Guest Reviews
- valeriebM1144SK (10/5): 3 night winter stay. - Excellent value. Fabulous breakfast. Happy hour was very good. Very clean and very friendly staff. Close to everything
- asarantidis (6/5): Good value for explorers! - A short walk from the tube AND Westminster Abbey, the location of this hotel was perfect. We had the bare essentials in a tiny room for a good price. Since we spent a lot of time exploring, the amenities/ accomodations fit us just fine. I will say there was no room ventilation or fans so when one of us showered, the whole room got humid. I also didn't love the cooling/heating system as it was hard to regulate. Overall, this was a good find for explorers. If you spend more than half the time in the room, this is not the place for you.
- margotr563 (10/5): Comfy beds and central location - Quiet clean rooms, comfy beds, superb location near Waterloo Station, helpful staff. This hotel has so much to recommend it.
- emmarP4688WI (10/5): Great stay premier inn, Westminster Bridge. - Great location. Close to Waterloo Station. Close to great attractions, London eye, big ben, Westminster Abbey. Great room, on 14th floor( 1401) with a great view. Spacious room, comfortable bed, bed side tables, clean bathroom, bath with shower. Kettle in room with tea bags and coffee , sugar and milk. Breakfast selection was good, cereal, cooked breakfast, pastries, toast, fruit, yoghurt. Rea and coffee machine, fruit juice. Staff very friendly. 2 lifts available.
- Seniortravelevaluato (8/5): Good value for money - Good value for money. Close to city centre and all tourist attractions. Good rooms with all neccessary things for a comfortable stay.
- s25146 (10/5): Great hotel - We stayed here for two nights and it was great. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for visiting both central London and further out via Waterloo station. I was worried that the outside traffic etc might be noisy but we couldn’t hear it at all from our room. I would definitely stay here again
- Freedom64885939342 (2/5): No Compassion Here: Health Issues Don’t Matter - We have been loyal customers for years, and we always trusted this hotel — but this experience was absolutely shocking.
Due to a serious health issue, fully certified by a doctor, we were unable to travel and check in. We informed the hotel immediately, provided all the medical documentation, and simply asked for a little understanding.
The hotel’s response?
A 5% refund. FIVE. PERCENT.
A symbolic amount that feels almost insulting, considering that we did not use any service and the situation was completely beyond our control.
What disappointed us the most was the hotel’s complete lack of empathy and flexibility. No effort, no support, no willingness to find a fair solution — despite the fact that we are returning customers who have always chosen this place in good faith.
This experience has left us deeply upset and extremely disappointed.
We will not be returning, and we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who expects even the minimum level of understanding or customer care.
- Sandygarrisin (10/5): Awesome staff. Check in experience and room - We arrived around 10:45 am for check in with two of my family feeling not so well after the overnight trip. We had booked early check in, which was 11 but were allowed to check in even earlier. Our room was immaculate and had the best view of Big Ben and the London Eye. The staff delivered goodies to our room to help us celebrate a grandma, adult child and grandson trip after a particularly challenging year. Can’t wait til they wake up and see them!!!
I could not have asked for a better beginning to this long planned trip.
To get this level of service in a family hotel in London was beyond my expectations.
- KellyD111967 (10/5): Great Hotel !!!! - An excellence hotel in a great location, excellent value, clean comfy tooms with great shower!!!! Brilliant service and a special shout out Juanito who was excellent. See you again, thank you
- X1559QPemilyr (10/5): Brilliant! - Just came back from a three night stay and we had such a fantastic time. The staff were so welcoming on arrival and for my birthday they had kindly put some treats in our room!
The staff were great with our little boy! The hotel is in a fabulous location and so convenient to get from the station and the main sights! Would highly recommend
- 10savitan (10/5): Short city trip - Lovely stay, compliments to the staff for trying to accommodate us and special appreciation for Anna (trainee) during our breakfast sessions. Location is very convenient, bed was comfortable. Room was clean, fresh towels available.
