- Monique (10/5): Another great stay - Our stays have always been the best this is our home away from home. It's always quiet and relaxing and Nastasha, I do hope the spelling is correct on her name, she always greet us with great customer service and make sure we have everything that is needed.

HOWEVER, there were NO SHEETS for the sofa bed; so it was unusable! Because there was no one at the desk, we could not get any. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. There was mold on the shower curtain.

Seemed safe but because it’s also a “stay for a while” type of place it was a tid bit scary .. my wifi was down the entire time so that sucked but staff was pleasant and attentive. Everything i needed was just a ride away. And the check in remotely was a bit hard to maneuver so I just waited for managements .. I brilliant ideal as long as it remains a safe space

- Spencer (6/5): - Dear Stayapt Suites Management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the condition of the room I recently stayed in at your property. The room was covered in dog hair — on the floors, furniture, bedding, and even in areas where it clearly should have been cleaned thoroughly. The hair transferred onto my clothes, socks, and body, which was both unclean and extremely uncomfortable. I do not like animals, and I certainly did not expect to stay in a room that felt like it had not been cleaned after a pet had stayed there. This experience was absolutely unacceptable and well below what I expect from a professional hospitality provider. I urge your team to re-evaluate your housekeeping protocols, especially in pet-friendly rooms, and ensure a higher standard of cleanliness. I also believe some form of compensation is appropriate for the discomfort and poor experience I endured.
- Susan (10/5): - Extremely clean and convenient. Arrived after hours and was able to get keys and check in details from lock box. Single complaint was that we needed to used the pull out sofa but linen was not provided. Only extra pillow. Office was closed so we improvised. I would recommend that all sofa linen be left in same bag as extra pillow, especially for guests who are arriving after hours. DEFINITELY will continue to stay at APT where available.

- Herman (10/5): - Love how courteous the staff is. The staff and amenities definitely make this place better than most. The ONE knock I have is the wifi is NOT good. That is literally the lone complaint I have about this place. The fitness center, laundry rooms (bring coins and singles cause no matter how crispy the $5 bill is it they don't take it. It's very safe and for the most part quiet and cozy. The staff is TOP NOTCH though. Every interaction they always had smile and kind word to say! Definitely will come back... Just please fix that wifi so the signal doesn't drop out every few minutes.
