Guest Reviews
- 294evgeniib (2/5): Keep an eye on your belongings - I will never stay at any hotel of this chain again due to their poor attitude toward guests’ belongings and their terrible customer support.
I left behind an expensive piece of clothing at the hotel — when I got home (a 2-hour train ride away), I went through all my luggage and couldn’t find it. I am 100% sure I forgot it at the hotel. The support team told me over the phone that nothing was found in the room. My written request asking them to look for the item received no response at all. I have no idea how it could have disappeared, but the fact remains: I can no longer trust that my belongings won’t go missing during cleaning, for example.
Therefore, unfortunately, I will have to stop using this hotel chain to ensure the safety of my personal belongings.
- devonl882 (8/5): Perfect for a weekend getaway - Absolutely perfect for a weekend or overnight stay in london. Great price and well located. Only niggle is that breakfast seemed a little short staffed, slow topping up supplies
- R1058UNannae (8/5): Cousy, stylish and wonderful experience - Very good location in pleasant, silent district, very close to underground stations West Bromton (5min) or Earls Court (12min), bus is near. A lot of shops or restaurants nearby. Pleasant, warm and nice atmosphere inside hotel and moder interior. Nice and welcoming staff, taking care of everything.
English breakfast, very tasty and good, made me feel full for most of the day while roaming around London. You can have free drinks for the rest of the day, cofee, teas, hot chocolate and bring them upstairs to your room.
Room was small yet enough space for solo traveler, very well organized with a nice design, space for suitcases, small table and control panel next to my pillow to change lights or ventilation, or temperature. It seemed cool to have bottle opener mounted to the wall at entrance.
My stay was pleasant and made me feel welcomed and safe. I would definately reccomend this hotel and would visit it myself again.
- lindaq_11 (10/5): A very pleasant short stay - This hotel was booked for us, due to an urgent medical appointment required in London, so we were not able to make the choice of where to stay ourselves. We were very happy with the room, the bed was very comfortable and large, and there was plenty of hot water for the shower. The staff were friendly and seemed genuinely pleased to see their guests. We asked for a second set of towels, and they were delivered within minutes. The breakfast choice was impressive for £8, although, a sign saying that other types of cooked eggs were available would have been helpful. We weren’t told about this until half way though our breakfast. We’d have no hesitation in staying here again, as the hotel was very good and the location is excellent. However, the lack of decent sized windows was a bit off putting, but this is just a minor point.
- 242patn (10/5): 1 night stay - Easily accessible from West Brompton tube and 2 minute walk to Earls court. Very inviting from the roadside and great atmoshere on entering. Friendly, welcoming staff and checkin was swift and easy. We were given room 2 which was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a basic room, but our sister paid an extra £10 for a standard room, which are bigger. We paid £8 each for breakfast in the morning which was really tasty.
Would definately go back again.
- m0c84 (10/5): Great hotel and location - Fantastic location for the tube into Central London and for matches at Stamford Bridge. Friendly staff, beautifully clean, comfy beds. Options to check in early and leave backs for a while after check out so you can maximise your stay. Will definitely be back
- 692phillipj (10/5): Exactly what we needed - The hub was exactly what we needed, for location and access. Be aware there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but the reception area is open 24hrs
- Bumblebee1791 (2/5): Not the standard you expect! - No running warm/hot water.
Couldn’t check in on time (or even 2 hours afterwards).
Had to clean the bathroom again ourselves.
Huge water leak in the room.
- M6004IMsarahd (10/5): Comfortable modern hotel - We had a very warm welcome on check in. Our room, a bigger double room, was very clean & comfortable. Touchscreen controls for lighting & temperature are a bonus for your comfort. There is a coffee machine & other hot drinks available 24/7 in the lounge/restaurant area. Breakfast is cheap, basic but adequate and there are numerous coffee shops/cafes within walking distance. The location is excellent if you want to visit St James's Park, Buckingham Palace, The Mall, Horseguards Parade, Downing Street, The Cenotaph etc, all within walking distance.
- Navigate08693085101 (10/5): Fabulous night out in the city - Staff was extremely helpful and Lorenzo was going out of his way to accommodate requests and queries.
