Especial mención a Sr Francisco en el Bar. Oswaldo en el restaurante y Hector en la puerta hicieron nuestra estancia muy agradable. Recomiendo este Hotel para una estancia tranquila y centrica. Todo queda cerca. Gracias y probablemente volveremos.

• Tiffany (10/5): - Hotel Aló Degollado is a clean boutique hotel in downtown Guadalajara. The staff is exceptionally attentive, in the front there is always a bellhop (attendant) and front desk staff ready to assist. They will call you a taxi and also ensure the garage is open for the taxi’s return. Anytime we needed something delivered to the room it was brought up right away. They stock free water bottles in the room daily. The restaurant has a variety of great food options.

• Hilda (6/5): - The location was good it was close to everything. The bathroom was a bit dark. Taxi/uber drop off/pick up is a bit difficult since they don't have a main drive up entrance. The entrance to the hotel is in a plaza.

• Alejandra (10/5): - The staff and cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. A huge shout out to Francisco in the rooftop restaurant that always had the most exceptional service! We literally went every day and was always super attentive with all of his guests. This hotel is definitely a hidden gem in the heart of downtown Guadalajara.

• Noemie (8/5): - Brand new hotel in the centro historico. The hotel itself is very good, the rooms are cozy and well decorated. The hotel has a restaurant with a rooftop patio, which is not common in this area. Staff is attentive and very helpful. However, this as nothing to do with the hotel itself but the hotel is located in Degollado Square, which can be sketchy after dawn. Just be careful if you go out or come back at night.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible, the room never got cold enough especially since you had to take your room key with you every time you left, which would turn off the A/C so you’d come back to a hot room. Lastly, the housekeeper literally removed the toilet paper from our bathroom one day, which was just odd and inconvenient.

I had some issues with light shining through the hotel room door and lots of sound transfer from the hall and window to the street. Unfortunately it was very loud and you could hear every little thing. Minor Detail: The air conditioning light didn’t have a “sleep option” so there was a bright light shining throughout the night. Great stay overall, would recommend.

• Vanesa (10/5): - Me encanto nuestra estancia en este hotel. El cuarto limpio, comodo, elegante. Solamente hay que tener en cuenta que no siempre hay estacionamiento en la propiedad. A nosotros nos hicieron el favor enorme de dejarnos quedar en la propiedad las dos veces que me eh hospedado aqui. Pero a mi entendido no se puede siempre ya que aveces el hotel esta muy lleno.
• Mariana (6/5): - We checked in but checked out after an hour. The hotel room didn’t have a window, just a window within the building which you had to close because otherwise everyone can see you. The room was then dark the whole time and it is very noisy. You can listen to all conversations outside and from other rooms. If you are passing by and only staying for one night it might be a good and affordable option but not for a longer stay.

• Daniel (8/5): Comodidad - El cuarto y servicio estuvieron excelentes. Como recomendacion deberian de tener otras opciones de almohadas porque las que usan estan muy bonitas, pero muy incomodas.
• Keagan Reece (10/5): - We have really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is our first time in Guadalajara and the hotel is in an excellent location. It is convenient for transit options or walking. The hotel itself is beautiful. The room is spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel staff are friendly and kind. The housekeeping staff do an incredible job of keeping the space clean. The room has a massive TV with Netflix and there is a Nespresso machine in the room, which has been really nice. The vibe here is great. Everyone is warm and the experience has been great. The restaurant in the hotel is also amazing.

• Stephen Michael (10/5): - Aló is a great, new hotel in Centro GDL. The rooms are clean, modern, and the staff was very helpful. The roof-top restaurant served a very reasonably priced breakfast and had options for both indoor and outdoor seating. Overall we had a very good first visit. We travel to GDL a few time a year to visit family and I think this hotel is definitely better suited for travelers familiar with GDL. Because it is located in a primarily retail section, the area around the hotel becomes fairly desolate after 7pm when all the stores close, and I think for unknowing travelers it can be mistaken as an unsafe area even though it is safe. One recommendation would be to ask for either an inner room (no outside windows) or a room facing the pedestrian walkway. Our street-side room had traffic noise well into the night, but that said, the alarm clock in the room had different noise-canceling sound options for sleeping. We will definitely be back.

Excelente ambientación, el personal excelente con actitud de servicio y de ayuda, ubicación inmejorable en el centro de la ciudad, zona muy segura. Al parecer recientemente renovado. A mí juicio únicas dos cosas a tomar atención: 1. Piso en la ducha resbaloso, peligroso para adultos mayores. Aconsejable poner tapete o pegatinas antiderrapantes y barras de sujeción. 2. El arnés que tiene dispensadores de shampoo y enjuague quedan a espaldas y muy cerca del usuario en la ducha lo que puede producir heridas al realizar movimientos sin tener conciencia de su localización. Es aconsejable reposicionarlo a un lado de la ducha. Sin duda volveré en mis siguientes viajes a Guadalajara

It was a bit noisy when people come in at three in the morning, but not the hotel‘s fault. our room did not have an exterior window and I think that should’ve been noted on the listing when we booked however, for the price, it was excellent value and in a great location close to all the main sites
