Penny (10/5): - We found Rusper Retreat to be perfect for our needs. We were a large group needing accommodation following a family get together nearby. It was very easy to find and park there and also easy walking to and from Ifield Station for access to London the next day. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Having a travel cot was handy for our 1 year old granddaughter. Everything was clean and our host was very helpful in our arrival making the whole visit extremely easy and convenient.

Farran (4/5): Disappointing, massive room for improvement. - Bedroom sizes are a very good size and beds are comfortable, kitchen is full supplied eg kettle washing machine and so on. Location is perfect got some lovely parks around it. Road noise is load - can’t be helped Children bunk beds is downstairs right next to front door, all over beds are upstairs. Disappointing bits, Upstairs to the left bedroom there was a light fixture that wasn’t attached to the wall. Screws missing in light switch. Outside grass well overgrown, fag ends all over the place, screws on the outside patio, back garden fence is falling apart with nails out, lighting inside the property is not that bright in places, outside garden light is cable tried. Lawn mower left outside unfortunately it was broken with a wheel missing and the blade at the bottom was bent so couldn’t cut the grass. Couldn’t take a bath due to no plug to keep water in however shower was working. Having kids that wanted to play in the garden but we couldn’t let them due to the outside garden really bit let down. C. (8/5): - Nicely positioned next to the train station, with a lot of bedrooms. It was clean and well managed. Beds were comfy, upper floor bedrooms were spacious.
