- Nicola (10/5): - The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern. Staff were friendly. A safe and free car park underneath the hotel. Breakfast buffet was varied and catered for all tastes and diets. Perfect location near to pubs, restaurants, road networks, and Europa theme park. The area was lovely and clean too. Our favourite hotel of our time in Europe and so we plan to visit again.

- Rocco Davide (8/5): - L’Hotel nel complesso è ottimo, in particolare per chi ha l’intenzione di recarsi all’Europa Park. Infatti quest’ultimo si può raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti. Ha un parcheggio al coperto ad un costo ragionevole. Vicino c’è il Lidl ed un altro supermercato.

- Shkelzen (6/5): - Das Hotel ist insgesamt familienfreundlich, und das Frühstück war sehr gut mit reichhaltiger Auswahl – besonders positiv ist das breite Halal-Fleischsortiment hervorzuheben. Leider hatte unser Zimmer von Anfang an einen unangenehmen Geruch, vermutlich aus dem Bad/Kanalisation, der während des Aufenthalts nicht wegging. Hier sollte das Hotel unbedingt mehr darauf achten. Abgesehen davon war der Aufenthalt angenehm.

- Jeremy (10/5): Brilliant especially if youre doing Europa Park - Absolutely brilliant hotel. Perfect if you're going to Europa Park (about a 20 minute walk), it's a very nice area and never felt scared walking alone to and from the park, there is a shuttle bus too if needed/wanted with the stop just outside the hotel. Lidl just across the road too! Hotel was very clean and staff were super friendly and spoke English. Nothing to complain about.

Les chambres et salles de bains sont spacieuses. Literie confortable et restaurant rooftop très agréable. Bon Petit déjeuner dans une très jolie salle. Bémol ; nous sommes arrivés tard après le parc aquatique et étions fatigués et pressé de nous coucher, mais la chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée, ils avaient simplement changé les draps. Le sol était sale et il y avait des traces sur ma table de chevet. Seul point négatif: la propreté
- Michael (6/5): 1. Mal in diesem Hotel - Das Zimmer war ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder. Eine 2. Toilette wäre nett für 4 Personen. Nachteil ist: das Restaurant ist direkt über den Zimmern ist und man die ganze Zeit das Stühle rücken hört. Kinder konnten nur schwer einschlafen, wir Erwachsenen mussten es ertragen. Auf Anfrage ein ruhigeres Zimmer zu bekommen, bekamen wir erst eine positive Zustimmung - abends hieß es, das sie nichts vergleichbares frei haben und dass das Personal am Morgen davon nichts weiß. Das Ambiente ist stilvoll und der Service im Restaurant war toll.

Les arrêts de bus sont fréquents et très bien desservis en venant de la gare L accueil de la réception reste cependant très distant et assez froid. Il est évident que nous ne sommes que des touristes de passage et ne cherche pas à fidéliser la clientèle.

- julie (8/5): Chambres confortables et spacieuses - L’accueil est super, le personnel très bien. Les chambres sont grandes, confortables et propres. Le bémol est que nous avions une chambre sous le restaurant beaucoup de chaises qui grincent mais bon il faut bien des chambres sous le restaurant et la douche ne s’évacuait pas bien. D’où le 4 au lieu du 5.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Velfungerende og praktisk hotel - Mellem Europa Park og vandlandet Rulantica er hotellet velplaceret til forlystelses udflugter. Gå afstand er ça.20 minutter ellers er der busser som stopper tæt på og kan tages gratis med hotellets turistkort. Den dejlige restaurant på øverste etage med terrace serverer god morgenmads buffet og a la carte måltider resten af dagen.

- Vibeke (6/5): Et hotel som prøver at være fancy - Et nyere hotel, eller nyrenoveret hotel. Et lidt upersonligt værelse. Der var en seng, sengebord og et TV. Men ikke noget på væggene, og vinduet vendte ud mod en “byggeplads”. Badeværelser var også nyrenoverede men upraktiske. Der var ingen bruseforhæng, så alt omkring bruse området blev vådt. Der var ingen bordplads i badeværelset, så man skulle have toilettaske osv stående i værelset mens man brugte det.

Besonders gut hat uns das Restaurant und die Bar auf dem Dach gefallen – mit schöner Terrasse, angenehmem Ambiente, stilvoller Musik, leckeren Getränken und beeindruckender Aussicht. Das Barpersonal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Fenix Gaststätte kann ich nur empfehlen super Speisen und coole Getränke Auswahl. Die Lage und die Aussicht von der Terrasse sind unglaublich alles im allen toll.

Kan även instämma i andras kommentarer om att duschens vatten kommer ut mycket på golvet i badrummet. Man hör inget ljud av grannar med ljud från korridoren och stolarna från restaurangen hörs tydligt på rummet. Men inget som störde våran vistelse.

A noter qu'il y a un restaurant en roof top, juste au dessus des chambres et que la musique ne s'arrête qu'à minuit, si cela peut vous gêner, demandez une chambre au RDC.

Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, including a mini fridge. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the excellent coffee was a highlight. The hotel’s location is perfect for those visiting Europa Park, just a 5-minute drive away, and they provided us with a ‘guest’ voucher for free parking at the park, saving us the 10€ daily fee. On-site parking at the hotel is also easy, with plenty of spaces and an underground car park. What truly stood out for me were the owners and staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. I was celebrating my birthday, and the staff coordinated with my husband to arrange a romantic dinner in one of the rooftop igloos. The setting and decorations were beautiful, elegant and intimate. The service was outstanding—attentive, personal, and professional. The food was delicious, presented perfectly and the flow of the service was impeccable. We also enjoyed the wine selection available. The final surprise was a wonderful birthday cake accompanied with sparkler & music. Overall it was really a magical evening. This is a top-class establishment with exceptional service and a true personal touch. We can’t wait to return soon. Thank you for making my birthday so truly special. 💖 Regards Laura
- Yuriko (8/5): - 新しいようで、とてもキレイでした。周辺のレストランがあまり無く、ランチの場所に困りました。屋上のレストランは夜はとっても美味しかったです！サラダも普通よりも柔らかくて美味、ステーキはなかなかドイツでは食べられないような柔らかくてミディアムレア感もばっちりでした。 そのレストランでの朝食を楽しみにしてましたが、それは期待ハズレでした。サラダがきゅうりとトマトしかありませんでした。クロワッサンや他のパンは焼き立てで美味しかったです。
