The location couldn’t be better — close to everything but still nice and quiet inside. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was super — fresh and delicious every morning. Our room was beautiful, with a French balcony and a lovely view over the city. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

• Rebecca (10/5): - GORGEOUS AND BRAND NEW! Perfect location! The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was so nice and had an awesome hair dryer! It was right in the middle of the city in an awesome area for walking. Parking Garage about 900 feet away, so not bad.
• Dan (10/5): - Recent total renovation of the boutique hotel makes it top of the line. Staff was outstanding on many fronts, from recommendations, directions and taxi calls. Extraordinary! The breakfast menu was amazing, from fresh fruit to fresh eggs to yogurt and cereals, plus delicious fresh bakery goods. Location couldn't be more central.

• Benjamin (10/5): Heart of the City a Great place to stay - Lovely hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect and so central. You can walk anywhere from here. Close to everything. The staff here were so incredible. Great service and always happy to help. Breakfast was great lots to choose from. Would definitely come back here again.

• Martin (10/5): - My stay was excellent. At the time of my check in, they hotel had just been open for less than a week. A few minor kinks existed, but nothing major to distract from a stay. The breakfast was great and just enough to have to get the day started. The themed rooms added to the unique character of the hotel. Housekeeping was daily and timely. The water pressure was great the hot water was indeed very hot. The room was quiet enough to sleep in during my stay even when the cable cars were rolling by. Often, I sat by the French balcony doors and enjoyed listening to the people and traffic below. I look forward to returning as I feel as though I have a new location in Lisbon to return as if it were my home.

• Peter (8/5): Hyvä sijainti, siisti mutta pieni huone - Hyvää keskitasoa oleva hotelli. Majoituimme parvekkeellisessa "sviitissä". Hione oli siisti mutta erittäin kompakti. Kylpyhuoneessa oli erittäin vähän laskutilaa, ja suihkukopissa ei yhtään hyllyä. Huoneen lepotuoli oli epämukava ja pöytä hyvin pieni. Aamiainen oli hintaansa (15 €) nähden onneton. Hotellin sijainti erittäin hyvä.

• Luca (10/5): - L'hotel è nuovo e situato in posizione strategica, in pieno centro perfetto per visitare la cittá. La stanza è molto contenuta e avrebbe bisogno di qualche miglioria nelle piccole comodità: Manca uno spazio dove appendere i vestiti (l'armadio c'è ma ha le mensole all'interno?!). Il bagno è nuovo, doccia fantastica ma spazi ristretti e a dividerlo dalla stanza una vetrata al posto del classico muro: l'abbiamo trovata estremamente scomoda (il vetro è opaco, ma comunque si intravede dentro) la privacy è troppo limitata, per noi che siamo stati 4 notti è stato un problema. Per il resto, consigliato!

We loved the room and the breakfast was super convenient and fresh. Fresh bread made every morning, thick cut with butter and Jam, eggs, ham cheese croissants etc etc. fresh juice and good espresso. Loved this place will come again when back in Lisbon!

• Verified traveler (10/5): Loved it. - Brand new Hotel only opened for 3 weeks when we stayed. Great location in Baxia on the tram line, walkable to metro in 8 minutes, train in 13 minutes. Rooms are small but decorated very tastefully, really cute. Nice balconies. Loved it all and will be back!

• Sapidah (8/5): - This is the cutest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Tiny but well laid out and very comfortable for solo traveler or a couple. I had two issues that could be easily resolved. 1st, electricity kept going out in my room randomly. 2nd: Hotel team do not respond to messages or answer the phone. I had to go down to lobby if I needed anything or had a question.

The location couldn’t be better , right in the heart of everything, with amazing views and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and transportation. The staff was outstanding, always friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were gorgeous and modern, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The only challenge was parking, which wasn’t very easy, but the convenience of the location more than made up for it. Overall, this hotel is perfect for anyone who wants comfort, style, and the best central location in Lisbon. I would definitely stay here again. No parking around the área though. This is the only down.

• Debra (10/5): - Loved our stay at Dalma Baixa, which I was told, is only a few days old. The front staff (Maria and a gentleman who lives on Rua Madalena) was lovely and so helpful. Security is tight and you need a passcode to enter. The hotel is modern and clean, and the breakfast was plentiful with breads, cold cuts, juices, teas, coffees and made-to-order eggs. There's an elevator and the AC and free wifi worked perfectly! It's in the heart of Baixa and you can walk everywhere! Even Tram 28 passes by!
