Guest Reviews
- Jennifer (10/5): - Staff was friendly.
- Aaron (6/5): Poor - Room smells, needs serious cleaning and updating. Stains on carpet, bathroom floor, shower and toilet was horrible
- Robin (8/5): - The property is quite dated and it seemed that there were quite a lot of long term residents staying there. That said, the room was comfortable and quiet enough for a one night stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I guess you can’t ask more than that for the price.
- Mario (10/5): - Great staff
- Crystal (10/5): - Rooms are clean and comfortable
- Skai (10/5): - I was only there for the night but I was able to enjoy my dinner, watch a good show and get a good nights rest before my long day at training! The air conditioning was perfect! And the room was very clean!
- curt (2/5): Don't do it, you will get sick.I was told that thi - They Are only there for the money? All the hotel people we'\nLl, try to go in your room.I left and I seen there was a bunch of bees and they are killer bees here in Arizona.I went to the office to try to tell them they told me I was being rude by telling them that they could kill someone they're not worried about them , please be careful
- Maria (2/5): - Not clean at all room was stained smelled bad and didn't feel safe with the other people staying there
- Christina (2/5): - I found a fentanyl pill on the floor next to the small couch. Broken glass pieces found near the bed. Cockroaches in the bathroom not loke crawling with them but like 6 that i saw. The bathtub drain looked like sasquach was gonna crawl out it. The pool was closed and thats the only reason we get hotels so our kids can swim. There was so many people smoking weed that my room smelled of it. The staff was rude and couldnt offer any help except our manager isnt here on the weekend sorry. They cant do nothing. FIND ANY WHERE TO STAY BUT HERE!!!
- Chris (10/5): - Great staff super clean room and very comfortable beds.
- Amber (2/5): - Unprofessional and rude
- Tamara (6/5): - Carpet needs to be replaced, rooms are nicely updated, security locks on doors need to be updated or tightened up. A lot of long term guest so people cooking in rooms and smoking weed which wasn’t pleasant to the nose. All in all not a bad place to lay your head for the night.
- LoveAmy (2/5): - Look like someone vomit at it on the carpet had a very strong mostly smell.I went to the hospital. They told me that I had pneumonia we stayed over thirty days. Basical we had no choice because my struts broke in the parking lot. Because of the holes.
- JUAN (8/5): - The property was easy to find and had ample parking. The night attendant I was greeted by was very polite approachable friendly and very helpful in making our check-in a breeze. We were issued a room on the ground floor with access to the parking lot which made our move in very convenient. The reason for not giving all five stars reviews is this, you are greeted at the lobby with a stagnant smell and heavy sense of moisture in the air. The rooms themselves although cleaned, do reflect a need for renovation. The sliding door was sticking, the carpet is stained and the a/c unit is loud as it works to cool the room. The beds were clean and the room did not have the same smell as the lobby which made it acceptable. We were very tired and planned to stay only a few hours to sleep and bath. Not long enough to enjoy the amenities of the location if any (which I was informed by the attendant that the currently don’t offer a continental breakfast option). I would like to use the again when the upgrades are made.
- Jennifer (2/5): Deplorable - The room reeked. There were several people hanging out in the parking lot and unsupervised children running around and climbing on fencing structures. One of the rooms door locks did not secure properly. Overall unsafe environment for me and my children. We ended up leaving shortly after and will never rent from this place again. They refused to refund my stay. Even though we left within the first hour.
- Howard (10/5): - Cable on TV didn’t work the first night. Missed the football game.
- Jaymie (8/5): Clean property, nice staff - This is a former Ramada Inn. It wasn’t fancy, but it served my needs. My room had a full size fridge and microwave. The property was clean and the staff was very friendly.
- curt (2/5): - The a c leaks and it smells like a musty smell
- RICHARD (2/5): - Even after promises from counter staff
Linens were not changed.
A/C was not charged with coolent.
