• Flavien (10/5): Se prendre pour un Milanais plutôt qu'un touriste - A deux pas du Duomo, un appartement qui n'a pas été rénové mais c'est là tout l'intérêt car, plutôt qu'une décoration universelle avec du mobilier Ikea, il offre sa décoration d'origine faite de moulure et de fresques avec en prime un petit balcon qui offre une vue typiquement italienne. L'entrée de l'immeuble se fait par téléphone après avoir scanné le QR code affiché sur la porte. L'entrée dans l'appartement se fait par un digicode sur la poignée, code communiqué après la session d'enregistrement grâce au QR code.

• Stella (6/5): - Poor communication needs improvement The apartment itself was in a great area and had a charm, although the overall experience could have been much smoother with clearer communication. There was no check-in information provided ahead of time as noted in Expedia, I had to follow up twice with maas specified method of communication. It would be helpful if the listing clearly stated that there’s no elevator, as accessibility could be a concern for some guests. One issue that really surprised me was an unannounced knock on my door early in the morning from someone I didn’t know, asking for the city tax. Later, I was asked to send my credit card info over WhatsApp, which I didn’t feel comfortable with—I suggested paying through a secure business link, which I used. With better check-in instructions, clearer tax payment options for contactless check in/ out, and more respectful communication, this stay could have been a lot more enjoyable.
• Caroline (10/5): Ótima localização - O anfitrião nos respondeu rapidamente e nos atendeu a tudo que precisávamos. A localização é excelente, viemos de metro do aeroporto e não precisamos rodar muito de mala, para a locomoção na cidade usamos um bondinho que pegávamos a metros do apartamento. Muito bom.