- topdog1300 (4/5): Cheap hotel - Very disappointed. Small rooms. No amenities cups, tissues. Soaps. The hotel needs work. Carpet in rooms dirty. Carpet in 1st floor has holes in it. Elevator floors have cracked tiles also. Not worth the price.
- keenanpawley (10/5): Good value. Excellent location. - Go to choice when visiting London. Excellent location. Welcoming staff. Decent breakfast; worth the purchase; but chaotic during busy hours. Rooms are small but amazingly efficient. Interior rooms can have only artificial light, no windows.
- stevewB532QV (8/5): Remembrance Parade Cenotaph 2025 - No frills, no problem from arrival to departure, stayed for two nights for the remembrance parade on the cenotaph, the only downside was the price. The overall price could have been discounted for Veterans like me, especially since it was for a national event in front of the King.
- AndyKingindahouse (10/5): Juanito & Umar credit to company - Great place great location. A big thanks to Juanito & Umar on check in a credit to the company big welcome backed up with a big smile.
- Anniedev (10/5): Great base to explore. - Great location close to all the action on the South Bank and an easy walk to the station. Comfy beds, good bathroom. Clean room. Fab quiet air conditioning.
- 260waleedj (4/5): Hub premier inn - 1. Very poor room cleaning and make up.
2. The rooms are very small and somes are without window.
3. Need to include hallal food in the menu.
- Mobile07282068374 (10/5): 4 nights' stay, excellent - Our family room was clean and well kept every day. The room was comfortable but slightly too small. Nice view on the London Eye. Perfect location in London for tourism.
The hotel staff was always kind and helpfull, attentive to our wishes.
Good continental breakfast and dinner
Three french tourists
- 496calvinv (6/5): Not Amazing stayed in better - We stayed for 2 nights our only complaint was the WiFi was terrible, bathroom too small and you have to fight for your life to turn off the shower. All the premier inns need to upgrade there TVs as well not good.
- preferedc (10/5): Great location, great experience - Great location in Westminster. Easy walking distance to Big Ben. Parliament, Westminster Abby. Short walk to St James tube stop. About 10 minute walk to Westminster station. Rooms are small, but we spent little time in the room, other than sleeping.
Breakfast buffet was good and a good value.
- Departure33063159340 (8/5): Would stay again! - Myself and my partner stayed at the hub as we travelled to London for my graduation. Very close proximity to my graduation venue (Central Hall) which was a plus. The hub was easy to find with the use of maps and so central that it made it easy for us to sight see around the city. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was lovely and clean, bed was comfortable, decent in size and there were complimentary biscuits and bottles of water in our room which was very much needed after a 2.5 hour commute. The only downside to our room was that the air con was on high but it didn’t seem to be working all that well. We paid extra for breakfast which was ok; the cooked food was mostly cold but knowing the lounge would be catering for masses of people we didn’t have high expectations for this & it was fine. There were lots of choice for breakfast including cooked and continental breakfast options. We would stay again.
- B5487EDcristinas (8/5): Family mini holiday @London - The staff members were the best part of our stay at the Premier Inn, amazing people. Thank you!
The room size it was ok for the price value and the bed so comfortable.
The hotel is a walking distance to London Eye and Big Ben.
- deborahd581 (10/5): London trip - Great location staff were excellent. Room was a little small but spotless and we had a view of the london eye .Food was great ,the selection at breakfast buffet was exceptional. We stayed for a few days for my nieces 10th birthday . The staff brought us cupcakes and balloons and drinks to the room and sang happy birthday to her . They went above and beyond to make her first London experience memorable .
- stellad999 (10/5): Never disappoints - This hotel never disappoints and the staff are fantastic, especially Juanito who goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome.
- Mytusin (10/5): Great experience and great accomodation! - We stayed at this hotel for three days and the accomodation and services was extraordinary. We had a large double room and was reasonably priced with breakfast included. Very clean room.
The floor staff was very kind and professional, especially mrs. Elena who gave us value tips regarding some point of interests on London to visit to make our short jouney more enjoiable and also she was very carefully with our needs and details.
We will hope to return to this hotel in the future. I recommend!