The room and stay was great and had fun at the bar
- JacqBillV (10/5): A budget hotel that delivers on cost, space and courtesy. - Although tucked in a side street away from a main road and surrounded by building construction, the hotel is surprisingly big inside. There is limited room to move around in the guest lounge, and as I have mobility issues this was a bit of a challenge, however the place is spotless, warm, comfortable and the bedroom was surprisingly big! Space to walk around the sides of the bed without the need to crawl across it. So comfortable too. The bathroom was again spotless and the shower awesome with the choice of 2 different shower heads. For a budget hotel, it certainly delivered and we will stay there again.
- W370AJgiorgior (10/5): CHECK IT OUT!! - Lovely stay!Excellent location!Lovely staff.
Breakfast cheap and light, free coffeee 24/7.and Smart room amenities!
- Z5803HQjustins (10/5): Premier Inn has been so magical - Denisa is amazing she has made our welcome so delightful so far, she is a gem and very special make sure you give her a promotion and look out for her she is a super star
- 732nidhik (10/5): Honest experience - Friendly staff, great location!! Rooms are cleaned as well, depending on the season the room rate it’s not that much as well.
- graemej10 (2/5): Awful hotel. Avoid - I stay weekly for work and this hotel suffers from low staffing and tired rooms. However, I returned from work on 05/11 only to find that there was no water supply to the whole hotel. I was told that maintenance had tried unsuccessfully to fix it and left for the day. There was no notice in the lobby about this and I only found out about it when I complained.
The staff seemed to have no idea what to do and offered no solution other than a bottle of water but could not explain how that would help with showering/washing hands etc.
It's quite unbelievable that a hotel doesn't have water supply with no one working to fix it. It's even more incredible that the staff didn't inform guests or know how to support guests.
Guest services were useless, offering a part refund for one night. I explained to them that this wasn't adequate and it would be the company not me, who experienced this terrible service, that got the compensation. As with the hotel staff it was like talking to a brick wall. Avoid this hotel
- SarahNoall (10/5): Exceptional Service and a Truly Welcoming Stay” - We had a fantastic stay. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the service throughout was excellent. Fanica really stood out — she went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. She was kind, helpful, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience.
We hadn’t booked breakfast originally, but thanks to her encouragement we decided to try it — and ended up having it every day! It was delicious, relaxing, and a lovely start to each morning.
The ground-floor lounge was a great space for breakfast and tea, and both of our rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We’ve stayed at several Premier Inns, but the customer service here was easily the best. Highly recommended!
- Scottish_gasgirl (8/5): Good value - but pack a kettle - I hadn’t come across Premier Inn's Hub concept before, but it was in a great location and a good price for a planned trip to London. Close to Earl's Court underground station so straightforward travel to and from Heathrow. There are two room styles and I chose the larger option, which was more spacious than I expected - plenty roomy enough for one or two people. The soundproofing was brilliant - the room overlooked a busy road, and you couldn’t hear a thing, nor did it seem to be affected by the corridor noise you experience in many hotels. The website advertises free tea and coffee 24/7 but I hadn’t realised this is provided by machines in the bar/foyer area - there's no kettle in the rooms. So if like me, you like to have tea in the morning before getting up, take a travel kettle. This was big black mark for me. I was keen to see one of the smaller rooms to see just how small they were but the staff refused to let me have a peek in an empty room, which was also a bit annoying. But good value, a good location - would definitely stay again. With my travel kettle…
- christophersN2246RP (4/5): Disappointing. Lackluster cleaning. Tech issues, moldy breakfast. Good location and convenient - Decent for a 1/2 night stay but no more.
Pros:
- Location
- Cost
- Bed was nice
- very quiet inside. One morning there was jackhammer noise outside but that was the street dept so what can you do.
- Air con works (although constantly gurgled)
- shower was decent (although it was impossible to not get water all over the floor due to the partial glass partition in the shower and since they give you basically one tiny towel for the floor it made it hard to handle.
Cons:
- I paid for early check in. I had to wait in the lobby for at least half an hour as the rooms weren’t ready.
- my keycard quit working five times in eight days
- you have to request your room to be cleaned and towels changed, which is fine. Of the five days I asked for it to be cleaned it was only done three out of the five days with no explanation as to why it wasn’t done the other days.
- one day the cleaning team just took the toilet paper from my room but didn’t replace it. I didn’t realize it until a very inconvenient moment.
- I only went down for breakfast one day. Immediately I find the bread for the toast I went to make was moldy. That kinda killed my appetite.
