- Leah (10/5): I loved my stay here. - Our one night stay was excellent. The receptionist at night when we arrived and the following day was very helpful. The room looks just like the pictures. The bed was very comfortable. The rain shower was the best ive experienced. I actual wish i stayed longer. The location is a bit away from El Poblado (where we wanted to be) but uber is inexpensive so it was fine. There is a mall literally one street away.

However they refused to honor. that.and made me go to the front desk to pay for breakkfast each day. T he mager said she would have to see that receipt as If I were a liar yet refused to look at it. Expedia agreed via telephone to reimburse me,but getting receipts for breakfast was like.pulling teeth. Nice hotel,poor manager

Staying in many hotels and airbnbs in Medellin before, the soundproof windows and rooms stood out to me. Very quiet and peaceful environment considering the hotel is in the heart of a vibrant, safe, and fun part of the city. The hotel seemed brand new. The rooms were modern with new finishes. I stayed in 2 different sized rooms over 2 weeks and both having king size beds and 55” smart TVS’s with thoughtful design… made all the difference. The beds were extremely comfortable and bedding resort quality. This hotel is a great value and offers one of the best cost and value propositions in Medellin if your looking for a boutique hotel that is affordable, high end, practical, and safe, while having access to an amazing location with great restaurants, pharmacies, Los Molinos Shopping mall, a movie theatre, and everything a solo traveler or family could need within 5 minutes walking distance. I had a great stay. Highly recommend checking Moa Select out, especially if you are a solo traveler who plans to stay longer term and just getting a feel for Medellin or need a quality budget friendly accommodation to begin your trip on a high note as you consider longer term accommodations. Regardless, for the money, I was very pleased and will be back.

El personal entregó una llave de mi habitación a una persona que no había sido autorizada por mí como huésped, permitiéndole el ingreso sin supervisión en múltiples ocasiones. Esto constituye una grave violación de la privacidad, la seguridad y la confianza. Al comunicar la situación a la administradora, su respuesta fue completamente desinteresada, sugiriendo simplemente que hiciera el check-out y recibiría un reembolso, sin reconocer la gravedad del hecho ni ofrecer ningún tipo de apoyo. Como resultado, me quedé sin alojamiento y me vi obligado a buscar otro hotel esa misma noche, quedando prácticamente en la calle debido a la negligencia del personal. El nivel de falta de consideración, ausencia de profesionalismo y desprecio por la seguridad básica que experimenté es inaceptable. Solicito una explicación formal sobre cómo se permitió que ocurriera esta situación I am writing to express my serious concern and disappointment regarding a disturbing incident that occurred during my recent stay at your property. Your staff gave a room key to an individual whom I had not confirmed as a guest, allowing them unsupervised access to my room on multiple occasions.
