• Danny (6/5): - This hotel is economical. So you get what you pay for. Rooms are small even for Europe standards. Breakfast are was full of flies both days we were there. While the shuttle picks you up in front of hotel, the drop off at the hotel is block away. So f you use the shuttles when you come from the airport to check in at hotel you will have to walk a block with suitcases and all.

We had tasty pizza in the dining area for dinner and didn't mind the lack of options; it kept it simple for them and for us. I liked the options available at breakfast; we had a good start to our day and enjoyed the coffee..
• Josue (8/5): - Great hotel yo stay at. The rooms are great and beds very comfortable. No complaints with that. The only issue is the lobby and dining area is full of flies. Couldn't even have a peaceful breakfast without the flies trying to land on your plate. Let's even worse when you think that at the buffet their is nothing to scare them off. That was a huge no for me.

• Dennis (10/5): - New ZLEEP hotel built in 2025 in a quiet commercial area 15 mins. from Frankfort Airport. (there is a group of 4 other hotels nearby) Free shuttle to/from airport every hour. Built with true German efficiency, rooms are small but comfortable, good bed and A/C, Elevators, Parking, good shower, the large windows open for fresh air. Breakfast for a $ fee, Bar open 24 hours, limited food - pizza only. HIGHLY recommended- good value.

• Ricky (2/5): - This hotel was appalling for a new transit hotel. The hotel markets itself as being conveniently located “directly next to Frankfurt International Airport”. This is not the case. It takes approximately 20mins by shuttle or 15mins by Uber. Upon arrival, a large crowd exited the airport shuttle bus and crowded the lobby with 2 check-in agents. I shortly after entered a very stuffy and warm room. After attempting to turn on the air conditioning, I enquired with the front desk only to be bluntly told that the air conditioning system for the entire hotel was not functioning and to open the window instead. Unfortunately the carpark below was quite loud with people talking and cars moving so to get sleep I had to keep the window closed and sweat all night. The advertised free airport shuttle operates off a published hourly timetable. I made my way to the front of the hotel and there were roughly 20 other guests waiting for the shuttle bus to arrive. Upon arrival, it was already completely full as (unbeknownst to us) the shuttle bus also services other hotels which it picks up from to Zleep. 2 guests managed to cram into the bus but everyone else was left stranded. The front desk’s response was “it’s too bad… we don’t guarantee the shuttle to be available” (even though this hotel is clearly marketed as a transit hotel with free shuttle service). Unbelievable. To avoid missing my flight I had no choice but to take an Uber which cost over €13. I don’t recommend this hotel.
• Doohyun (6/5): - 공항에서 가깝다는 것이 최대의 장점입니다. 밤에 체크인해서 잠깐 눈 붙이고 아침 일찍 나가야 하는 저희에게는 최선의 선택이었습니다. 간단하게 시리얼과 빵 뿐이었지만 조식이 포함된 것도 장점입니다. 아침을 먹을 때 프랑스의 수도가 수십 마리 날아다니는데, 이 프랑스의 수도와 친하신 분들에게는 최적의 숙소입니다. ㅎㅎ 수십 군데 호텔을 다녀본 중에 첫 경험이었습니다.

• Francisco (6/5): - Shuttle service pick up every hour. Check schedule table and be prepared. Shuttle shared with another hotel and some people have no idea and leave in the wrong spot. Driver dont even announce each stop. The entire hotel is handled by a single employee (front desk, bartender, janitor, breakfast) do not expect much service specially after hours. Check your room well before unpacking, just in case. Beds are ok, bath very clean.

Arrived 1 hour before check-in, staff stated that rooms were ready, but I would be charged for an early check-in. This makes little sense. The shuttle was full, and we almost could not board, which would have been very inconvenient

Rooms are very small and barren. Nothing extra, no kleenex, face cloths, separate soap (3 in one), no way to call reception. The lounge is okay and the staff were nice. The online pictures are definitely better than the real thing! The price of the room was very reasonable, this now makes more sense☹️

It was a Sunday night when we arrived and just one person working and he could not advise me. I asked a woman at the front desk in the morning about it. She said that she could not explain it but that she would ask her supervisor. I did not hear from anyone before leaving. The charge remains on my card. Thanks for looking into this.

• Robb (10/5): Prefight overnight in Frankfurt - We lucked out getting the airport shuttle. The schedule should be made easier to find. The front desk staff guy was very quick in getting us checked in with a key. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The shower water pressure was very good too. Breakfast served our needs, automatic coffee selection machine, fresh baked croissants, and the usual suspects of continental breakfast choices. We'd go back for a night by the airport again.

