- Angel (10/5): - Loved this hotel. Rooms were very clean, hotel itself was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. They let us check in 3 hours early for no additional cost. Water and coffee was restock daily in our room and towels were changed everyday as well. We received an email from them a few days before we arrived asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. I asked for a 2nd blanket for the pull out bed as our kids would be sharing a bed and don't do well with sharing blankets. Not only did we have an extra blanket for them, but also extra pillows as well. Nice Central location, about a 20 minute walk from everything. Easy to get to by Metro from the airport. Breakfast was great although the selection was the same every day but I'm not going to complain to much about that. Rooms were a decent size and I would stay here again in the future if we come back to Greece.

- Tony (8/5): - Eternity Hotel– Athens, Greece Located in the lively heart of Athens, Hotel Eternity offers a modern retreat within walking distance of the Acropolis, Plaka, Syntagma, and Monastiraki Squares. The property features a clean, minimalist design, though it lacks the opulence, luxury and ambience expected of a true five-star hotel. Rooms are tastefully appointed and spotless, but the curved headboard design makes it awkward and uncomfortable to reach the bedside table. Service is among the hotel’s greatest strengths—professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive without being intrusive. The staff’s sincerity adds warmth to the overall experience. Where the hotel falls short of its five-star rating is in its limited amenities and scale. The reception area is compact, and the absence of a proper lounge gives it more of a four-star boutique feel. Breakfast is served on a cramped section of the bar counter; while varied and somewhat adequate, it lacks the presentation and refinement associated with five-star luxury hotels. Overall, Eternity Hotel delivers a polished and comfortable stay with excellent service and an enviable location, but it doesn’t embody the grandeur or full luxury experience of a true five-star property.

We really appreciated the service particularly the attitude of ms Eleni who guided us throughout our short stay and made us feel at home. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Athens and accessing the places to visit is very easy. The room is clean and tidy.
- SANDRA (10/5): - New hotel, very clean, good security to reach your floor and to access your room. Staff was very friendly, nice breakfast, good variety. Central location to Monastiraki Square and Syntagma Square, close to eateries, ice cream shops, market and shopping. The room was comfortable with coffee maker & supplies including various teas, mini fridge, mini bar, toiletries, hair dryer and a clothes steamer. The only critique I have is the lack of storage, one small closet and two small drawers.

One issue was that there were some problems with the door handles and locks on the rooms. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars!! They also helped arrange transportation from the airport and then to the port to leave for our cruise which was extremely helpful! Service was above and beyond!

- Monica (8/5): - The pluses with this property is that it is a pretty boutique hotel with a nice breakfast and cocktail area, plus outdoor seating. The suites were large and well appointed. The challenge is that it is next door to a very busy loading area so there were trucks coming and going and the air quality wasn't good. It is also not a disability friendly property so keep that in mind. The elevator malfunctioned and had to be reset a few times and the stairway has no handrails. There are no safety rails in the shower area and the marble shower floor is very slippery. My roommate fell in the shower and was told by the front desk staff that other guests had reported that they needed a safety rail in the shower as well and they had "noted it." Overall I would recommend this property, but take care especially if you are an older guest.

We had some issues with our room, the safe wouldnt lock and needed to be repaired, our room door would not close properly and i actually broke the handle off trying to close it. Thus is a ery new hotel so they are still ironing things out but overall it was excellent including the staff.

If we had slept all would have been overlooked.

