Comfortable beds, clean room, and good selection of hot food for breakfast, plus good coffee with flavor syrups and creamers available both at breakfast and in the lobby all day. The pool was clean. There are a few different restaurants within a short walk (I recommend Moe's barbecue), and it's only 20 some minutes drive to the beach. The room had a fridge and microwave, and cold a/c. Would definitely stay here again!

Johnnie (2/5): Just book somewhere else. Not worth the price. - I spent $271 for 2 nights. Upon arrival, the sweetest young lady checked us in. We get to our room and notice there is hair in the bath tub and then urine and hair on the toilet. We also had zero bath towels. I went downstairs to ask for towels and a cleaning spray so I could just clean the bathroom myself. The lady offered to come clean it, but she was the only one working and was super busy tending to everyone else. It wasn’t her fault the room wasn’t cleaned, so I just cleaned it myself. The bed was as hard as a rock also, so we didn’t sleep well. You also couldn’t turn the AC down very low, so we were hot all night. We went downstairs for breakfast the next morning, and there was only one lady working and couldn’t keep up. The waffle mix was sour like it was out of date, and the breakfast was just ok. The trash was always full to the top. I was going to speak with someone about the issues that morning, but I never saw anyone at the desk all morning. There was also no conditioner in the conditioner bottle in the shower that they advertise will be available. I know some of this seems trivial, but for almost $300, I expected more. I would like to say the employees we did speak with were so very nice, so I hate to leave such a bad review, but their housekeeping staff needs some help for sure.

Finally when I called back they charged correctly. Then the kept retrying the charge again. They called at 11 and told us our reservation was about to be cancelled due to nonpayment even though they already had the payment and charged more fees at check in. We stayed for a sports tournament and they were very unprepared for the crowds. They ran out of a lot of regular syrup, the breakfast sausage and apple juice. The food was ok but mostly just frozen food that seemed like it was heated in a microwave. Staff wasn’t super friendly. They also don’t have vending machines so if you want something you have to go down to the “market” to get it and check out with the front desk that doesn’t have anyone manning it. You have to call to get someone there.

ShaTara (10/5): - This was an excellent hotel. This is where I plan to stay each time I’m in Foley. It was directly next to the OWA waterpark. It was also close proximity to Gulf Shores and other restaurants. My kids and my husband loved this hotel. We had a wonderful stay.

Erin (6/5): - We booked this very last minute to come on our vacation early. The price did not reflect our stay. Lobby had an unusual smell as did our room. There was a giant trash bag full of something by our elevator that another guest made a comment had been there for two days. Our bathroom was very clean but our comforter had hair/dirt on it. We picked this place for convenience to multiple things and it was, but also because of the offered breakfast. We came downstairs for breakfast at 9:30 (among other guests) and the staff had already cleaned everything up (breakfast ends at 10). Staff started to put things back out, but we decided to go somewhere else. in a pinch - this place is fine but again, not worth what we paid.
Jermesha (8/5): - My family and I stay at this hotel from July 21-24. The hotel was good area, it was close to everything. The staff was very friendly and nice and ready to help at any giving moment. The room was clean and comfortable for my family. The breakfast time is from 6-9am. The only thing I would suggest is blackout curtain because the sun was very bright and woke us up every morning. Also the air turns off and on alot some nights we were hot during the midnight hours other than those two things. We would suggest this place to others

Chad (2/5): - The only thing great was the location. The beds were too hard. Hallways were dirty. We asked for our room to be serviced and it wasn't. Breakfast sucked! Not plates only bowls. My son got sick from the food. Staff was unapologetic when it came to the inconvenience of the customers. They just didnt seem to care at all. Ran out of juice, milk and yogurt. I would never stay here again. I'd rather pay more money and stay at a nicer facility.
Carson or Stephanie (6/5): - Breakfast was worst I had in a couple years. Supplied very little. No orange juice machine- only water in a container. The food was almost empty but not refilled. No plates only bowls. Two muffins in the tray- never replenished. No eggs. Cereal dispenser broken. Waffle maker- out of batter. And lastly the pool was out of service. For $300 a night it was very lacking.

Harold Dean (8/5): - The staff are friendly and kind. The facility is not as clean as I would expect of a newly opened hotel. The dust is already building up on the carpet and the elevator floor was filthy. The beds are comfortable. The carpet in front of the air conditioner was soaked but the staff addressed it immediately plus provided a room refresh. Two of the three containers in the shower did not work but again the staff addressed it immediately.

Maria (4/5): Overall disappointment - Checked us in to a room that already had guests. The next room we got always felt damp/humid. The elevator dropped a full foot when entering it. Last experience was mold on the bagel I selected from the breakfast selection.

Raelyn (2/5): - When we arrived it took forever.. the workers were all talking among themselves. Literally we were just standing there while they had pointless convos.Then the lady whom I guess was in training took 10 mins to get us finally checked in, which I don’t mind I get it she’s new but the trainer was terrible at it. We finally get a room key and go up to the room and it’s dirty and been used. So we go back down and tell them and when we did we get told “your kidding foreal?” Like really? So then as we told the lady we were in a hurry to get to our room to get ready for a concert and meet friends she tells us our friends better hold their horses… after she always told us for no reason at all ugh imma have to get used to these general managers here. They just fired mine yesterday for no reason” first off.. why did she feel the need to tell us that? Two that is the most unprofessional thing I have ever heard. This hotel is brand new and it absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. We ended up driving home after the concert instead of staying because it was just that bad.

SHERRIE (10/5): Quick trip to see family - This is a brand new hotel. It is located in a very nice area close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was so friendly. I highly recommend this facility!!

We were there for 4 days. When I asked about the room being cleaned I was told by someone else that they only clean after 3 days. Still never happened. I had to constantly request towels but there was not an option for someone to dispose of the dirty towels

And all furniture wasn't in the living room, it was missing the table with chairs and a sit in chair that was shown on the pictures viewed online. They also need more furniture in the bedroom, like furniture with draws and desk and chair.
Trisha (10/5): A++ - Great place, Great staff. Only thing missing was Milk at breakfast. Cereal is always better with Milk. I will definitely stay again if I’m in the area.
