• Larry (6/5): - Only one chair in the room. Very few amenities No hand towels, hair dryer, coffee was out of cups 6 am till 8. Room was clean staff was polite More for people who spend a week or more and bring there own kitchen and bath items

• Sherry (10/5): My affordable go to in Jackson Tn - Brand new, maybe a month or two old. Extended stay , kitchenettes, no breakfast but perfect for overnight or longer. Comfortable, clean. Front desk clerk available after 11 pm by phone and she comes to the door and lets you in.

• Rodrick (10/5): Suite Wood In The Springs - It all started with the smile and immediate greeting from the front desk agent Brianna. Upon entering the property it just felt like home. My room was very comfortable and cozy for which I slept like a newborn.
• Gerald (4/5): - I travel 20+ weeks a year and I am disappointed that this hotel is a Choice Hotel. This not a hotel that senior citizens should stay in. First, it mainly is filled with construction workers and parking lot was filled with dump trucks, delivery trucks and other vehiles that made it hard to park. The next issues are the rooms. The mattresses after you get thru 2 inches of soft material felt like box springs. The other issue deals with the one piece tub/shower. The tub is so deep that my wife was scatrf to try and step out of it. There are no grab bars to hold on to stepping out of the tub.

• Philip (6/5): - Property is decent but do not stay here if you are checking in after 10pm. The front desk is closed after that and they do not have a way for you to check in. There is a phone with a sign saying to dial 500 but that does not work. I’m a truck driver and when I arrived was so exhausted but had to lay down in lobby and make calls to Expedia to contact property manager and waited an hour to actually get in a room.

The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and recommended a The lady at the front desk was very nice. Our only disappointment was the coffee that is offered in the lobby in the mornings was not available.

• Kristina (8/5): - It's a new hotel and in a very new area so it's clean, modern, and safe. Tons of food options right around the hotel. It doesn't have an ice machine or hair dryers in the rooms, but I was told they are working on that and will hopefully have them soon. The rooms are small, but cute.
• Kimberley (6/5): - While this is a brand new hotel, it was overall a disappointment. The staff member was incompetent. She tried to put us first in a room with one bed, argued with me about my reservation that was for two beds. She proceeded to put me in an occupied room, turned the screen for me to verify and it had someone else’s name with my information. She promised to fix that, then finally put us in a room on first floor. The beds were hard, bed frames are cheap metal. The kitchens come with nothing. Not even silverware. You have to buy the kitchen set separately. I have never stayed at an extended stay hotel that didn’t provide basic kitchen items. I asked at check in if there was 4 towels in the room with two beds and she didn’t know, said come back if I needed more. The doors slamming from other rooms was really loud, and people walked right next to our windows on the grass and we could hear their entire conversations. When I came for more towels, I didn’t bring my room key and she lectured me that I always needed to have my key. Repeatedly. There are no automatic doors which makes bringing your suitcases in a challenge. The door to our room wouldn’t lock without a lot of effort. There is supposedly coffee in the lobby but there are no cups to put it in. The one “positive” was also a negative. There was plenty of hot water but it was so hot that it would have scalded my kids if they turned it up and got in. I would never stay here again.
• Tyler (4/5): - The room was advertised as having a Queen size bed but the bed was smaller. Very disappointing. The bed frame was cheap and squeaky. The hotel was fun other than the bed size being too small.

• Keith (6/5): - We had an unusual hotel experience. The condition and cleanliness of the room was excellent; seemed to be relatively new construction. Negatives: no coffee maker in room; no coffee available in lobby. None available at all. No Kleenex in room. No hand towels. Had a power outage at 4am. No back-up generator. When I went to lobby to inquire, I entered the lobby using panic bar on door. No one was on duty. The front desk/counter was closed behind a steel curtain. I was locked into lobby, because it required the use of the card key which wouldn’t work due to the power outage. Fortunately, I had my phone, and called my wife to come down to open the interior lobby door, and of course she had to prop open the door to our room so we could get back into it. Wanted to get an early start, so the hotel exit door had to be propped open so we could get in and out of the building. No one answered the “emergency” number. By the time 6 am arrived, the power was back on, but the front desk was still locked up.

• Chasity (6/5): - Was so excited about my stay here especially since it was a new establishment. Open arriving the room was very nice. But the hotel hasnt been here long but somehow me and my friend got stuck on the elevator in between the 3rd and 4th floor. The staff was very apologetic and moved me to the 1st floor so that shouldn't reflect on them. But upon going to the other room there was something nasty that looked like a booger stuck to the pillow case and no toilet paper. Tried to go to the lobby bathroom, no toilet paper. Have a kitchenette but no dishes ? Just not a great stay especially having to deal with being there for my mothers funeral, was looking for a more relaxing stay.
• Betty gail (4/5): - No ice machine, no ice trays to make ice. Had to go out to buy ice. No shade on window to keep light out. Other rooms had shades. Our room had only blinds & they do not keep light out. The biggest thing was the elevator wasn’t working & my husband has a heart condition and cannot climb stairs so we had to take a ground floor room. We do not like ground rooms bc of car noise outside the window. The lock on the door is very hard to open. This is a safety concern. Only opened 2 months ago & I would not stay here again. The only thing I didn’t like was the tiny pillows. The first lady we encountered was not very friendly, but she got better. When we left, we met the manager and she was great.

Additionally, the bed was so close to the wall that it was difficult to easily get into bed on that side. The facility was as clean and comfortable and the location was as excellent.

• Patrick (2/5): Woodsprings disaster - The staff was one person who disappeared during the night.In the morning there was NO ONE AT THE DESK for check out. The bath tub leaked a big puddle at the foot, no tissues, no breakfast, no way to shut down the air conditioning, no coffee or tea in the room. I would NOT recommend this facility to any one !

Had an issue with our TV not switching channels (Rm 229) and we were immediately relocated to a new room and everything was in working order. We had a two bed with kitchenette. Lots of cubbies for storage in the kitchen, room & bathroom. There is a tub and shower. Tub sits high so a big step over the sides of the tub to get in. No breakfast at this facility, workout room with treadmill, two bikes, & weightlifting tower; no pool; plenty of parking and well lit; one elevator. This property is priced well.

All features of my room functioned as they should, but I would bring a black sheet to cover the window if you plan to sleep in, as the horizontal louvered blinds allow lots of sunlight to illuminate the room very early!!! Clerk who checked me in was very professional, and that was my only interaction with staff.

• Lamar (8/5): - Hotel is located on probably the best exit when it comes to dining. Close to ballpark. Spacious and comfortable. Had a problem with TV and staff took care of it
• Susan (8/5): - The property was a great value for one night. It had just opened and was clean and the bed was comfortable. The blinds gave some screen from the parking lot lights but some blackout curtains would have helped. The window AC was a little on the loud side and the floor remained damp after showering, even in the main area. Over all the room was an excellent value and served our purpose for rest during a long road trip.
• Carolyn (8/5): - Everything was new, check in easy - had prepaid, beds were fine. Room spacious.a mirror over the desk would be nice. But definitely a great deal and a great stay. Will pick this again for sure.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Brand new as of July 2025 - Brand new hotel as of this week. Staff still learning the check in process. Need to put hand towels in the rooms and really need a key drop off box at the front. Lobby is locked up like Ft Knox from 10 pm to who knows when. No breakfast at all, not even an apple or banana. Very clean since it is new.
