Nicole (4/5): - The hotel was located in a very busy market area and only accessible by walking. The room we were put into did not have air conditioning and was quite musty smelling. The bathroom was not well maintained and in fact dirty with a leak from the ceiling and the hose next to the toliet. I saw cockroaches in the bathroom and a mouse running through the lobby. We were scheduled to stay 3 nights but we left after the second morning.
Elizabeth (6/5): - We felt as though this property was right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of markets and busy streets. There was initially push back from the worker at the front desk saying that because we booked through Expedia it was booked at a different address, which is not true. The address on Expedia is the address the hotel is at. We eventually figured it out and were given access to our room. The only mode of transportation that will take you directly to the hotel is a bike but a taxi will drop you off on the main road and you will have to navigate a few side streets to get to the location. The room and bedding were not clean when we arrived but the staff were very willing to change and tidy things up. For a short stay in Delhi we found it convenient and close to a train station that takes you to Agra, the airport, etc.
