The staff were so lovely, Eumir in particular was very attentive and kept checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay and see if we needed anything. 10/10 experience.

The neighborhood is great and the hotel is 3 blocks away from Rosetta, one of the best coffee shops/bakeries in the area. Amie and Mary did a great job, and Eumir was lovely and helpful.

There’s some room for improvement—specifically, having air conditioning and better water temperature control in the shower. While hot water is available, the temperature fluctuates quickly from hot to very cold, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Definitely recommend and would consider staying here again.

- Z (10/5): - My partner and I had a great 10 day stay thanks to the whole team: our host Eumir who communicated with us prior to and following our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed, the housekeepers Mary, Montse and especially Aime who did a great job for our scheduled weekly room cleaning. Also shoutout to Pedro from maintenance and the security guards Lulú and Paola who greeted us with a smile at all hours of the day whether we were leaving early for tours or coming back late from events. The property is located in a quiet part of Roma Norte where we always felt safe and the overall value for the space, quality and location are very hard to beat.

The location was about 18 minutes from the airport and was super accessible to public transportation (5 min walk to Sevilla train station), across the street from a gym, and in close range to a circle K, 7-eleven, Oxxo, and many dining options (variety of price ranges). The building itself is beautiful (colonial style building, big open windows which let in plenty of fresh air, lush trees open terrace, and high ceilings) and I felt very safe during my stay. The staff were very hospitable and were always making sure I had what I needed. I stayed a total of 6 nights, and I would definitely book my stay with them again!

- JULIO CESAR (10/5): - Toda nuestra estancia fue magnífica, lugar bien situado, bonito y el personal súper amable en especial mención a Paola por su atención. El metro queda a 1 cuadra y la avenida Reforma súper cerca. Toda la colonia Roma súper buen lugar para caminar.
- Liliana (10/5): - Lasai is a beautiful property. I loved the several balconies the property offered. Room was great, clean and spacious. Everyone was very welcoming. I loved that there were restaurants, cafes and bars at a walkable distance. I felt very safe in the area. Can’t wait to come back to CDMX.

He was very kind and showed me everything once i arrived and checked on me to see if there was anything else he could do for me. I highly recommend this spot and will be staying here again when I return.

- Boyd (10/5): - This is a great place to stay in Roma Norte. There is a terrific Argentinian restaurant literally around the corner, which is great if you eat meat (I don't, but they also have great pasta options). Just as importantly, this is a place that is within a walk-able crossroads. You can walk to Chapultepec park (and the Anthropology Museum) or you can spend the day walking around Roma or Condesa. I can't say enough nice things about the staff. They are terrific.

- Yasmin (10/5): - The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. It’s located in a great area with nice restaurants and bars, but still very quiet. Eumir is a great host and you can see and feel how well he takes care of his guests! We had a pleasant stay and can recommend it to everyone visiting Mexico City.
- Jimena (10/5): - The space was very nice, clean and had everything we needed for our stay (towels, soap, shampoo, etc.) Security was always nice and helpful, as well as the people at the front desk. The only thing is that our apartment needed a bit more of ventilation, but apart from that, it was all very good.

- Andres Ernesto (10/5): - Location, location, location could not asked for anything more. The property was very clean, truly enjoyed our stay would recommend 100%.
- ROY (10/5): - The property was located right at the center of everything: tons of restaurants, shopping malls, bars and clubs yet it is still pretty quiet. Everyone needs to be let in and out every time by a 24 hour front desk so I felt extremely safe. The property was fully equipped, squeaky clean and very spacious. The detailed and easy check-in instructions were sent a day before arrival. The water temperature in the shower was either extremely hot or cold. The mattress needs to be burnt. It was extremely firm and combining with some cheap pillows, it was very uncomfortable to sleep. I literally had to sleep on top of the blanket to make it more tolerable. I’ve traveled a lot and slept on many mattresses and this by far was the worst!

- Álvaro (10/5): - Estuvimos una semana, mi esposa y yo y la pasamos muy bien, el hotel es muy tranquilo y muy limpio y el servicio 24 horas. Definitivamente lo mejor es la ubicación, llegas caminando a cualquier restaurante de la Roma o la condesa.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - El lugar es chico pero muy bueno, cuenta con cocina, un sillon cama, cama matrimonial, closet con varias amenidades como plancha, el baño es comodo y limpio, nos quedamos dos personas y no tuvimos problemas además el lugar está muy bien ubicado. Recomiendo mucho está propiedad, me gustaría volver en un futuro

- Line (10/5): - C’est un endroit formidable pour visiter Mexico. On s’y sent en sécurité, les employés sont très gentils et les habitations sont confortables et bien équipées. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié terminer nos journées sur la terrasse du 3e. Nous reviendrons assurément et nous recommandons chaudement.

- Jorge (10/5): Excelente atencion, servicio y estancia!! - Una muy bonita experiencia y lo mejor es que tuve servicio de primera clase con el Sr Marco quien estuvo atento a mis necesidades. La propiedad está de lujo y super bien ubicada en el corazon de la ciudad de Mexico. Si vas a realizar tramite de Visa te queda a escasos 10 minutos caminando. Regresaré sin duda alguna.