Incidentally the lobby furniture looks like it’s been chewed up by a dog. The fabric is ripped on the chairs and they are in generally in poor repair. For the first thing you see when you walk in this is a big failure in first impressions.
I was really disappointed because I actually picked the place due to the reviews being decent and the location being so central. But I now see that this is a 1-2 night stay hotel MAX and it is not thr place to stay for any longer.
- Janjugs (8/5): Good stay - but get GB News on the TV!!! - Fast check in , if a bit impersonal, I had a room on the -1 floor so no window but I guess that is the luck of draw. Room was very clean, carpet could have been a bit nicer but overall everything worked, lighting was good, heating and AC control and the shower was great. Not cheap at £173 for one night but it was a convenient location. Free tea and coffee a bonus, good charging points in the room. The only thing lacking was GB NEWS on the TV choice - come on Premier, get it together!
- DayTrip141968 (10/5): Surprised! - The reviews made us a little bit worried, but that was not necessary.
We were kindly welcomed and helpen during our stay.
- 147mandm (2/5): Deterioration - I have been using this hotel regularly for last couple of years as my office is across the road. The deterioration of this hotel is alarming, the cleanliness of the carpets etc is not good,. the change in quality of sheets is very noticeable. The lack of staff is ridiculous which makes me feel for the lovely staff that have to run around trying to please everyone. In the last month the inner security door does not lock which concerns me and my stay last week had me woken up at 8am with a guy outside my window drilling into the wall !!!! I complained and informed it was mentioned when i booked, in small print below my booking ! then why am I still paying over £200 for 2 week nights ?? Unfortunately I do not have another hotel as convenient as this one so I am stuck with it,. Last moan to PREMIER INN get your act together oh and sort the entrance doors the screech is unbearable to the ears !!!
- Stay46456518278 (10/5): Amazing stay! - The hotel was amazing. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed really soft. The staff members were so nice, especially the ones with the late/night shifts. The location of the hotel was really good because it's right next to an underground station and 20mins away by foot from Stamford bridge.
- Journey12897624897 (2/5): Not worth the money. - We are still here unfortunately a stay 9 days too long. We received an email one week before our arrival notifying us of all the noise and our window could be covered by scaffolding. We booked and paid for this 10 months ago for 2 people. One chair in the room. One tea bag and one coffee pouch. The carpets are beyond cleaning. No fridge or in-house phone for emergencies. The general public has access to all parts of the area except the room Ofcourse. So disappointed that we have travelled from Australia to stay in the less than satisfactory conditions. Rooms are very dated and requested a room clean before the cut off time that also want relayed onto housekeeping.
People look elsewhere for accomodation you will be truly disappointed.
- macdonald75 (10/5): Good hotel for a city visit - Stayed a few nights with my daughter. This hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Staff were very friendly.
- anitaandphilipm (10/5): Great hotel in central London - Great location right by St James’s underground. Welcoming staff and comfortable rooms. Nothing fancy but did the job when busy out all day. Beds were comfortable and the shower was hot.
- DayTrip68400139314 (6/5): I’ve been done - Slightly disappointing to have paid for the better room only to find the bits and pieces that should have come with the room didn’t
- HELENE (4/5): - Chambre trop petite sans chaise pour 2, ni support pour valise et table digne de ce nom, salle de bain sans espace de rangement malgré qu’elle soit grande , matelas trop mou , tapis sale
- Robert (4/5): - Was a great site , very convenient but there were no windows in the room. It felt like a prison
- Y4556FDamyk (10/5): Very nice staff, comfortable bed, nice breakfast - It was a great stay! The English breakfast buffet is available in the morning for only £8, which is a great price in London. Tarek, the staff member who helped me with check-in and my enquiries, was very helpful and nice. Bray is another outstanding staff member who was really supportive and genuinely pleasant to talk to :)
- V2924DZjoanr (2/5): Not the best experience at all. Hotel smelled like damp and staff was not welcoming. - The experience was not upto the mark. Paid a fortune to stay over weekend and service was awful. The food arrived late and lack of staff was clearly visible. As a reputed brand we expected a decent service!
- G8406WSkarinr (10/5): Gem in Westminster - This is my go to hotel in London. Friendly staff, great location, next to St James's Park tube station, quiet at night. Absolute gem and great value.
