- Sumana (10/5): - Room was small but comfortable. Housekeeping during the stay could have been better (floor was not vaccumed around chair/desk area). Otherwise clean and comfortable. Water and coffee available downstairs at all times. Remember there is no elevator.
- Krista (10/5): - Stayed for 8 nights and slept well each and every night! The hotel is renovated and super clean. We appreciated the microwave, coffee machine and toaster in the lobby. Not a detractor, but the shampoo they provide is a three-in-one combo with body wash. I can’t wash my hair with body wash so I had to buy shampoo from the Sainsbury Local. Just a note so other guests can come prepared. The staff were all lovely and the location was so convenient- food and grocery just steps away, plus the tube station just 5 minutes down the road.

- Reza (10/5): - Very clean, cozy hotel. As others noted the rooms might seem small but they are very functional and we had not issues. The patio area in the back is very nice. The lobby is nicely setup too.

- Phil (6/5): - Hotel room itself was nice, high ceilings and comfy bed. However, charging ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY POUNDS as a deposit is outrageous. Also, sleep not possible after 8am as the noise from the corridor is very evident as guests leave and housekeeping start.
- Renato (10/5): - This place is a steal given the prices of hotels in London. Walkable to the underground station and restaurants as well. The room though is small and of course, no elevator but expected that since this is an old Victorian house.
- Panaghiotis (8/5): - Big room, Very clean, very friendly staff, convenient location. Drawback is that there is no lift so if you are on the second floor and you have heavy bags you may need help.

- Natalia (10/5): - I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return in the future. Very close to various restaurants, bus stop and tube. Only downside to the property is that it doesn't have a lift so you'll have to carry those bags upstairs, but other than that awesome property and staff.

All hotels I've every stayed at, other all "towel" sizes. The staff was very nice and quick to resolve any issues, I had.

My wife and I arrived early to check in and were told the only room available was on the 3rd floor, which required climbing at least five flights of stairs. We both had 50 lb bags, and while carrying mine I injured myself. When I requested a room closer to the first floor, one suddenly became available. The rooms are tiny and the service mediocre at best. If you choose to stay here, be prepared for small spaces and subpar service.

- Forrest (6/5): Very basic - Good air conditioning. Tiny room with no seating. Noisy floors so you hear neighbors moving around. Staff wasn’t rude, but wasn’t friendly. Cleaning staff fill hallways with supplies and dirty linens so it’s impossible to get upstairs. Just OK. Won’t stay again though.

Only downside for me was a lack of lift which is usually the case in these type of properties. Perfect for a night and I would still stay here again.

- Michael (8/5): - Biggest complaint, no parking and staff had no suggestions or information on where to look. Other than that, staff was helpful when asked and very polite. Property is kept very clean. They have a nice patio area out back, but no seating!

Small rooms but designed efficiently. Price is a good value for London. Be aware there’s no lift and the stairs are very steep and difficult.

Little seating area in foyer was a nice addition, along with coffee availability. Rules for use of the garden would be good to avoid children inadvertently going outside when the garden is locked. Room was lovely, great use of space. Bathroom very clean, shower nice and powerful. Towels provided was very handy. Corner guards on bed frame corners would be good, walked into the corner a few painful times. Would stay again

- Julia (10/5): - The hotel is very well appointed and very well maintained. The hotel is a renovated old house in a very nice location in Earls Court. The biggest drawback is that its stairways are very steep and there is no elevator. Staff helped me with my suitcase when I checked in and then worked very diligently to find an appropriate room for me so I would not have to constantly climb three flights of stairs. This is a very nice small hotel, but difficult for those who cannot easily climb stairs or who have heavy luggage.
- Janine (8/5): Perfect for a London overnight stop - Lovely hotel, very fresh and clean. The room we stayed in was compact but was perfect for an overnight stay. There was a £150 credit card hold on check in which wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking.

The shower and the opening were very small...anyone over 6 feet and 250lbs will have trouble entering the shower. 1 night the a/c unit dripped all night long, making noise. If you can't or do not like stairs, this is not the place for you. The area is reasonable and feels safe. Plenty of restaurants. Easy walk to the underground..

- Holly (10/5): - Absolutely amazing stay at the Brit Hotel! The Hotel Staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, polite and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a double room and everything was perfect, extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved having a mini fridge and also the tea and coffee making facilities. The outside of the property and surrounding area was the perfect location with lots of public transport options close by but also easily walkable to lots of the main tourist points and attractions. We would 100% stay again. Thank you.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Bathroom grief - Update of the former Olave House. The Double room is comfortable for a single traveler, but the bathroom redesign has a huge flaw. The toilet is placed within an inch of a tiled wall. I am a smaller sized man, but yet my bum and thigh were wedged against the cold tile. The desk agent confirmed all rooms are similar. I found it was better to use public toilets in museums. I tried to add photo, but app wasn't working.
- Kayla (10/5): Decent place - My husband & I stayed here for a night. It was very clean , the staff was fine. There are a ton of stairs leading to all the rooms. E did not have a problem as we are both easily able to get around. But our AC unit started leaking pretty soon after getting in our room. When we advised staff, they put a bucket under it (as it was still leaking) & said they will fix it in the morning. It was around 6 pm so that was a bit annoying. Nothing was comped for us. Overall the stay was nice.

