It was really nice having a kitchenette with everything you need to cook and eat with, an all-in-one washer/dryer, two bathroom sinks, a very nice bathing room, and a nice bathroom. It was also really nice having a 7-Eleven right across the street, so convenient! One of the big highlights, was definitely the hotel staff. They were so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay again.

Only real ‘complaint’ if any was that I wished the cleaning staff automatically replenishes the. Title water daily while cleaning the room without having to ask the front desk daily.

- Sandeep (10/5): Great stay, highly recommend! - This was a great choice of hotel. The room was spacious enough to accommodate 5 adults comfortably and it was very clean and welcoming. The amenities included a washer/dryer which was very easy to use, a vacuum cleaner, an electric cooking stove, TV with Netflix/YouTube etc. The hotel offered Yamato luggage delivery which was super helpful to forward luggage onwards to our next hotel. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Yune for accommodating our early arrival. Location is very quiet and convenient to central metro stations on Ginza line, and there is a convenient 7/11 across the street.

- Faisal (10/5): - This property was wonderful! It was new, clean and convenient. It's a 5-10 minute walk to several Metro stations and there are a couple of convenience stores nearby. The hotel itself is perfect and you won't regret staying here. We had a family of 5 and had enough room for us all.

Found room too warm for a good sleep Couldn’t turn air conditioning down any further and it didn’t seem to blow towards bed. August stay so very hot. So spacious great for our last few nights in Japan. Shower was fantastic!!

- Fabio (10/5): - This is a brand new property. The room was much larger than expected and the room amenities were excellent. The location is 10-minute walk from shopping and restaurants, subway entrance is very close to the hotel. I highly recommend Grand Monday.

It's a good place to wrap a vacation, considering a much quieter area but still conveniently located to restaurants and small stores. I'd say this place is ideal for young families who look for spacious, clean, and low-key (which was a contrast from the fun Gracery at Shinjuku). 2 blocks from a subway and 1 stop from Tokyo Station.

The one thing that really bothered us was the air conditioner which appears to blow at our heads when we were sleeping even after adjusting the direction of the airflow and sleeping at the foot of the bed. Also, it would be nice if there was room cleaning at least every other day rather than every third night.

Bathroom was nice with strong showers and nice Dyson hairdryers. 7-11 right across the street. There’s also a good ramen restaurant and a soba restaurant right downstairs.
- HOSIE (10/5): - The stay was phenomenal!!! The hotel was clean, quiet and it proximity to a lot of places. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! It had a full kitchen and everyone there was extremely polite and courteous!

The hotel is new and the staff is very accommodating, there are several nice restaurants around the hotel and 7 eleven just across the street.

Convenient store (7eleven) was accross the street. - the room had no sunlight through the window, which was a major drawback during the stay. - a bit far (15min walk) to Ginja area - no gym, swimming pool, restaurant - if you would stay for a long period, definately alrecommend. However, for a short term stay, I would recommend to stay in a hotel which offers accomodations and is closer to Ginja area

- pearline (10/5): - was unsure about this place bc it was brand new without any reviews when booking but ended up loving it. the staff were super helpful being there 24/7 and helped w any questions w had and were all fluent in english. the room was great and clean but was quite small but that was expected for tokyo but there was storage under the beds which was great. walking distance from many different stations. however the area is quite quiet at night with not many places open at night but there is a 7/11 across the street.

The room sadly had no view even from the fifth floor, my view from the window was a wall of the adjacent building a few metres away. Not worth the price I paid. Tokyo is a bit of a tourist trap, to get a decent hotel that is larger than a shoebox you gotta pay obscene amounts even in the off season.

Stayed with adults and 3 kids ranging elementary to high school in a junior suite - new and very clean but a little crowded for 5 people. The kitchen area cabinets had a strong chemical smell, not sure if it is because it is a new building or the cleaning chemicals. Kitchen had electric hot water kettle and Nespresso machine, and they provided pods, tea, cookies, and chocolate. The combination washer dryer in the room was excellent and they even provided a detergent packet. We did laundry every night and didn't have to worry about waiting around in a laundromat. Good location, 5 min walk to takaracho and hatchobori stations. Restaurants nearby and 7-11 across the street.

- Verified traveler (10/5): New, Comfortable & Modern - New hotel in a quiet area just 15 min walk from Ginza (We used taxi though when we got tired). Close to 3 stations. 7-11 across the hotel for breakfast. Sukiya and Doutour also nearby. Close to Disney Resorts so it was a relief coming back to the hotel quickly after a long tiring day. Ginza line goes straight to Shibuya. For a 10 day stay, they cleaned our room twice (1 free and 1 paid for JPY5000). It was ok since they changed towels and took out garbage everyday. Roomy hotel for a family of 4. Bathtub & shower, sink and toilet are separate so it was easy to prepare before going out. Used the washer, dryer, microwave, nespresso and kettle. Kids loved the sofa in the Suite. Tables were a bit heavy. Pillow with beads was weird but I ended up using it everyday for good sleep. Suite was bright. Also got a Junior suite but it did not have a view but it was roomy anyway and still comfortable.

It is a serve yourself, so no restaurant etc. Area is quiet, more like a business district. 15 mins walk from tokyo station. You can reach 2 metro lines - a bit of a walk. Ginza main shopping area is also walkable. 7/11 across the street. Again- brand new, opened on april 24th 25.
