Guest Reviews
- Roger (8/5): - New hotel still have kinks to work out but very clean
- DEIRDRE (10/5): - Hotel was very nice! Water presses l low. Nice and clean. Staff very friendly
- Talethia (10/5): - Clean and quiet hotel. It was surprising that there was not a closet or iron in the room. Also, no breakfast available but there are restaurants nearby. Overall, if you're ooking for a very clean place just to lay your head with reasonable rates, then this is the place for you.
- Keenan (10/5): - Clean
- Patrick (8/5): - No breakfast, water pressure too low for a shower. The shower is wonderful made but the water pressure was not satisfied.Everything else was great but for the price it should be discounted for not having a breakfast.
- LARHONDA (10/5): - Friendly staff and very affordable price!!
- Bobby (10/5): - Was nice place for the money.
- Crystal (6/5): - Need microwaves in the rooms since you don’t have free hot breakfast. Need vending machines and ice machines needs to be working. It’s no way you have to ask front desk to warm food or for ice in the middle of the night. Their water could use more adjusting.
- Crystal (10/5): - Staff were wonderful the place was very clean. I definitely will be visiting again. Just need vending machines for drinks. Better breakfast plans and portions for the prices.
- Karen (8/5): Nice stay for family reunion close by - Front desk employees were super nice and friendly. Hotel has recently had an ownership change and remodel. I didn't realize that I had to ask to have my room cleaned but I took our dirty linens down and received clean ones. Bathroom water took a while to heat up. Loved the refrigerator in the room but would've liked a microwave as well.
- Eunikka (8/5): Pleasantly Suprised - Fairly new hotel, still knocking out the kinks! No problems really, the bed was super comfy and front desk was very attentive and nice! Would definitely stay again
- Verified traveler (4/5): 2/10- Definitely not worth the price we paid - Stayed here because family was at riverview across the bridge. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that it was newly remodeled so we thought that meant the room would be in great shape. However, it was not. TV had some yellow goo all over the screen, the window overlooking outside had fingerprints and smudges all over it. The sink and shower both had hair in them, and the water pressure was awful- shower took forever to warm up. The comforters felt damp the moment from we walked in the room & it felt very humid even when we left the AC running low while gone. No closet area. All the lobby had for refreshments was a small water dispenser & coffee station without to go cups. no complimentary breakfast, but a small grab and go area would’ve been nice before heading out for the day. wasn’t worth the price we paid.
- Toni (6/5): - First and foremost, the front desk clerk Fredricka was absolutely wonderful, pleasant personality, and very accommodating very professional. The king bed in our room had ants in it. The AC where the doubles are located leaked onto the floor. Overall, the room is beautiful. , unfinished I think, but it seems that it will be very nice once finished
- Artina T. (10/5): Great stay. - OMG, the staff were amazing. Front desk, housekeeping, kitchen. They were very friendly and were easy to talk to. The staff gave me food ideas, fun things to do and had beautiful smiles. Those attributes alone is why I'll be back. I was solo because my my friend backed out last minute. I felt so safe here too.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not what I thought it would be - This hotel is new (opened in February). The shower had a shower head that was smaller than the cutout made in the wall, resulting in a hole in the wall. The water pressure was very low. Parts of the room were not finished (painting). While there was a sign at the front desk stating that they had just opened and were still working on the "finishes" of the hotel, a hole in the wall is not a "finish".
- Hannah (6/5): - Me and my boyfriend went. It wasn’t a bad hotel, just nothing exotic. We could have paid for a different hotel almost 20 cheaper for the same experience.
- Carl (2/5): Hotel still working kinks out. - Property overbooked and could only provide one of the two rooms we had booked. Water pressure was not good.
- Joshua (10/5): - The hotel has only been opened for one month after a complete renovation, so
- ryan (10/5): Hotel with a View - Great stay! Amazing views of the Mississippi River and the bridge. Conveniently located. Definitely will stay here again on a return trip.
- Charles (2/5): - Did not stay at this property due to hotels .com not the hotel. Let me start the lady at the front desk was wonderful. Let me start I booked and paid for the stay through hotels.com whe I arrived at property I was told they had not recieved any the reservation I immediately call hotline and was told they would handle it the gentleman was very helpful but he said he could not fix it would have to go to supervisor to fix which I was transferred to a overseas line she could. Or fix the problem either stating she could not corset the property and wood not talk to front desk via my phone then I was told I could not get a refund this went on for nearly 1 hr until she moved my reservation to another hotel which took another 45 min it was absolutely rediculous