• KASHYAP (4/5): Room Smell - The experience at Zleep Hotel was very disappointing. The room had a strong and unpleasant smell, and some parts of the walls were left unpainted, giving the impression of poor maintenance. The room itself was extremely small, making it difficult to move around, and there were no proper charging plug facilities which made the stay even more inconvenient. Due to the strange odor, I had to cancel my reservation for the next day and move to another hotel. Considering these issues, I strongly believe the hotel should refund my charges.

When we arrived we didnt see any staff so we had to check ourselves in at a series of Kiosks. Then to top it off, guests are expected to clear their dishes at meal time.

Billig Käse und Wurst. Der Rest war okay. Die Umgebung ist mittelmäßig, und rund Gewerbegebiet, Hotels und Baustelle. Nah an der Flugschneise, eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse, aber durch die gute isolierten Fenster kaum wahrzunehmen.

No hot breakfast (like bacon but they do have boiled eggs ) bus service once an hour to and from airport but bear in mind it’s not 24 hours . The morning last airport run is 10.50 am i think so you cant stay longer if flight is later in the afternoon . Overall comfy beds and nice and clean. Also bus from the airport stops about 10.40pm i think

• Ulrich (2/5): - I dropped my Avis rental car at the Airport and was told that the shuttle could bring me back to the hotel at 22.30 I waited in the sweltering heat and waited and waited. Nothing. I called the hotel 2 times and was told that the bus was a bit delayed. When I called the 3rd time at 11.00 the Front Desk person told me that the bus was not back at the hotel which meant the the bus was still in route. I finally took a Taxi for 25.00 Euros which dropped me of at the Platzhirsch. I told the driver that it was the wrong hotel but he insisted that the address was correct and he drove off anyway. The Front Desk was nice enough to call me another cab which dropped me off at the Sleep Hotel after paying him another 8 Euros. He told me that this happens a lot as taxi drivers want to make a quick return to the airport to pick up another ride that pays more by going into Frankfurt downtown. He also told me the after 21.00 Uhr the hotel shuttle never shows and they face similar situations like mine all the time. When I called the Sleep Hotel Desk the third time I was told that he has NO WAY to contact the driver of the shuttle to find out his position or ETA. This is hard to believe in times of cellphones. The Hotel was nice but the shuttle situation ruined our stay completely.

Just really frustrating in the middle of summer booking this room becuase of the AC to not have it work it really dissappointing.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Not for me - Cons: Brutalist decor. Bare, gray, concrete walls & ceiling. No door or curtain on the shower. Bed & blanket was so-so. Painfully, painfully slow wifi UNLESS you sign up for the H Rewards program, and then it is fast as usual at a hotel. Pros: Immaculate. Quiet. TV.

• Monique (4/5): - I really have not enjoyed my stay. I will NEVER use this hotel again. I chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle. The shuttle only runs sporadically during the day. So I ended having yo pay for a taxi just to get to the hotel. Then they charged me a 15 euro fee to check in early!!! The rooms had no accommodation such as a microwave or fridge. The walls and ceilings were straight dirty concert as if the hotel remodel hadn’t finished. The shower only has half of a door which resulted in the bathroom being soaked. This just went from bad to worst. I do not recommend this hotel at all!

I thought they had put me in an unfinished room… concrete ceiling, and one concrete wall. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is not near the airport, and there really is only one restaurant within walking distance. The location is in an industrial type of area.

• Simon (8/5): Nice rooms BUT SHUTTLE TIMES are BAD - The rooms were clean and had a good size. Breakfast was also good. Only down side was the shuttle times. I had to leave around noon, at the checkout time anyway, but the first shuttle for that noon/afternoon was after 16:00. I had to take a taxi to the airport which was another 20€.. The last shuttle for that morning was 10:39 and the next one is 16:09. Thats not worthy of a Airport Hotel and you should have that info while you book the hotel, not find out when you check in and alrady booked and paid for the hotel.
• Thorsten (8/5): Toll mit kleinem "aber"... - Hotel und Zimmer war eigentlich super. Leider war das Zimmer sehr warm (trotz geöffnetem Fenster, wodurch es Recht laut war , da man ankommenden hatte hörte)

From 4 o’clock in the afternoon until 8 o’clock the next morning I received no response from management from my request for fans. It was a miserable night.