- kevinvJ28NJ (10/5): Best time, well taken care of - Our stay was fantastic. My wife and I had the most wonderful time during our stay here and we recommend it heartily. Our special thanks go to Elena in housekeeping, which took care of us and made us feel welcome, proper hospitality professional. Well done.
- N7632XPkevinm (10/5): Can't Beat the Hub for a Value for Money Central London Stay - The Hub by Premier Inn at Westminster is ideally placed for your visit to London. As well as being easy to get to, it has a lot going for it and is very good value for money, especially the breakfasts. Although the rooms are small, they are well designed to ensure they don't feel like it. Everything is conveniently placed, with all of the facilities you need. The staff are all super efficient, but friendly too. A great experience all round and highly recommended.
- P9861AIrobm (10/5): Welcoming and friendly - Staff were welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Location is great. 5 mins from Waterloo train station and close to London eye.
- rosie860 (8/5): simple and affordable option for an overnight stay - Great option for an overnight stay with my grandson
free kids breakfast was a bonus
good location near the London Eye
don't miss the Graffiti Tunnel just round the corner
- Steggies (10/5): Great Location and Value Hotel - Excellent location of this hotel, easy walking distance to the big attractions Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Downing St, Buckingham Palace etc. The hotel is great value and the breakfast excellent for £8. Happy hour happens at the bar in the afternoons. The clean rooms are small but you are never in them much considering you are in the hub with so much to see. Customer service is good at reception. Would recommend.
- Madformusicals (10/5): A wonderful place - I had a wonderful experience from beginning of my trip to the end. Clean, comfortable and consistent are the key strengths of this wonderful hotel so close to all the great places to visit in central London. I have stayed here 11 times and will stay happily another 11 times if the hotel keeps giving the high quality customer service I currently have been a happy recipient of while visiting my children living here in London.
- FarAway36480883689 (10/5): Love the Hubs! - I have stayed at both the Westminster Hub and also the Covent Garden Hub. The set-up is perfect. I often travel alone and the security at the Hubs makes me feel very safe. The staff have all been extremely patient and helpful, including arranging black cabs at a moment's notice. I had the breakfast at the Westminster Hub and it exceeded expectations. Everything in the hot counter was being refreshed regularly. The rooms are compact but very well designed and the bed is extremely comfortable. The Hubs are my go-to accommodation when in London. Thank you.
- paolaq843 (10/5): The best for a weekend in London - Excellent location, small but very well-organized rooms. A few more hooks on the wall for clothes and towels would have been helpful.
The staff was very kind and friendly. Great atmosphere.
- virgc24 (10/5): A good budget friendly hotel - The room is small but this is reflected in the price compared to other hotels in the area. It may feel small for 2 people but for 1 it is big enough. The room has everything that I needed (other than a kettle in the room but tea/coffee is available in the bar for free and this is something that I knew when booking). The location is great as you are right by Westminster Abbey.
- Ompalompa1993 (6/5): Great location. - Great location. However need to inform you that the room you are in has no window as this was a shock to me. It also took me nearly 45 mins to check in due to it only being one member of staff checking in, fielding questions and also servicing the bag storage. Meaning that people were jumping the queue to sometimes just put something in there bag. The check in experience unfortunatly tainted the rest of the stay.
- MissJShhh (10/5): Twin Trip to London. - This was my second stay at this hotel, and my twins’ first. We were able to check in early as our room was ready when we arrived, which was a lovely start to our visit. The room was clean and comfortable — quite basic, but exactly what you’d expect from a Premier Inn Hub.
Tea and coffee were available 24/7 near the main reception, which was a nice touch. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
The location is great, with plenty of attractions nearby, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Overall, another great experience — we’ll definitely be coming again!
- cl1811 (8/5): Good but not excellent - Great location, a few minutes walk from St. James's underground station. Comfortable walking distance to Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace. Clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff.
Downsides: Very small room, similar to an inside cabin on a cruise ship
No window
Wi-fi in room was fine, but no mobile phone signal
Have to go downstairs to use your phone and to see what the weather outside looks like
- Hector (6/5): - They need vents for the bathroom
- Paige (10/5): - The gentleman working the front desk at 5:30am today called a cab for our party and it arrived within 4 minutes.
