- Jill (8/5): - Very nice room, bed comfy, Our card door key didn’t work, walked the length of the building to office- rekeyed, walked back- key still didn’t work, had to have maintenance open door, Got another set of keys, At 10:30 that night, we tried to get in our room and keys still didn’t work, Thank goodness the office was still open and clerk had to walk us to our room and unlock door. The hotel is in a poor part of town, hard to get in and out of parking lot. We would stay there again though.
- JEFF (10/5): - Hotel better than expected. In transition but you can see where it is heading. Rooms clean and quiet. Sheets super soft. Bed comfortable. Shower had good pressure and water heated quickly. Staff was super nice. WiFi needs a boost of speed and power so it provides constant connectivity. Will definitely stay here again when in Tucson!

- Bethany (8/5): - This property is under some construction, but my impression is that they are putting in a pool and improvements. My room was extremely clean and very comfortable. What I didn’t understand is their concentration to the beautiful tile in the bathroom, rain-shower/shower head, and even so much as a garment steamer to accommodate the guest however, the coffee selection with lack of coffee amenities, puzzled me. Why put so much money into the room but yet have such poor options for morning coffee. Coffee is an important thing to people so I feel the creamers, sugars and coffee selection should be upgraded. Other reviews have complained about being too close to the freeway and noise, however, I was on the side of the freeway and didn’t hear anything. There were no issues there at all. Overall, this place was just fine, very clean, the two women that were on staff for the two days that I were there were extremely friendly and helpful and I imagine once a pool is put in, this place will be a nice stay.

- Doreen (10/5): EXCEPTIONAL HOTEL AND SERVICE - Amazing upgrade to this facility! So clean and so many details hit the mark. Shower had a rain element and they provided a steamer for clothing. First class. They are doing more as they are building a pool and restaurant on property! Hats off Alice!
- Flor (6/5): - The area was sketchy but closed off only one entrance to parking. As soon as you go in room it smelled old (like walking Into a nursing home) . However the room was beautiful the beds are sooo comfy and the sheets, pillows and towels were amazing! I didn't read the description of the bed sizes! They are Full beds (not comfortable for two people sleeping in each! ) The shower is tiny looks like a closet, oversize person wouldn't fit in bathroom toilet!(claustrophobic,) But beautiful! Shower pressure was a bit weak. But beautiful bc of the double shower head option! I wish we had a microwave in room! It was never mentioned that there was a ice machine in the laundry. This would have been good to know! (maybe having in the room so people know?) Overall great experience can't wait for the upgrades if they ever get a pool, or restaurant!

- Stuart (10/5): Cute, Cozy, and Friendly. - Great stay! After reviewing other local stays, this is the only one that felt safe to stay at. getting checked in was a breeze and the staff was friendly! I had a complication with my stay outside of their control, but they were very accommodating and helped ensure everything worked alright with Hotels.com and such! The room was cute, comfortable, and the TV, while a bit slow, had Netflix and apps we could sign in with our info and enjoy stuff as if we were home! A strong recommend from me and I will be coming back! Just a heads up, stairs only no elevator, but I enjoyed getting my stairmaster steps in haha.

- Peter (8/5): New rooms, old locks. - The check in was easy. The facility has been rejuvenated and refurbished, which was very nice. However, they had old locks on the doors and the key cards rarely worked, which was a big disappointment.

The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The outside property was clean as well. Only complaint is that the wifi/tv lagged, but not too big a deal especially for a short stay. Would definitely stay again.
