Guest Reviews
- Sarah (2/5): - Handed the keys immediately back at check in and booked another hotel after the person at the desk told us to leave NOTHING in the car and advised to not park in the parking garage as there are no cameras. As well, check in is on the 3rd floor and then elevators are out of service. According to another review on here, it looks like the elevators have been out of service since July.
- Mariza (6/5): - Elevator was not working properly. It was really inconvenient because we had luggage
- Nikolay (2/5): - I usually make many reservations throughout time. This time I saw the hotel, I booked the room. Little did I know that buried under links was information pertaining to the special conditions of checking in. If you plan to arrive there after 8 pm, good luck. The door is locked. Now in order to avoid confusion, why don't you post with big letters and visibly that you don't check in after 8? Why do you bury this information under links?
- Jorge (6/5): - Lack of clarity and communication from Symons. Didn’t realize I couldn’t check in past 8pm until I got a text the day of checking in. Has more of a hostel type of feel as I also didn’t realize most rooms don’t have a private bathroom. It’s just one floor with maybe 10-12 rooms. Elevator was janky. Had to coordinate getting in and out of building through email and phone calls (where someone was rarely at the other end). Wasted a lot of time doing this and their price points per night are almost the same as neighboring hotels. It looks nice in the photos, but it’s a classic “lipstick on a pig” real estate portrayal. Plumbing was super loud too, but probably due to it being an old building. Pros: nice soft bed and bedsheets, cozy rooms, good staff when available, clean bathrooms.
- Blakely (2/5): - there was no attendant at the front desk when i tried to check in
waited 20' and saw noone
- Jason (2/5): - Dude never showed up to let me in. Lied to me about whether or not they had rooms available. (They did).
- Megan (2/5): Too many homeless people - This was an absolute nightmare! I didn't stay here and had to pay for it AND get another motel room
- Cassio (10/5): - very comfortable, simple, clean
- kenneth (10/5): - Unique, boutique hotel. Very artsy snd clean. But small witj community showers.
