• Tara (10/5): - Room was very spacious, coupon for a cafe down the street for breakfast, 6 Euro each person. Clean and comfy. The outside world was a little noisy but nothing to do with the hotel. Really enjoyed my stay here! Also a quick walk from the train station which was AMAZING.
• Laura (10/5): - What a pretty little place! I cannot believe how perfect of a stay it was for us in Florence. The owner is a delight- so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and spent time talking to us about Florence and recommending where to go. Outside is a cute little cobbled street. A small supermarket not so far and a few little shops also. The train station is only a 5-10 minute walk and Florence itself not too far either. The decor inside the hotel is so lovely, a lift available and a small courtyard garden to enjoy too. Thank you! We would love to come back!

Aya, the property manager, was very friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. The hotel is safe and quiet and had a beautiful courtyard to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. The location was super convenient - near the train station and many attractions. Very walkable!

Had an airconditioning issue which was resolved right away… owner/ propertymanager were all very responsive to request/ messages . Only downside was there was never any staff at the front desk whenever we went to ask for something. Other than that great place and would stay again.

• Tami (8/5): - We stayed at this hotel last minute. It is located just 1 or 2 blocks from the train station which is very convenient. No one was working at the site when arrived and wanted to drop off our luggage, which was a problem as we couldn't get in to the property. We called the phone number of the hotel and talked with someone who after 20 minutes or so or trying, we finally got him to allow us in by using a code. There was also no one there at check out at 10:00 so we just left our key. The room was big and had a cute view out the window. It was clean, although the trash can in the bathroom had not been emptied from the last guests, so that felt a little unclean. The room did get cleaned the next day, although our towels were not changed, just left on the shower door as we had left them. The location of the hotel, and the size of the room were two great things.

• Ermira (10/5): - La guest house occupa un'intera palazzina ristrutturata. Accesso autonomo con i codici e reception presente dalla mattina fino a tarda sera. La ragazza che ci ha accolti è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. La nostra stanza guardava il cortile interno ed era areosa e luminosa. Bagno e doccia fantastica. Il letto ampio e comodissimo con lenzuola morbide. Posizione fantastica, vicina alla stazione, al centro e Visarno come rientro post concerto, tutto a piedi. Abbiamo molto apprezzato anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Da ritornare.

• amy (10/5): - Totally lovely, with all modern amenities, elevator in building, less than 5 minutes to train station and about 10 minutes to the duomo. Staff was very friendly and kind. Highly recommend!
• Andreas (10/5): - A really nice bed & breakfast. They don't actually serve breakfast here but give you a voucher for a nice bakery/coffee bar nearby. The rooms are quiet and tastefully furnished, the bathroom excellent, the mattress firm, and the staff friendly. This would have been a good choice at $50 more, but at this price it's a steal. Highly recommended.

El personal está en contacto por lo que se necesite , aunque no es un hotel tradicional con recepción y personal 24 hrs . El desayuno lo ofrecen en un restaurante cerca con muy buenas opciones .

• Alicia (10/5): - This B&B is conveniently located only a 5 minute walk to Santa Maria Novella train station and about 15 mins walk to major sites like the Duomo. The breakfast is out of a nearby cafe and the pastries there are delicious! The room is very modern and clean. There is a fridge and access to drinking water and kitchen downstairs. There was a bit of noise from outside but that is to be expected in a city like Florence. It was a great spot and I'd definitely stay here again.
