Excellent property and the breakfast brought the whole experience up by several - Very clean and well maintained facility with nice amenities. Absolutely fantastic breakfast!!! Location was also very convenient, could walk from hotel right into the mall. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. They were even able to find us a room before official check in time so that was a huge plus. Booked for a room with two beds but only one bed was available. At least it was a huge king bed

- Lazuardi Anggono (7/5): - Großes Zimmer, großes Sofa. Zugang zum Mall. Erste Nacht war der Zmmertepich nicht gut abgesaugt. Luft im Zimmer ist Staubig. Die Allergiker Nase waren sofort Verstopft. Es lag sterbende Mücke auf Bett, die Bettwäsche scheint auch nicht sauber. Nach eine Rückmeldung wurde dann mehr danach geachtet beim Staubsaugen und unsere Betten wurde neu Bezogen. Die restlichen Sechs Aufenthaltstagen waren dann Problemlos.

Loved my stay. Yogi, Umam, Dinda, Najma, Akbar, Aditya and I dont remebr names but everyone from gate to room service is so nice. Easy smooth check in and check out, Golden bird Airport pick and drop was awesome and timely. They increased my checkout time on just one request without any issue. Highly recommend.

- Rachel (9/5): Super comfortable with great amenities and staff are so wonderful. - The staff are beautiful - very accommodating and pleasant. Everything is clean and so comfortable and well maintained. Even the shower soap smells nice, not too strong or chemical. Rooftop pool is nice. Lack of info in the rooms but it was no big deal. You can ring reception about anything. Aircon systems have a smell of damp but that’s standard in Jakarta which is hot and humid.

Also I messaged and called thru WhatsApp the hotel a few times to confirm with our airport pick up but nobody answered me until i reached the hotel. I had to ask some friends who arrived a few days ahead of me to ask for the instructions of the airport pick up and relay it to me.
