshly made sandwiches and even made us Turkish coffee to go. They also arranged our airport transfer at a very fair price, and the ride even came with a full bar service! Everything about our experience was perfect. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend this hotel!

- Gona (4/5): Not recommended for the tourists - This hotel gave us one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had while traveling. I reserved a room for 3 adults, but because one of the adults in our group arrived just a few hours later, the front desk forced us to book another room for him. They even said that if we didn’t, he would have to stay in the lobby. This was extremely unprofessional, unfair, and felt like they were taking advantage of us as tourists. To make things worse, the man at the front desk screamed at me in front of my children. My kids were terrified and had a very bad experience—they were shaken and scared the entire evening. No parent should have to see their children treated this way at a hotel where we are supposed to feel safe and welcomed. Yes, the hotel is clean, and one young staff member was kind and helped me with my suitcases since I had children with me. But that small kindness cannot make up for the unprofessional, rude, and downright hostile behavior we experienced. I would never recommend this hotel to families. Travelers deserve respect, not intimidation.

The gentleman in their reception is not friendly but the two teenagers are nice. The hotel made my money for this trip wasted because of bad breakfast

- Asiya (10/5): Beautiful room - The room was very comfortable and clean. The area was quiet. However, this hotel was a lot further from the airport than stated. The distance from the airport needs to be verified. It was a 15 minute ride. I paid 40 euros round trip. I think that this was too much. I do not understand why this did not include the driver's tip. Also, tipping is expected but the amount is not clearly specified. The Turkish tourism industry needs to explain this to travelers. I tipped the driver but he would not accept my tip because it was too little. I had clearly insulted him. Which made me feel awful. The whole tipping culture is too much and makes me not want to return to Turkey.

- Eric (6/5): - The property fulfilled what we booked it for, no more, no less - a place to sleep after arriving on a late flight into Istanbul. However, in retrospect, we could have gone into the city that night, which would have avoided traffic and the heat of the next day. I had booked the hotel's airport shuttle to avoid potential taxi scam or need for TRY to pay. They had great instructions sent to my WhatsApp, and I expected that given the very specific details requested (message us at baggage claim, message us at arrival at shuttle location), the shuttle would arrive very quickly. However, it still took about 15 minutes of waiting after I arrived at the pickup spot, and probably even longer for the guests that were already waiting there when we arrived - taxi would have been faster. So it's not a private shuttle, but it was a large enough van to hold 5-6 people. Then we got to reception, and when I told the receptionist I wanted to pay card for the shuttle because I didn't have TRY, she told me I should pay cash and I could wait until tomorrow to do so, so I had to argue with her that the website clearly said I could use card. Then she pulled out the machine, made a feeble attempt to show me it wasn't working, then the manager (?) came around, plugged a cable into it, and then magically it worked. Otherwise, the room and bathroom were both fine, but compact. The staff was generally friendly. Bring earplugs, because the hotel is directly under the airport flight path.

- Tony (4/5): - I honestly don’t get how this place has a 9.2 rating on Expedia. It’s nowhere near that good. We got stuck in a room right under the roof, with a super low slanted ceiling — felt really cramped. It was also super hot inside. There’s an AC unit, but it barely works and doesn’t cool the room properly. The room phone doesn’t work, so if you need something from the front desk, you have to walk down there yourself. There’s no real restaurant either — they can order food for you from somewhere else, but it’s pricey and takes forever to arrive.
