Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (4/5): Don't bother - Property did store our luggage until check-in, which was really helpful and useful. And the location of the property was good - a Tesco Express and restaurants nearby. However, there are some problems with the apartment. In the photo there are 4 chairs around a table. But, there were only 2 chairs. One was broken, the other needed a screw tightened, so we had to take turns to sit to eat breakfast. The freezer door did not close. The bathroom light did not switch off. The front door lock was badly maintained so it was difficult to open and close. The sofabed bedding was not left out and none we found fitted. Fridge light and one hob ring didn't work. The shower height was not adjustable which made showering difficult. No toilet roll or dishwasher tablets were provided. Only one set of keys provided, which was a pain. The interior doors don't stay open on their own, so slam shut when not held. We stayed in June and the blinds were ineffective at blocking early morning sunlight. Springs in the bed mattresses were prominent.
- Giulia (2/5): - We booked a family trip for 4. At our arrival only the two beds in the bedroom were prepared. The sofa bed wasn't. We had to call the agency because no one replied at the number provided. Once we managed to speak to someone we were directed to a couple of dirty drawers in which to find a double duvet and one set of single bed sheets (which of course didn't fit at all) to cover the double sofa.
There were also some towels I didn't venture to take out of the draweras as I didn't trust their cleanliness.
The light in the bathroom was always on as there is no pull cord/switch available.
There is one small table...and only 2 chairs. We had to take turns to have breakfast...
The fridge was dirty and the freezer impossible to use as too full of frost.
The only positive things? The location and the parking.
