Guest Reviews
- Shyterra (10/5): - This property was amazing!
- cynthia (10/5): - clean room, large room and spacious. front desk staff was friendly and courteous ,
- Maureen Megan (6/5): - Reno’s were not completed
- Lisa (8/5): - N/A
- Porsha (6/5): - The hotel is a combination of Main Stays and a comfort inn. We stayed in a main stay suite. The room was fine. The bedding was thin. The bed frame was metal and made a lot of noise. The hallways were not carpet so the noise when people walked by was louder because there was no carpet to absorb the sound. These all were just minor inconveniences. The biggest issue was the bathroom smell. We were on the 1st floor and the bathroom in our room smelled like sewage. The smell makes you want to gag. The other thing is the bathroom is tiny. The door grazes the toilet when you open it. It’s just cramped. The WiFi wasn’t great.
There are lots of options to fast food places to eat at nearby and shops to get things. I like that the suite had a full size fridge, a stove top, and glasses and plates.
Overall we wouldn't stay again but it wasn’t a terrible experience just not as comfy as we’re used to when we stay at hotels. For the price, it’s worth it.
- Laurie (2/5): We left and went to another hotel! - It was so bad that we didn't stay. Our first room had a balcony with glass doors overlooking a pool and looking across to other rooms. There were no drapes! Anyone in the other rooms could see in and there would have been no way to keep the room dark once the sun came up. We asked for another room. The front desk worker said they were full but then checked and found another room and moved us. It had 2 beds...no linens, just bare mattresses! The kicker was the lights didn't work. We were in complete darkness. At that point I was done. The hallways smelled like smoke. The desk attendant was courteous, but that was the only good thing. We left and I'm going to be asking for a refund
- Gavin (4/5): - Check your showerhead when you check in. Mine didn’t work and it was a huge ordeal just to get another one
- Rose (10/5): Good stay - Good stay, hotel is newly remodeled. Great service. My only complaint is there was a slight smell of “sewer” in the bathroom at all times. Bed and pillows were comfortable and very clean. Towels fluffy. There were no hangers in my room so they got me some and brought them to my room.
- Milagros (6/5): - Property was clean no complaints but the property is completely renovated. Everything was nice, furniture and accents were very nice.
Our room was nice, BUT as soon as i walked in it wreacked of cigarette smell. I called to have our room switched and that was handled very well. Rooms were new and non smoking, unfortunately you can't control other people's irresponsibilities, but the cleaning crew should have reported the smell so they could work on putting the room up to par again.
The only thing negative about our stay was new room key was given to someone else and they walked into our room. That was awkward 😳
Good thing we weren't doing anything inappropriate if you know what I mean.
And the hall ways were really loud with 2 other guest that carried on all night talking back and forth, no fault on the hotel of course.
The pizza shop that was connected to the hotel had really good food. That was a plus. We will be using the hotel facilities again soon as our son is stationed at the military base right next to it.
Overall I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 so not bad
- Evan (10/5): - It's all about the management. 5 stars. Look, it's a hotel/motel. And the condition is better than fair, but it's not the Ritz of course. HOWEVER, the owner and staff, are so accommodating and helpful and really care about you, that I can't even think to give it anything under 5 stars! It jus goes to show, when someone cares about their customers, it trumps everything else! You cannot be unhappy if management and staff actually care about you and your needs. 5 stars. Win win win.
- Julianne Dawn (6/5): - Exit door key pad locked. Completely unsafe and illegal in case of emergency. I told multiple workers and no one seemed to understand why. There are 2 hotels that are connected and a restaurant so they are trying to maintain security between the establishments but it is not safe to lock an exit door from the inside with no way to open it. The exit signs brought me to two locked exits in a row.
A suggestion I would make to the property is put a key pad on the elevators not the exits or allow all key cards to open exit door but still unsafe in emergencies for all guests.
- Jackeline (10/5): - It’s a very nice place love the customer service given to me.