- Laurice (10/5): - My husband and I were fortunate to have spent eleven nights at the Eternity Hotel. It’s a new hotel and the staff is outstanding. A big thank you to those whom I was able to get the names of: Despoine, Eleni, Gabriel and Petros at the front desk who made us feel so welcomed, by smiling and answering our many questions; Leah, the sweetest young lady, who kept our room spotless; Tania, our barista, who made the most delicious Americana coffee; and Spyros and Chris, the highly efficient servers that truly added to our delicious continental breakfasts. Cris is a wealth of information if you want to know about Athens. There were other staff members as well, a chef and a pastry chef and I wish I could list all the staff who are making this hotel a true retreat. We looked forward to the continental breakfast because there were so many delicious food choices and the menu varied every day. We were even offered additional choices specifically prepared by the chef. I recommend the scrambled eggs. The location is perfect. We had a partial view of the Acropolis and were within a short walking distance of Plaka and the Monastiraki Square, with so many restaurants nearby and a fantastic dining room with a patio right in the hotel. Our room was spacious and quiet; the bed and pillows were so comfortable; the bathroom was beautiful, with a rainforest shower head; and the expresso machine and clothes steamer were a nice touch. The Etetnity Hotel in Athens get a 10 out of 10!

Small outdoor seating area to enjoy an ouzo or glass of wine with a snack and watch the world go by.

- Mick (10/5): - I will start off by saying that the team at Eternity was the best part of the experience - a that is saying a lot because the hotel has much going for it. From the moment we arrived until our departure after our last breakfast, the staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure we were enjoying our experience. Though the hotel is relatively new and a few kinks are still being worked out, the staff always had a workaround to ensure we got what we needed. Their attentiveness and efforts were greatly appreciated. Beyond that, the location is perfect. There is so much available right outside of the doors from restaurants to shopping to historic and cultural sites. We really felt as if we were in the middle of everything - able to walk to almost all of our destinations. Two metro stops were conveniently available for further destinations. We had room 602 which had a balcony and an amazing view including the Acropolis. The room was comfortable and adequate for two adults and one child. We did have an issue with the shower drain but the cleaning staff was attentive and helped us work through it. Overall we loved our stay and would eagerly stay at Eternity again. We highly recommend it!

- Emma (6/5): - The property looked beautiful however the tiles in the bathroom and shower were very slippery. The floor waste overflowed with suds from the room above. We could hear the trickling of the shower above too and footsteps. We could hear noise in the hallway too. I don’t think the soundproofing is good enough for this hotel especially for the price, the bed was very comfortable and overall the appearance of the room was excellent. When the hotel organized transport they charged us €55 and a taxi showed up. We could have organized this ourselves as the fare was €36 but we had to pay €55. I know this hotel has recently opened but there are a few things to consider when charging customers $750 a night. We had to leave early so a takeaway breakfast was given to us and it consisted of a stale sandwich.

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary on this trip and the staff really made us feel special 😊 Just a few growing pains to be sorted ( especially given it’s a 5star hotel ) which could be due to the fact that it’s a new hotel : No hooks for towels in the bathroom , no robes in the room , no blow dryers or power outlets in the bathroom ( apparently no longer allowed due to code in Greece ), lastly - the exit sign above our room door was extremely bright so a bit difficult to sleep especially if you like the room dark (also apparently a building code item). Overall, the hotel and staff are lovely and we expect this hotel to be a favorite among travellers to Athens!

- Kamra (10/5): - This hotel is perfect for anyone wanting to see the heart of Athens. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious rooms, and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They arranged transport for us several times, and even hooked us up with gorgeous rooftop seating at the Hyper bar and grill. The view of the Acropolis is out of this world, and they also have an area to take a photo framed by flowers. This hotel is in the downtown Monastaraki district and is within a five minute walk to Plaka. This is a very safe area, with tons of great food and shopping areas. The hotel even gave us a bottle of wine with our room, and the beds are very comfortable. Zero complaints here. I would highly recommend this establishment, and will be staying here again when I return to Athens.

