- Alexei (2/5): - No pude hacer uso de mi reservación, ya que el hotel se encuentra dentro de un complejo privado donde existen otras propiedades, y el vigilante no me permitió el ingreso. Los números de teléfono proporcionados por el hotel nunca respondieron a mis llamadas, ni tampoco recibí respuesta a los mensajes enviados a través de la plataforma. Incluso los agentes de soporte de Expedia intentaron contactarlos sin éxito. Esta situación genera desconfianza, ya que la reservación fue pagada por adelantado y, aun así, no fue posible acceder a las instalaciones. Por parte de Expedia, no se logró una solución inmediata y, a pesar de sus intentos, tampoco obtuvieron respuesta telefónica del hotel. Considero que deberían implementarse controles más rigurosos para garantizar que las propiedades anunciadas en la plataforma estén disponibles y accesibles para los usuarios.