- Lizzy (8/5): - Really great location. Room was comfortable and fairly clean!
- Donald (10/5): - Great location…great staff support in the heart of Westminister….second time at the facility…Will come again.
- Shamaine (10/5): - It's a good place to stay in London. Close to everything.
- Nicole (10/5): - This was the best location to stay in! So close to many attractions. Rooms are small but very efficient in their spacing. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
- Shanae Michelle (10/5): - There were pubs, local cafes, 2 Starbucks. I like that there was a restaurant/bar in the hotel that was open late. Very close to main attractions like Big Ben and the London eye. The staff was friendly and helpful, would definitely stay here again.
- Christopher (10/5): - The location was perfect! Westminster Abbey is at the end of the block, and most everything else you'll want to see is in easy walking distance. Room was small but clean. The bar/lounge area is great for having a coffee, breakfast or happy hour drinks. The Underground tube and more cafés and bars are also right down the street. Would definitely recommend if staying in Westminster.
- Katherine (8/5): - Pleasant staff, very friendly and cordial. Felt safe in the hotel as well as the area it is located in.
- Laura (6/5): - The location is good but street gets incredibly clogged with tour buses. The rooms are TINY and HOT. Our air conditioning did not work and had to be re-set daily.
- Rene (4/5): - Location was good, breakfast was average
- Daniel (10/5): - Friendly staff. Excellent location. Clean room. Breakfast is good.
- Ann (8/5): - The hotel is in a great location with many major attractions nearby. There are many restaurants around and the breakfast was excellent. The room is quite small and hard to put two suitcases in.
- mihaill187 (10/5): I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. I especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the lobby and the clean, well-maintained pool area. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, from check-in to check-out. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great service.
- Christopher Omar (6/5): - The service was excellent but the room I stayed in is lackluster. The room badic and give more like motel instead of hotel. It did not hold up to what was portrayed. I don't know if I'm spoiled by U.S. Standards but I was not feeling this hotel
- Suzette (10/5): - Great location
Small room great bed and shower
Yes I would recommend
Breakfast good
- Leanne (10/5): - Great property, walking distance to many of London’s sites. Having the train just down the road was an added bonus and made getting around very easy. The room was very small but we spent most of our time site seeing so this wasn’t a problem for us.
- DANIEL (8/5): - Room was small, but we only used to sleep and shower. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure very good. Location is near Westminster Abbey, we were able to walk to all sightseeing points. Very Close to train station. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.
- Joan (10/5): - Great location.
Nice clean room, friendly and helpful staff.
Great breakfast options.
A great place to stay!
- Samantha (6/5): - 😘
- billie12367 (10/5): Great hotel in the heart of Westminster with a fab breaky - Fantastic stay friendly helpful staff really helped us plan our day out. Room spotless and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing so cheap for what you get good quality ingredients. Perfect location for us and we will stay again on our next visit to London.
- Michelle (10/5): - We arrived early and they stored our luggage. The tube station was 5 minutes from the hotel and Westminister Abby was about 8 minutes away. Perfect location. The bed was comfortable and the room larger than expected. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of hot and cold options. Definitely the best breakfast price I've seen. All day coffee and tea was also a nice touch. I would recommend and definitely stay again if in London.
- Carlos (8/5): - The room was a little small
- Ai May (8/5): - Good sized room but feel enclosed without visible windows. Not soundproof enough. Great front desk services. Good breakfast offerings but way too crowded.
- Brenda (10/5): - Very good option for stay and very well located, close to the main attractions.
- MINMIN (8/5): - The location is perfect, the room is very small,I could say it’s the smallest hotel room I ever stayed,Japan is renowned for their hotel room size, but this one overtakes.
The carpet in the room is dirty, the area behind the door is turning black like some black mold is going on, although I complained to the front desk, they promised they will send the cleaning lady to clean it, after one week stay, it’s still the same.