- beg_m_26 (2/5): Below Basic Standards: Noise, Cleanliness, and Amenities Issues - This was a disappointing stay.
Hygiene was unacceptable: Dirty towels and a carpet in awful condition.
Severe noise disturbance: Ongoing construction noise throughout the day; even after I complained, no action was taken—no room change, no remedy.
Insufficient amenities for two guests: A double room stocked with just one coffee bag and one tea bag.
Given these problems, the hotel fell far short of even basic standards. This experience was not worth the price and I would not recommend it unless these issues are addressed.
- Juan Jose (10/5): - La atención de Tarek y Mario son sorprendentes. Me hicieron sentir en casa y apapachado. Gracias.
- Lisa (10/5): - Steps away from the West Brompton tube station / District Line that easily takes us to the heart of London attractions. Excellent service, they stored our luggage for free before and after check-in. We learned from the staff we can pre-book early check-in for a fee, we will do that next time. Breakfast selection is great for the price. Enjoyed our stay. Will come back when we visit London next time.
- Sandi112 (10/5): Comfortable - great value - Excellent location - just a block or away from Westminster Cathedral, Big Ben, Parliament Square and the Thames. Not well sign posted so nearly walked right by. Entrance has a flight of steps so not great to pull up a heavy suitcase. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm and they were busy with a fire drill. A very courteous receptionist helped with suitcase up the stairs and as I was ahead of the 3pm check in time, happy to store my luggage while I went out exploring. Check in later that afternoon was easy as I was checked in by receptionist- I did not make use of the electronic process as the first machine I approached was marked out of order so was vey pleased to be assisted with a manual process. Access to rooms are via electronic doors that do need your key card to open - so from a security point of view very reassuring. I had no expectation in regard to room as being a budget a hotel. But room was clean and able to accommodate my luggage comfortably. I had booked a larger room- bed was comfortable and bathroom spotless. There is soap/shampoo provided but no conditioner. Also no body lotion. I had a window albeit it that view was of the office building opposite to the hotel. Wi-Fi is stable and so connectivity was excellent as well as the TV offering. You can pair your device with the TV if having a larger screen appeals to you. Shower is good and hot water available. You can adjust the Airconditioner and that worked well. Slept well- no noise and room is dark after switching off lights. A continental breakfast is on offer which costs around £6. I did not select this option as my preferred breakfast is a hot meal with protein not carbs. But other guests seemed to be happy with this. Coffee and tea is available in the lounge free of charge all day. Soft drinks and a range of alcoholic beverages are available at a reasonable cost which you order in the lounge. There are also a small selection of meals one can order for lunch or dinner. I like my room cleaned every day and asked that this be done. After a day out arrived back to find room had been cleaned and bed made up. Very pleased with that. I ordered one of the meals on offer and it was good. Check out the following day was easy as I had paid upfront in advance of my stay. Given its location, friendly staff and comfortable room, this no frills hotel is a gem. The only negative is that some of the furniture in the lounge should be replaced and perhaps the option of a hot breakfast be on offer. The hotel is like 100 metres from St James Park underground station - very convenient but be prepared to pull up a suitcase up a few flight of stairs.
- elligta (10/5): Great stay, again - Our second stay at this location. A really good stay. Very comfy bed and the rooms are super clean. The breakfast is a great value, it can be busy and they may run out if things. You just have to time it right.
The lobby is cozy and we loved to sit and get a coffee and talk about the next day. Overall such a great location. Very clean. Good bed. Good breakfast. We’ll be back.
- Elisa (6/5): - ,
- alessandropL3644LE (10/5): . - I had a fantastic stay at the Hub Hotel in West Brompton. The room was spotless, smartly designed, and made excellent use of space — perfect for a short city break. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the high-tech touches like the mood lighting
The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the tube and close to both central London and nearby attractions like Earl’s Court and Kensington. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile.
- Stephanie (8/5): - Great location for a very good price. Small and more of a boutique style of hotel.
- oreganoItaly (10/5): Kind staff and comfortable rooms - I've stayed here many times the rooms are quiet and shower is good.Beds conformable and rooms well cleaned. The Bangladeshi duty manager is really kind as was Bray the barman.Book direct .