Also the rooftop under construction the sexo d day the electricity went off in my room and the second time explotes my converter it seems that they had electrical problems because in the third day the elevator was not working so have to come down 3 floors with heels then the last day as we were leaving have to come down with the luggage also when we were getting to the hotel in a taxi we couldn’t find it bc they have a kiosk in front of their door accompanied next to it with garbage and recycling bins super not appropriate for the bad smell coming from there all these big things for me doesn’t qualify to be in a range of 5 stars ! They are not at all

The hotel is a luxury chic boutique, decorated with exquisite taste , marble all over The staff is extremely professional and always there to solve any little detail They are always ready to help !! While all the others hotels around in similar prices are old and not nice this in a gem in the area !! Small lobby but amazing restaurant to relax for drinks or just being there Breakfast is delicious and everything is included Home made pastries omelettes and Greek specialities The location is perfect , even it js in downtown the block where js located is a nice block where you feel safe ,totally walkable to everywhere From the Parthenon to the museums to the parliament and even to kolonaki that is a great area to visit to see high end boutiques Only 20 minutes walking I saw a one bad review that make no sense at all to me , The hotel smells amazing , brand new and all about this hotel is 5 stars I spent 4 days and one day was better than the other I believe this hotel in the future will cost double of what it js today because you can not even compare this with others in the same range price Probably because is new and still not mant reviews And they will have a roof with view to the acropolis in the next few months Any room is perfect of course that if you can book the room with the balcony and the view will be the idea ,
- INSUNG (4/5): A nice location - Completely disappointing (after choosing the hotel based on the reviews), except for its location with a good view to the Acropolis from a suite room. Absolutely not for families and/or a longer stay than one day. Clean, but looks like a small boutique hotel. The staff should be more professional (not meaning "kind"; they were "extremely" kind).

The best things about the property are the location, bed comfort and shower temperature and pressure The staff in the restaurant were very nice but the service behind the desk was spotty. We stayed there during the taxi strike and we needed transportation to meet our tour group and all they could say was a minivan would be too expensive so we should take the train. The instructions given were not particularly helpful. Also our room door was almost impossible to open. You had to slam your body weight against it to open it. The hotel has space challenges. There is no lobby so if you are waiting for someone you have to wait in the restaurant or outside. Maybe the tables shouldn’t always be set in the restaurant so people would feel comfortable just sitting there? Breakfast was good and plentiful. The location is great - easy walk to acropolis, shopping and great restaurants.

- Guyos (4/5): - The location is amazing, but that’s about it. The WiFi never worked and they kept saying it was fixed. TV never worked, and if you travel with a kid, no WiFi and no TV is a problem. First two days there was no hot water, rooms were half cleaned, and on the last day was not cleaned at all. Elevator malfunctioned and the stairs are too unsafe, for being steep and narrow. No large mirrors, no iron or ironing board. Door has no safety lock. Laundry cost 15euros per bag, except it came back dirty and stinky. On the last day shower drain clogged up and water was barely draining. The staff was being nice but helpless. I hope they fix these issues, because the location is great but the price they charge can not be justified for what they offer with it.

I tillegg er det massevis av butikker, kafeer og bakere rett i nærheten, og det er også gangavstand til Syntagma kvartalet hvor du finner busser og trikker. Personalet var hyggelige, hjelpsomme og gjorde dette til et supert opphold. Frokosten var imponerende og god. Skulle gjerne vært der lengre, og returnerer også gjerne. Kan anbefales!

- Zhouyuan (8/5): Not as advertised rather 3.5 star - The hotel disappointed us. The entry and lobby is not same as seen in pictures online. It is smaller and funiture not fancy as in picture. They use fake room picture ( maybe modified by photoshop) too. They don't have the fancy sofa chair and fancy lights. The room has really bad smell maybe due to it is new construction and new furniture. We feel it is not healthy and maybe it has high VOCs (chemicals) so we tried to cancel the reservation but manager said they could not cancel it for us. Since it is expensive and we paid full already so we decided to stay. We tried to open the window to let the bad smell out during night. The street is very noisy and we barely fell asleep. There is no swimming pool no gym. The door latch does not work. We have to ask a physical key to lock the room door. The overall remodeling is kind of cheap. The painting or some material look cheap. I don't suggest to stay this kind of new hotel if you are allergy or sensitive to smell. Addionally thecthe elevator is small maybe only carry up to 3 perons at one time.The front desk and the the service people look very nice. Th breakfast is pretty good that is the only thing we like from this hotel. We rather to rate it 3.5 star rather than 5 star.