- David (8/5): Nice hotel but small room - Nice stay, comfortable bed, good AC, and a nice buffet breakfast for 8£ in the building. Only downside is that the room is really small…think dorm room size. Bed was small for a couple that is used to sleeping in a King size. But ok to stay in for 1 night. Bathroom is nice. All is clean. Staff is friendly and hotel is in a super location close to a lot of key sights to see
- Clint (10/5): - 10 to 15 min walk to all attractions
- Donald (8/5): - Great location, good breakfast options and very attentive staff.
- NEEMA (8/5): - The location is excellent, right in the heart of Westminster, making it very convenient for exploring London. Rooms are okay, well-designed, clean, and comfortable, with good value for money. Breakfast could be improved as it mainly offers pork options and lacks variety for non-pork eaters.
- Catherine (4/5): - The location was superb . The bed was against a wall which would necessitate by husband of 81 crawling over me in the middle of the night to go to the washroom. I got so tense i couldn't sleep expecting to be woken up so i ended up in tears. The room couldn't cool enough for the very warm bedding. No tissues(kleenex), no drinking glasses, no phone in the room, no fridge, no coffeee, kettle in room but you could go to the dining room to get free coffee and tea. In the bar we asked for a beer on arrival. They didn't have any. Every morning with music blaring the diningroom was inundated with people, dirty dishes all over every table, had to mention more milk needed for cappuccino machine. After changing rooms the next day, they only put 1 towel and 1 bottle of water in the room knowing there was 2 of us. The next day we mentioned we couldn't access the temperature and fan. She wrote it down but not remedied later in the day. We are now in the basement with no windows and no lift access. After bringing it up again, the person goes to the office to flip a switch to turn it on. So it took 3 days to get a bed that you could get out of and have air conditioning. We were there 5 nights. The location was great. Very close to St James Park underground, Westminster Abbey, Churchill War Rooms, Buckingham Palace. Also very close to Hop On Hop Off Bus.
- Lana (10/5): - Wonderful room and breakfast.
- Brandon (10/5): - Clean room
- Kim (10/5): - Close to metro, restaurants, attractions. Hotel was great with restaurant and lounge attached. Food was great. Room was on the small side but lots of places for storage. Staff very helpful.
- Sherie (10/5): - Expedia messed us up by booking us in a king size room when they should not have. The concierge was very accommodating and gave us a handicapped room with a king bed. They helped us on so many occasions to find directions. One lady even came to the room and showed me how to work the hair dryer. Enjoyed everything except I hate duvets.
- Ivana (10/5): - Clean room and excellent service during breakfast. Best location! Fully recommend!
- Michael (10/5): - Excellent location close to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abby and Thames. We stayed for three days and had the breakfast buffet and one dinner and beverages in the attached restaurant, dinner very good and the breakfast was well managed standard breakfast buffet fare. The standard room was compact with a nice bathroom/shower, there was an under the bed pullout platform for luggage and over the bed remote switches for thermostat, lighting, do not disturb light. It reasonable priced, the staff was helpful and easy access to hop on hop off bus stop. We would return
- Christopher (8/5): - Excellent location! Very close to nice restaurants and Westminster Abbey. Rooms small but you have everything you need. Staff friendly and helpful.
- RICARDO (10/5): - Sooo near the attractions that you can walk around and see all the must see attractions
- Jenni (8/5): - Close to Big Ben, parliament, and underground stations
- Elizabeth (8/5): - We loved and enjoyed our stay here very much! We will return and we recommend it. Loved the digitized lighting and temperature options. It could have used a small refrigerator, a safe and bedside tables. But honestly, this room was extremely clean, modern, comfortable and great value all around! The staff were also incredibly friendly. We had a great stay.
- Anne overfield (10/5): - Ultra modern efficient room, quiet and comfortable, perfect location, walkable to restaurants and sights, staff was friendly and helpful
- Daniel (10/5): - What a great location for staying in london. Staff was excellent, from early bag drop, travel advice, ice for a small cooler. Rooms are small for an american couple, but not unmanageable. Breakfast was great for $10 each. Would most definitely stay again.