- FarAway52447103173 (2/5): Level up before it’s late! - So hit and miss! One poor staff member trying to run the place all afternoon, card machine not working, till receipts not working, food ready but could not be delivered as only one staff member on! Not fair
- JamieB2982 (10/5): The best Premier Inn - Lovely Premier inn, very clean, the team there are very helpful and Denica always has a welcoming smile and happy spirit! The team are great and always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as smooth as it can be. Food is great and location is good. When I'm working away, I always book this hotel purely because you can rely on the team, the food and the rooms.
- gracetC1999PE (10/5): Great experience - This hotel was clean and accommodating! They provided me with gluten free bread and were super friendly. It was a great experience. The rooms are small but have lots of storage. We were there for two nights and it was perfect for our needs.
- Jeff (10/5): - Great little hotel for the price and the stay. Close to tube station.
- N3369BZsharonv (2/5): A/C purginig noise all night - Not able to sleep well due to the constant noise of the air conditioning purging system. Even though I turned off the A/C a sharp noise will emerge every 20 min all night. Worst nightmare!
- sonak403 (4/5): The manager was rude - So I think i had a racist experience there? I was there with my parents, (for context they were here to drop me off for my masters) and we were staying here because it's near my student accommodation. The dude checked us in (i think he's a manager there? not sure he was the only one wearing a different uniform) and he asked us to see our passports (until that it's fairly normal procedure) but later asks us where we were heading next. Now, this would have been fine if it was in a conversation, but he asked us in a very interrogative way, so I got confused and asked, "what do you mean?" and he asked "Where are you heading off next?" So I said, "I guess I'll be here for college and my parents will be going back home?" and he said, okay. then he said, "it's a legal requirement for us to ask." That was the part to which I got even more confused because we stayed at a couple more hotels before this in London and we have never been asked that question. then me being petty, I googled and there is actually no legal requirement for them to ask that question. My dad said that's because he saw our passports and thought we were going to stay here....i got so mad because even the immigration officer at the airport didn't ask questions like that!
The other staff were quite nice though it was only that one manager. I asked him to make my extra bed for me and he said, "I'm going to warn you, I'm not great at housekeeping" and proceeds to literally barely make a bed for me and leave. idk if he just didn't like me or if he treated all the other guests the same way.
breakfast was ok, wouldn't recommend if you're going to stay for a week like I did. was also expensive for a budget hotel? i paid like 150 pounds per night. Maybe because it was on demand? I don't know, but i wished i stayed somewhere else. Ruined my whole damn mood.
- rubyabigael01 (10/5): Loved this Hotel - I love everything about this hotel. It is a stone throw-away from the train station. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. There is free coffee/tea all day. The rooms were clean and the toilet is immaculate. It is very secured as you need your key card to access every part of the hotel (which is a plus point for me, really). Thank you and we’ll be back for sure! :)
- arlenegraham12 (10/5): Highly recommended - Fantastic location and staff were so friendly and accommodating, we paid extra for breakfast and it was great too! Free tea and coffee throughout your stay too
- U1887MWrebeccad (4/5): Poor service checking in, horrible smell and annoying noise. - I've stayed here many times without issue but this time I was very disappointed. On arrival it took forever to get our room key as the machine was broken. They eventually let us into our room and we had to go back later to get our key card. The room had a horrible smell. There was construction work taking place with scaffolding all around the building which in itself wasn't an issue but there was an intermittent banging noise going on all night for both nights of our stay so I didn't sleep very well.
However the staff were friendly and we enjoyed the cooked breakfast.
- Kimberly (8/5): - Goede ligging, heel vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt.
- richardmE5673LM (2/5): Didn’t expect such service! - What a nasty experience! Waited for too long to checkin and the lady at reception didn’t even bother to be polite. She was busy in her phone and gave us keys that were faulty. When we went back the gentleman just smiled and tried to cover the fault by giving lame reason. We planned a dinner with my grand parents and could not find anyone in restaurant! It was an awful weekend at Wandsworth.
- eirinn191919 (10/5): hotel review - The room was a perfect size for us. It had the stuff we needed like a shower, good size bed, vanity and a chair (no mirror by the vanity but there is in the bathroom) , hair dryer, soap, clothing hanger and a place for charging. Even a bottle opener😆, And a space under the bed for suitcase etc…
There’s a little bar in the lobby with a nice seating area. Coffee is complimentary.
The staff was kind and helpful.
