• Patrick (8/5): A nice apartment and property - This apartment was clean and well-maintained. We had to request a few extra items since our stay was over one week, and the response was good except over the weekend. We would also suggest better window coverings in this unit as the outside lights shone through the wood blinds at night.

• Betty (10/5): - Gateway Commons was convenient to my granddaughter's house as well as interstate 75. Just 1/2 hour from Sarasota Airport. Perfect location for our needs.
• Tammy (2/5): - It was such a fiasco to check in….it took a dozen phone calls and hours of waiting for a person to respond to be able to do so. Communication was TERRIBLE and although my check-in time was 5 pm it was long after that time when someone met me at the unit to provide the key. The washing machine did not work. The master bathroom has the smell of sewerage. There were ants in the kitchen and bathrooms.
• Olya (2/5): - Scam! Do not book this property! We booked this condo for spring break. Upon arrival they told us they didn’t have anything available for us, they overbooked the rooms. no one told us or contacted us before hand. It was a long horrible night mare. We travelled all day from a different state and had no place to stay. We booked this place several months in advanced. It was devastating. Also they wouldn’t help us in anyway and did not give us a new condo. Just awful. Do not book
• Terry (10/5): - the property was very quiet and friendly. fast response from property manager. loved the amenities and the pool. nice workout place and bathrooms were very clean. the pool area had a kitchen and propane grills to cook in. loved it. I felt uncomfortable leaving the keys in the apartment and the apartment was left unlocked. Recommendation would be nice to lock the apartment and leave the key in the place where we obtained it from.

• John (8/5): Check in. - The combination to the lock box for the key was never sent to me. I was told it was an error, and then they were trying to fix it. The room was beautiful and clean. Good communications.
• Rebecca (8/5): - When I got there, no one had cleaned the room. There was trash in the trash cans in the sink. All the beds were destroyed, and there was towels on the floor, full trash in the bathrooms pee in the toilet however, I will say the manager was so so supportive and nice and got it taken care of the next day and refunded me. I will say that the customer service was excellent. Would stay here again.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great 2 bdr apt! - Aside from getting access and the lag in communication, the place was great! It was exactly what were looking for. We traveled as a family and the separate rooms split down the middle w two bathrooms was perfect. There was a balcony but we didn't get a chance to use that. Pool was nice. It had a ledge for our 2 yr old so he was comfortable. Aside area was great. Food/drinks/ice cream/coffee nearby. The clubroom was closed for the holidays but I think the workout room was avail. We would love to come back.
• Sarah (10/5): - Our stay was wonderful the pictures are exactly what apartment was . The only improvement is to getting the keys . The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big enough for 2 people . The staff with reservations were quickly . The pool area was large and pool was warm. Definitely would stay again.

• Brisa (10/5): Pleasant Stay - The place was very clean and had everything we needed to accommodate the stay. The area is very quiet and easy to get around. We had a very pleasant stay.
• Hollis (10/5): - The property and unit was great. No complaints. The area is fast growing and there are several options for food choices. A couple of challenges with check on but they were quickly resolved. I think I have found our next lodging!

• Holly (10/5): Awesome comfortable stay! - Very clean and nice space. My kids and I enjoyed our stay! Very comfy and nice in all ways. Comfortable beds, nice shower and big bathtub! Had everything we needed! Felt like home. I would highly recommend staying here! We will likely come back next year.
• Mindy (10/5): I’D LOVE to Keep this Secret! - LOVED, LOVED this rental and am REALLY hoping this continues to be an option for us. We were really nearby our parents who snowbird at Fiesta Grove, the amenities were absolutely awesome, communication was so great, the property was so clean, quaint and pretty. We slept so well, loved having a full kitchen and the little screened in porch. We’d love to keep this secret to ourselves, but this place was great and cheaper than the local hotels! THANK YOU!
• Thomas (10/5): Wonderful experience - The accommodations were more than I expected. The apartment was very clean and decorated nicely. The administration was very friendly and helpful. The area was nice and we felt safe. I would definitely stay again!
• Nancy (8/5): - Beautiful pool area. Apartment was clean. Hallway was a bit dirty. Very bizarre way to get the key, and it was not at all comfortable. Was thinking…what have I gotten myself into? It all worked out, but it was very strange.

• Cheryl (4/5): - We were excited at first. Unfortunately, when we got to the condo, we weren't given correct code info, as to how to get into the lockbox. My husband went to our room and the door was wide open with the keys on the counter. The condo had not been cleaned at all. I called the number that was given to me. I was told to come back in an hour or so. We came back and tried again to get our key. It wasnt in the lockbox. My husband then went to the room again, and the door was unlocked and the keys were on the counter. It was clean this time. I went into the bathroom and it was dirty and only had 1 towel. I then checked the laundry room and I found towels on a shelf. They were still wet and only had 1 wash cloth. The towel that was in the bathroom was also still wet. The bathroom had a strong smell of bleach. I dried the towels and called the number again. They made a lot of excuses. I was not impressed and was disappointed that they didn't bring us dry towels, or try and help us.