- Mario (10/5): - Great location
- Jean-Yves (10/5): Super hotel - Fantastic location, near St-John Subway station (2 walking min) and many iconic tourist sites. Great breakfast, great staff. Nice clean room with excellent FM. We were aloud to leave our lugages before Check In and after Check out, this was really helpfull.
- Bradley (10/5): - A small room but all we do is sleep there, anyway, and the location is great. Early checkin was £15 and this charge irks me, for if a room is empty and already clean, why would it matter? The two hours of extra air they had to pay for that l breather?
- DEBORAH (10/5): - Great hotel, very busy due to good location. Walkable to many of the sites to see and many great pubs nearby. Breakfast can be included in daily cost which was ok. Same each morning.
It also has a daily happy hour, limited choices.
Rooms very clean and comfortable albeit small. Beds comfortable a+.
We would choose to stay here if we stayed in this location again.
- Debbie (6/5): - Tv did not work, only one garbage can in room. Budget hotel room was clean but you have to request to get your room cleaned, they didn’t pick up towels and give new ones had to go get them.
- Donnabelle (10/5): - Hub room is really tight / small. But the location is the best- walkable to all main attractions! Transportation is also within walking distance. Neighborhood is safe!
- Cody (10/5): - Small but clean, comfortable, and quiet rooms. Great location, friendly helpful sraff
- Deborah (10/5): - Resturant with happy hour next door ,nice breakfast in the morning pleasant hotel staff very clean. Walkabe to many attractions
- Albana (10/5): - Convenient to everything
- RuthAnn (8/5): Good Location - Location was great, right off Underground. There was a good breakfast, and it kept us going until lunch. The room was a bit small, but there was a bay window which helped.
- Shelley (8/5): - Great staff
- katie (10/5): - -
- Albert (10/5): - It was close to everything.
- Cayliegh (10/5): - Beds were comfortable, breakfast was great, perfect location, honestly no complaints
- norma (10/5): Simple, small but great for us - In great location. Room was clean and comfy but compact. This is great for a minimalist traveler with one suit case each. Closet is tiny but funcional. Sink is above toilet so not a lot of room for your toiletries to be set out. No iron, no luggage rack. Two drawers. Storage space is great under bed. Very modern. It worked perfect for us but if are looking for fancy, this is not it. Good price for the area which is hard to find. Great pub next door. Westminster is a 5 min walk and Buckingham about 10 min walk. Tube station is also around the corner as well which was great. This was the hotel on tothill.
- Bo (2/5): - Hotel Experience
The hotel I booked through Expedia was in extremely poor condition, and multiple serious issues went unresolved despite repeated efforts:
Severe noise disturbances: The room had virtually no soundproofing. I was kept awake for multiple nights due to persistent noise. Despite several complaints to the hotel staff, I was only told that they might review CCTV footage — but no action or solution was ever provided.
Unclean bedding at check-in: Upon arrival, I found the bed sheets to be dirty and dusty. Although I immediately asked the receptionist for replacements, it took multiple follow-ups before clean sheets were provided — and even then, I was told to change the bedding myself, as hotel staff refused to assist.
Due to the persistent discomfort and lack of basic cleanliness and service, I ultimately checked out early, cutting short my stay to avoid further distress.
- Denise (10/5): - Fantastic place - right in the heart of everything and an underground station right next door. The breakfast was an excellent way to start your day. Their happy hour was also fun. Nothing but good things to say!
- Irene (10/5): Hub by Premier Inn London Hotel - This was the best Hotel I stayed during this time trips (maybe for the whole Hotel in Europe). The service was excellent. They provided yummy breakfast and coffee (tea, latte etc) for 24 hours. Clean, modern, close to all attractions (Westminster Abbey was just less than 4 minutes by walking!). Love it!
- Helen (10/5): Great place to stay - The Hub was a great place to stay for my solo travels. It was a safe area during the day and at night. Very close to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, London Eye, Thames River, Buckingham Palace. Everything was walkable and convenient. The underground station was a 4 minute walk.