Low water pressure
Cold to Luke warm showers
- At (2/5): - The front desk was short staffed as well as the cleaning staff. Upon arrival I was told 100 deposit it states online 50 such a horrible place and it was smelly too.
- Sarah (6/5): - I did not like that it was a rental property as well as a hotel
- William (10/5): - We arrived late, the check in guy was nice and fast. The room appeared clean, no strong smells and the air worked good.
The beds were firm and there was some music outside I believe from the venue next door but we were asleep quickly from a very long travel day so it wasn't bad I would book again if in the area.
- Sahra (4/5): - This hotel is clean.Beds are comfortable visually not appealing, the structure itself needs work.I had difficulty opening my door. Was given a new key then early in the morning got locked out of my room as the key I was given no linger worked. They do not have a person in the office 24/7 and have a number posted on the door , however, nobody answered and it went to voicemail. I was locked out for over an hour before somebody showed up around eight forty five a m. There was another woman who was also locked out of her room and her key card did not work to let her back in either.
- Carlos (10/5): - Very nice clean pool very Nice love the place very comfortable
- Tommy (2/5): - I
- Joseph (10/5): - The property was nice and quiet staff was amazing
- Diana (10/5): - Clean rooms, helpful staff
- curt (10/5): - Very friendly, very clean, very helpful.I've stated a Stayed at a lot of hotels here in Tucson. And this is by far the best.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Our stay was ok. I really wish there was a handicap assesible suite. It would have helped hubby so much with bathing and just getting around with his broken ankle
There could be more laundry machines as there are only 3 washers and 6 dryers for the entire complex.
The gray exterior is drab, just about any other color would brighten the place up and moving the big boat out back or on the side would be good. Who wants to see that as you go to check in?
Otherwise we didn't have any issues
- curt (10/5): - They're very nice very well kept. You could literally walk outside with no shoes on.They are very helpful.Nothing's wrong with this property.I love it here.I could live here
- Jo (8/5): - The front staff were welcoming and the foyer is great. The plan of rooms is a bit of a jumble and finding your room whilst carrying luggage was challenging. The pool looked lovely. Our room was spacious and comfortable.
- Michael (6/5): - No one answered the phone twice I left a message after the first call and no one returned my call so I called again 2 hours later and I'm still waiting to hear from them....... Room was okay but the carpet was pretty old and I'm not sure if anything was living in it. Blackout curtain was adequate but there was no lining behind it so we either had to close it all together or be exposed to 15 rooms on the other side of the complex. No amenities like coffee or microwave or fridge or hair dryer. The one elevator to the second floor was on the far side of the four attached building so it meant a walk on several walkways or all your suitcases up a staircase. But we were just looking for a place for a few hours sleep and so we got what we paid for.
- mark (10/5): - The price very reasonable for what you get.
- Durkin (8/5): - Perfect for a one night stay.
- Richard (10/5): - Nice property
- Francisco (10/5): - Awesome stay
- J (10/5): - Free up on the drinks
- Matthew (4/5): - Bad condition and hotel smells
- Jessie (8/5): Friendly and affordable! - Elizabeth is great at giving customer service! All employees were friendly, however the walls in room could of uesd a liitle detailing lots of prior food splatters and dirty baseboards but the bedding was clean and smelled nice! overall comfortable 2 night stay 😊
- Henry (10/5): - The property was quiet and the staff was nice and helpful. The room was big and clean. The only thing that I desired was for the hot tub to function, which was out of service.
- Andres (10/5): - Best place

- Andres (10/5): - Best
- Andres (10/5): - 🙏🙏
- Julio (2/5): - Would not be staying there anymore unsafe for family and not the cleaned
- Raul (8/5): - The surrounding was dirty
- Valerie (10/5): - The staff was so helpful. We had a very late check in and they were very accommodating. The AC was blasting when we got to our room, and with the Arizona heat, this was delightful. The linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. My only thoughts were the rooms needed a little more attention to details when cleaning, but we hand a good overall experience.
- Manuel (2/5): - Second time staying here . Bathroom has mold carpet was dirty . Spider web everywhere. Front desk lady Brenda second time she keep mine $100 dollars deposit .
