Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (2/5): Filthy and REEKS of Cigarette Smoke - The grass outside if filled with weeds, the building is really old and the inside is filthy. The carpets in the hall are dirty, a dehumidifier is running in the hallway to try to hide the smell. The luggage carrier had deflated wheels, I could barely push it. The worst part was the room: it REEKED of cigarette smoke plus a chemical spray they sprayed to try to cover it up. It reeked so bad that I could barely sleep, it made me sick. The heater in the room did not work. The floor in the room was filthy, it hasn't been mopped in a long time. The toilet and sink were clean enough, yet the edge of the floor around the bathroom was filthy. The smell was so horrible that I checked out after one night, and they refused to refund me for the second night. If you like cigarette smoke and don't mind a dirty hotel, have at it. Otherwise, it was a complete waste of $280. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life.
- Samantha (2/5): Uuuihhh what?!??!? - Place was a joke. Doors could not be closed without forcing them. Rooms were freezing at night and there was no heat. Television very out dated. Vending machine robbed family of quite a bit of money and did not receive anything. Shower head was broken and had very little hot water or pressure.
- john (2/5): Room was already occupied, bloody sheets, rude - Its too exhausting to tell the whole story. Ask the manager. He knows
- Shaunette (8/5): - It is close to fair grounds. Breakfast was great. Late check it was appreciated.
- Matt (4/5): - Tv didn’t work all weekend. The socket was hanging lose from wall. Drywall dust all over. Won’t be staying again.
- Natalya (8/5): - Looks very nice from outside !Location is convenient. Staff was kind and helpful. Room is perfect: Full kitchen, huge fridge and sink! Table with 2! Chairs, dresser and iron with a board, AC adjusts easily! Curtains are very light tight! But some small issues with bathroom water adjustment and noisy toilet, no hair dryer ( bet we could get it upon request). Breakfast is not fancy but acceptable for us. Overall our stay was okay!
- Keri (8/5): - Property overall was clean, bathroom could have been cleaner and the room was very pleasant. The guy at the desk for check in was wonderful and polite. But service was slow being he was the only one visibly working. Overall was a pleasant stay and staff was very nice.
- Zahid (4/5): - Customer service is poor. Whatever is promised is not provided.
- David and Farah (8/5): - This is a good hotel. It even had a stove. The breakfast was a good selection. A minor problem in one of the two rooms I booked was that the AC was leaking. The shower control was a little awkward. Overall, this is a good hotel.
- David (4/5): - Walked around the room in my white socks, and the bottom of my socks turned blacker than the ace of spades. Probably haven’t mopped the hardwood floor in a few months.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Dirty room, but otherwise okay - The hotel is fine but the room was dirty: There was a pile of dust and plaster bits in one corner. There floor was sticky, especially along the wall with the window. The bathroom was fine. The bed linens were fine, but the mattress sagged. Breakfast was fine.
- Joseph (2/5): - Property aftercconfirming by call day of check in gave away our room and then refunded incorrect credit card. Man at front desk was completely incompetent and wouldn't resolve issue 0/10 experience✔️
- Reginald (2/5): - Ants in room
- yvette (8/5): - while the hotel corridors themselves smelled clean our room smelled stuffy and obviously pets stayed there.
- Brooke (2/5): - I CANNOT begin to tell you how unbelievably incompetent and unprofessional the staff at this hotel is. The overnight receptionist on Friday was absolutely useless and clearly has zero experience in the hospitality field and needs training. We had a 6 hour drive and would be arriving late so I had contacted them the week prior to give them notice. The person I spoke to didnt do their job properly and put this in the system. We arrived around 2:30am. The front desk guy told us that they had given our room away and canceled the reservation. This was to all of our surprise and frankly unacceptable. I booked this hotel through Expedia and the booking was still active on there as well. They clearly had not canceled it at midnight as he had lied about. We went back and forth with no resolution in sight and he told us “there’s nothing I can do. You might have called last week but you should’ve known to give us a call today to tell us again” He had an attitude and acted as if it was my fault that I didn’t just assume I had to make that call twice. It is not on the guest to make sure they can perform a simple task like that. He first told us someone walked in and took it then said that staff was staying in the room; all the while just looking down and not looking up to talk to us about it. Expedia later confirmed that the room was still booked in my name and apologized
- Adrienne (4/5): Filthy - Very reasonable price but I now know why, the room was filthy. Covered in lint and hair. The shower water did not drain and there was a clump of hair left on the shower wall from the previous people. Turned the heat on and we just ingested dust the entire time.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Awful place. Squeaking bed frame. Uncovered wires.
- james (6/5): - The front desk attendant was extremely rude and unprofessional. More worried about her cell phone than anything else.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Do not waste your money on this hotel. - The rooms in the photos are not the rooms you get, and there was a weird smell in the room. There was trouble getting in contact with hotel to find a solution to the problem. Do not waste your money on this hotel, there are better hotels in the area. We had to move my crew after just one night.
- Ny (10/5): - Clean and safe
- Anthony (2/5): - Customer service and communication skills of staff is terrible
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Adequate lodging but room reeked of cigarette smoke.
- Louise (10/5): Correct pour le prix - Confort, cuisine spartiate (uniquement quelques accessoires), très bon déjeuner.
- Karen (4/5): - No sponge but provided soap. Visible large crumbs were found on the nightstands. The bed had hairs on the bed. The floor was dusty and had visible white substances on the floor.
- Nazaida (10/5): - Great
- SHARIFA (10/5): - Clean, newly renovated rooms. Staff is accomodating. Affordable. Location near a very busy roundabout, getting to and from hotel can be tricky.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great place to stay for the price! - Great place to stay for the price! Good location, clean room. Didn't get the continental breakfast so I can't comment on that, I'm sure it was fine. For the price, I don't think this place can be beat.
- Tanya (6/5): - We had to walk on 1/2 inch thick ice to get down the sidewalk and up the stairs to the door. The temperature in the public areas of the hotel were very cold. So our breakfast got cold before we could eat it. The room was nice and the staff were great.
- Erin Louise (10/5): - The perfect spot to stay before an early flight!
