- Maria (8/5): - Location is great within walking distance to the pier and restaurants.The parking is right next to Crab Shack. Our suite was clean and smells fresh. We had the ocean and sunset view. Kitchen is well supplied. Bedroom is tiny; ok for 2 people. Comfortable living area. The lobby and elevator can use some cleaning and maintenance so it doesn’t smell old and musty at the entrance. Quiet building with A/C so we didn’t have to open the windows. Chris was very accommodating and easy to reach. TY
- Jessica (10/5): - The property was perfectly located to restaurant's shopping and of course the beach. The room was decorated nicely and was a very relaxing spot. Perfect for families who want to save a lil money and cook some of your own meals, kitchen came fully stocked with all cooking utensils and had everything you need to eat your meal with. It also came with cooking oil and an ample amout of seasonings to flavor you meal to your desire. Pop in to one of the local spots pick up some food and cook away. Then kick up your feet and relax or take a quick stroll to the beach and walk it out. Will definitely be back.

Great value! The kitchen was fully stocked with everyone you need to cook.... even spices, olive oil .... all you need is food. They had a nespresso machine in the room.... not my favorite, but still a great option. Love the ambiance of the hotel. Great for families and couples! I also highly recommend Beachin Biscuits either next door!

Pull out sofa bed isn’t the best quality, but we would stay again for the clean, convenient, fun hotel.

There isn’t a pool or gym but that’s not why we booked this. The hotel is clean and has cookware, dishes, fridge and stovetop. The room and common space were very spacious. Only complaint is parking is tight but you’ll find the same issue at other nearby hotels.

You’re close enough to walk down to the pier but not in all the crazy business of the pier. You get an assigned parking spot so that’s helpful when going places. You don’t have to worry about finding a spot. The rooms were beautiful, very well decorated and the bed was my favorite. The pillows and bed was so comfortable it was hard getting out of bed in the morning. The hotel was very accommodating with me wanting an early and late check out. The front desk is virtual but they respond very quickly. I’ve recommended this place to so many ppl already, I am looking forward to going again. 10/10

- Renee (6/5): Too Tech Forward - This hotel is without lobby or staff. It's all virtual. We had problems with our tv not connecting to the internet, and the gentleman on the phone couldn't help. He said he was going to stop by in 20 minutes, but 45 minutes later we finally figured it out, he was nowhere to be found. Although it was clear the room had been recently remodel, the handle on the faucet in the bathroom was broken. And the pump in the shower for shampoo was broken. Just was rough around the edges. Also, none of the instruction told us there was no lobby AND we had to entered our room code into the keypad in the front door. It was clear we weren't the only ones - saw many families arriving struggling with the same issue.

Make sure to read your messages and reserve your parking spot ahead of time. (My bad for being busy and not doing so). But the stay was amazing. I will definitely book there again!! Perfect if you like the option of the kitchenette. Everything you need is there. Bring waters, any food, and you are set! Close to restaurants, the beach, stores- everything is within walking distance. Definitely 5 stars!!!

Hotel was updated, clean, the bed was comfortable, small kitchen with everything you need, and check in and parking was INCREDIBLY easy (everything was automated)! I will definitely be staying there again.

If you don’t want to go buy food you can get stuff to make food there, they have a full sized fridge and freezer which was also very convenient. i was able to be in contact the whole time with staff and they were very helpful. I will definitely be staying here again!

The areas were clean and roomy and great for kids other than the fact there is no bathtub but the shower area was spacious so we made it work.

- Alejandra (2/5): - I didn’t like the fact that they wanted to charge me for this stay and sent me an invoice for $184.31. They had originally said that it was only $20 for parking and they asked me for my email address to send me that invoice. I sent them it, and they included their own invoice for this stay. Why would they do that? This is terrible customer service. I’m very upset. I have pictures of the texts and emails asking for me to pay for this. Please review your policy with them and if they don’t adhere to it, please do not represent them anymore. I have always had great service coming from you, but this particular stay was not a good one.
- Jacqueline (2/5): This motel sucks - Horrible stay the sheets were dirty. When we told house keeping they said it would be 30-45 mins until someone came. This was already at 8:45 pm. So we got our own sheets and changed them out, for the price this was not a 4 star hotel. Never will we stay here again. The hotel was old and they did a poor remodeling. When we booked this hotel it showed an oven and full kitchen when we got there, there was no oven. Over all it was lipstick on a big. They try to go cheap retro.

- Craig (8/5): - Our trip was overall pleasurable and the facility was new neat and clean. The only negative was other guests smoking marijuana in their rooms creating smells throughout other guest areas. Recommend a strict smoking policy including withholding of a larger deposit.

- Audrey (10/5): - recently stayed for 2 nights and it was absolutely amazing! right off the bat, the charming/retro-vibe of the hotel and room interior itself blew me away. there isn’t a front desk, but you can easily communicate with a hotel representative via text for any additional inquiries, such as reserving parking. the room was very clean and spacious. basic amenities are provided as well! (enjoyed the malin goetz products!) our room also included a small kitchen, which consisted of modern appliances and kitchen items that came in handy. truly a hidden gem within walking distance of many local restaurants and the pier. loved our stay and plan on visiting again!