Shout out to Abdul, the incredible late night front desk attendant. Also, you are so close to Earls Court tube station which had the District and Piccadilly lines, so you can get anywhere quickly. Can’t recommend enough. *Do NOT book higher floors if you require an elevator*

- Stephan (2/5): Do not stay here!!! - tiny room and bed. Terrible service. They have a late check out charge. When we asked to finish packing and that we would be done in 5 mins. They told us to not rush and leave our time. We then were over the 11am deadline and they charged us. Just terrible customer service.

Only negative was the doors didnt shut easily and we were woken up a number of times by doors slamming and even heard things being dropped. Also the cleaners knocked on door at 9am asking when we were checking out, even though checkout was 11am, luckily we were awake!

The water station & free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. We had stayed in several hotels in the area previously and probably liked Brit the most - will be back.

- vicky (10/5): Fab Hotel! - This is my 2nd stay at Brit Hotel in a couple of weeks, & its very good! Easy to reach via Earls Court Road tube, the area is safe & has lots of great restaurants, cafes, bars & shops. The Brit Hotel is lovely and clean, comfortable & has gorgeous stylish decor. Staff are welcoming, friendly & helpful. Tea & Coffee & water is available 24/7, however the Hotel does not offer breakfast which may not suit everyone, & therefore the reason the hotel is so affordable in a pricy area. I would certainly stay again

We traveled for over 11 hours and got to the hotel early and they gave us problems with checking.. they told us that our reservation payment had not gone through. We waited two hours in the lobby and Expedia and the hotel couldn’t solve the problem. I had to make several phone calls and insist that I’m going to pay out of my pocket again. Then Expedia was able to provide a refund.

- Brendan (6/5): - I spent three nights there recently. The room was quite small even for one person. It had some apps on the TV like YouTube which kept me occupied at the end of each day giving me the option to watch different videos if I wanted to. There was also excellent WIFI I had to pay a deposit of about 150 pounds, and I didn’t appreciate that because I’m a seasoned traveler, a professional person, and I would never disrespect the people or the property while travelling. Other than that, it was a nice hotel with nearby tune stations and a very quiet area which appeared trouble free. It was also reasonably priced.

- Josephine (4/5): Too small for any person. - My room was not even big enough for one person. It was like a closet converted into a room. there was not even room for one piece of luggage to be placed anywhere in the room. I could only open it on the bed. The shower was teeny tiny. A man could never fit in it. I barely could lift my arms up to wash my hair. It was so small that the person before me must’ve left the door open so they could wash and the rug was soaking wet in that room and it smelled. The best thing I can say is the cleaning service was wonderful. My room was always clean, neat and made up. They say you get what you pay for, but I did not. I got much less.

Always there was water available cold and hot that was great! No help at all to bring the luggage when l left. Being in the basement could have been a nice gesture. However I did have help when I arrived. I guess it depends on the staff.

- Kara (10/5): Great little hotel - Great small room and very friendly staff. It was easy to find and the room was very clean and comfortable. I was on the third floor with no lift so if you have a lot of luggage or hate climbing stairs, that could be an issue but it wasn't a problem for me.

- Marja (10/5): 5 nights stay in Brit Hotel Earls Court - We stayed 5 nights and could not have wished for any cleanier hotel. Staff really took care of the hotel and the customers. Hotel seemed to be quite new, its location was excellent and the area was nice, beautiful and peaceful. On our way to the underground we could smell the lavenders which were in a full bloom on the neighbourhoods front yards. I gave only one minus from comfort - rooms were tiny - even tho we could fit in one room with my daughter and our cabin sized luggages and backpacks, we both have bruises in the same spots on our legs - the bed was too big to fit to the room without people hitting their legs to the beds quite sharp corners - there would not be this problem if the bed would have been different or the room bigger. My sister, who stayed in the same sized room all by herself had the same problem. Also the shower was really small, very clean tho, but tiny. We were pondering how anyone bigger than us could possibly fit in - and I have to say that we are quite small people 😄 If I wanted wash only my hair, I had to stand outside the shower. You could have a warm drink whenever you wanted: in the room you could boil the water and have a cup of tea or coffee. There was a coffee automat in the lobby where you could have hot chocolate or special coffees. I don't know if they had adjusted the coffee maker right tho, at least cacao was good. Only "have to know"-detail is the hotels steep and narrow stairs if you have room in upstairs.

- Abasieno (6/5): - No elevator, no kitchen nor microwave. Ridiculously tiny rooms but facilities are as that of a 5 star hotel. Not so great staff.
- Shinny (10/5): - I would definitely stay here again. Very clean, the beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning works great which is important because I visited during a very hot day. They held my luggage for me because I was too early for check in, so I could go and explore. The staff is extremely friendly. The area feels safe and quiet. Its within 5 minutes walk from the train and food options.