- lizhR1549BG (2/5): Disappointed - Awful. We asked 3 times to get the cleaned - never happened. So much for all the posters scattered around telling you how easy it is to get clean towels etc.
- chloea1812 (10/5): Perfect stay for concert or over night! - Staff were so lovely, friendly and welcoming. They helped us check in as the screens were not working. They made sure to inform and explain all the information we may have needed during our stay.
The staff member who checked us in was also more than happy to see if he could place us into rooms close to each other. As we were staying for a concert it made it easier for us to get ready!
I would highly recommend staying here, we picked the smaller room and it was perfect for one person, but larger rooms are available.
Also this wasn’t and issue to us but others might want to know there was no window in the room but the Air-con works very well.
- TripAdviserreader (6/5): Let down by basics - We'd booked a premier plus room for three nights - two occupants. On arrival, there was only one hand towel and one hand towel in the room, so extras had to be requested.
The room was a good size, and the bathroom was very clean with a good shower. However, the extractor didn't work, which resulted in the room steaming up quickly.
Our room wasn't cleaned on our first day, despite us getting reception know at 11.15am (you have to let them know by 12 noon if you want it serviced).
We requested a clean the next day, but on returning to our room to get ready for a wedding we were attending it hadn't been done again. I located a very helpful employee called Leo who provided me with some clean towels and assured me that he would instruct someone to clean it after we had gone out. This was done, so thank you Leo.
It appeared there was a shortage of cleaning staff and staff in general. I'd dropped something on the floor as we were leaving to go home, and under the bed there was dust and rubbish left by a previous guest!
I'd contacted the hotel twice prior to arrival about an issue, and they didn't give me the courtesy of a reply.
So, plus points:
Great location, good sized room, reasonable price.
Minus points: lack of basic cleanliness, basic maintenance, and basic communication skills.
It's such a shame as the basics let down what could be a great hotel.
- 458mattm458 (10/5): Great welcome, lovely modern budget hotel - Very friendly staff
Warm genuine welcome
Compact modern and clean room with all you expect..
Great value buffet breakfast.
I'd book this again as a London over night business or pleasure
- 78timf (8/5): Great hotel - Nice hotel in a very good location for getting in and out of London, parking just down the road.
Easy access to train or tube.
- mkimmings (8/5): A quick trip into London - Room clean, shower ok, needs more towels and a better shampoo and body wash, staff ok on the whole, breakfast pretty tasty…. Quiet at night, room hot but had air con, on the whole a 6/10, would stay again
- stevfran (10/5): Recommend - Very basic room, but very clean. Bring your own flannel for washing your face. Extremely friendly staff. Great value for breakfast. Would stay again.
- angelel985 (2/5): The worst premier inn I’ve ever visited - Nothing, the room was very damp
And musty scented, my friend had issues that they couldn’t resolve throughout our entire stay resulting in her having to share my bed the entire stay I paid for my own room yet due to having no other option I had to share I demand a refund. The worst hotel I’ve ever been too. Her room stunk of cigarettes then the room they moved her too was dirty with takeaway bags on the floor with open coke cans. It had clearly not been cleaned or checked
- Cecilia (10/5): Recommend the hotel - Very nice staff and hotel. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Close to underground.
- nikkiv456 (8/5): Clean comfortable quiet. - I have stayed at this Premier inn regularly.
I had booked a superior room ( which gives ultimate WiFi/ fridge/ top floor).
Location is fab. Buses outside. Southside Shopping centre with Decathlon. Boots. Waitrose Whsmith. TKmax. MegaSainsabuy's. With secure coverd parking for £12/24hr.
Food is always up to standard.
After check out, luggage storage is possible until the end of the day .
But above all , all the staff are good and extremely helpful and willing.
Naveen - duty manager - nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for looking after me.
- jamesmG4323SZ (2/5): Horrible Experience! Hire more staff - We stayed over the weekend and the experience was appalling. No phones in the room, tried to contact reception and no one responded. My wife went twice and couldn’t find anyone around. The room had damp smell and for the first time premier inn disappointed us! The room view was blocked with scaffolding works and no compensation or information was given upon arrival.
- Fabien (10/5): - The staff is very nice. The room I got was small, but really convenient, so it was not an issue. The location is really great, not far from a subway station.
The only drawback is, I find it a little pricey. A little bit cheaper, and it would be perfect.
- Geoffrey (10/5): - For a budget hotel option this is best in class