- Ginger (2/5): - The room stayed hot because the window unit was small. The room smelled
- Margarita (10/5): - It was an amazing stay super nice and friendly people
- Tewelde Rezene (2/5): - Everything looks disaster
- Dionna (8/5): - Decent spot quiet and simple.
- James (10/5): I would recommend especially for their reasonable - It was clean and had good customer service.
- terry (8/5): - No ice
- vicki (2/5): - The pictures on Expedia's site showed a nice pool and hot tub and nice rooms. The Hotel on out side looked run down as well as the room.Hot tub had dirty water and room carpet was dirty in room, smell dirty,we were not able to get into room until after 4:30 PM. Air
conditioner was not even turn on we turned it on and it didn't cooler the bed air until around 3 AM., so we didn't sleep very well because of the heat, the bathroom and area were we put our luggage never cooled off. No stopper in bathroom sink and stopper in show was painted white shower walls looked old as well. We did feel that we were going to get the rest we needed due to the heat and smell of the room and the looks of the property did not make it feel inviting to vacationers. We had to wait until 10 AM when the office opened up. And told them we were not waiting to stay at the Hotel we had to give them a $100 deposit in cash and was able to get it back we were not offered to try another room or refund for the days we paid through Expedia or from the Hotel. If we knew the conditions of the Hotel we would have look into another Hotel on Expedia's site. We google the hotel after staying there for 1 night and it was rated at 2.6 and that others that stay there could not get there deposit back which is not right. I do not want other vacationers to go through what we did and cost them more to stay somewhere else and do not think it is right the the Hotel should refuse to refund us for the nights we did get to stay.
- Samuel (10/5): - Best hotel to stay
- Joshua (10/5): - The staff have been great, and willing to go above and beyond! Quiet area, nice rooms, and very budget friendly.
- Vladimir (2/5): - I DID NOT STAY!!! NO ONE AT FRONT TO HELP WHEN I ARRIVED
- Jamie (2/5): - They do not clearly state that you will be charged 100 dollar deposit upon check in and sjnce i did not have i could not rent the room then refused to refund me they ripped me off and I was in town because my mother was in the hospital having energency surgery because of this i was unable to afford a room elsewhere and had nowhere to go ......
- Steve (10/5): - I was surprised that this hotel was not bad for the price. I've stayed there twice.
- Marilyn (2/5): - No swimming pool. No extra blanket. No telephone in room,(Not working). And no wash cloths. Very disappointed.
- william (8/5): - Good location (near the interstate), nice rooms - only drawback is the lobby schedule: they don't open until 10 AM
- Lee (10/5): Pleasant Stay - It was a very pleasant stay and it met all my needs. Only glitch was the consistency of the wifi network. The staff was really nice.
- james (6/5): - Check in was fast room was ok sliding door lock was broken and it didn't open easily
- Christopher (6/5): - Staff was very nice however the hotel needs some updating
- Mamusu (4/5): - Swimming pool and hot tub in June had no water…Arizona without water is like a fish in the desert. Awful!! Old amenities dirty floors, no coffee in the rooms. You get it … yes I couldn’t take it, had to leave after the first night! You be the judge…on a positive note the front desk was polite.
- David Joseph (6/5): - Outdated and not very clean.
- Lee (10/5): - I had a very pleasant stay here at Las Palmas. The staff are very nice and Brenda, at the front desk, is nice and helpful. The location is very central to my needs and there are lots of stores and restaurants nearby.
- rj (8/5): - The room was very nice
- Clifford (8/5): - Some rooms had TVs that did not work.
- Nichole (2/5): - There was a hold for $100, but was run as a charge 5/30/25, still no refund
- Vanessa (2/5): - I had booked a room 2 months prior to my stay and while checking in I was told it was not in the system for whatever reason. I end up getting the room that seemed to be in an okay condition but apparently the cleaning crew do not do a thorough job. On my second night there, while in bathroom I had dropped something that went under the bathroom vanity, I went to grab it and saw somebody's dirty underwear under there also. I knew I was going to be leaving first thing in the morning so I left it at that and didn't say anything. 6:00 a.m. in the morning, I went down to the lobby to try to check out and the doors were locked. I went back every 30 minutes up until 7:30 to try to check out and the doors were still locked and no one answered the calls I made. I literally had to walk all over the complex trying to find another way out to my car so I could leave and catch my flight on time. Even when I landed back home in another state, I had called to inform them that I left the hotel Key in the room because I had no other choice, no one answered the phone then also.
- rj (8/5): - The rooms were very nice in appearance. I liked the location but it is away from other eating establishments.
- john (6/5): - The hotel is located in a commercial area , has plenty of free parking, and is in a quiet area with easy access to the 10 freeway. The hotel is dated and in need of repairs. The room was big, the bed comfortable snd the service was great. The carpet needed cleaning but the rest of the room condition was satisfactory. The pool area was unusable, did not appear to be maintained and was in the process of being cleaned. The price was low and acceptable fir a one or two night stay.
- Pedro (6/5): - Don’t
- Julie (6/5): - Lady at checkin was nice.
Carpet in room was filthy dirty
- Cherizee (8/5): - Good to stay for overnight and the stuff are friendly
- Lee (10/5): Diamond In The Rough - Pleasantly surprised. Affordable, clean, and friendly staff.
- karina (10/5): - Clean rooms great size great staff.
- Manuel (6/5): - Front desk lady Brenda rude and a thief !!!
- Guadalupe (6/5): - We had two rooms reserved. Unfortunately, one of them had a HUGE leak coming from the ceiling n the restroom. The good thing was that we were quickly given another room.
- Carrine (2/5): You get what you pay for - There was no garbage can in the room and there was only one channel on the TV. But the worst part was the smoke alarm started chirping in the middle of the night and went off every 10 seconds for hours. There was nobody in the office to help. It was the worst night by far that I've ever had in a hotel.
- mark (10/5): - This hotel for $100 less out shined the Ramada by Wyndham Viscount on E Broadway Tucson AZ by a long shot! Friend staff the manager Elizabeth was wonderful and very accommodating. Unlike the Manager at Viscount who refused to give me a refund! Never again will I use Wyndham on any stay again!!!! closed a 32 year old account with Wyndham 2 times they have stolen my money Wyndham you got your butt kicked by a $52 per night hotel...... Well done Las Palmas.....
- mark (10/5): - Hotel is very clean Staff is very friendly Elizabeth the manager is very accommodating. Unlike other hotels like Ramada by Wyndham viscount e Broadway Tucson AZ $150 per night and AC doesn't work on 4th floor! Never again will I use whyndam who has done nothing but lock money up for 35 days under federal law is illegal to do under $5000! I will always Stay at the Las Palmas......
- Steven (10/5): - Kathy is a great manager !!!
- Alivia (4/5): - Sheets and towels were dirty. Would not recommend this place.
- Alicia (10/5): - Staff was freindly , room was clean
- Lawrence (6/5): - NA
- Anicia (2/5): DISRESPECTFUL WORKERS!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! - Stayed for 4 nights with my 14 & 3 year old. Night time Staff the first 3 nights were amazing & super friendly until the 4th night when a huge rude lady came banging on my door saying it was 9:30pm (it was 7:42pm) & my child was running around the property. (My 14 year old) I sent her to the office which was 2 doors down to get towels since house keeping didn’t do their jobs that day; a family heard how rude & unprofessional she was being & told me my daughter was standing by the LOCKED office doors before they even arrived so her disrespect was uncalled for. My daughter was simply going to the main door since the back one was locked. I Believe the rude worker was on drugs or have personal issues that management should look into; especially while working with people. 0/10 will never stay at this place again.
- Cynthia (8/5): - It was a quiet stay. The room was updated but still needs a little work. The person at the front desk on Friday evening was awesome.
