• Jose G (6/5): - The Aria Hotel was Nice on the outside. The pools were nice and clean. We were upgraded to an Apartment because the room we chose was already taken. So that was a plus. The pictures were not the same for an apartment. Everyone was really super nice. Everything is near you for food and shopping . Highly recommend the restaurant inside the hotel. The only downfall was we only got 1 complementary room cleaning the rest we had to pay for. Also on second to last day it rained heavy and in our room it was leaking in several areas including on one of the beds. And lastly if you get one of the apartment, be ready to walk lots of flight of stairs everyday, since there is no elevator. At night time it’s a bit noisy and you can hear inside room. But it was manageable

They allowed me to check in early and helped me locate this horribly located place lol the no parking thing is very inconvenient. The power went out four times. They don't give you a blanket, just a fitted sheet. The boiler always turns off. It was not clean whatsoever. The only thing I like is the people were nice and they did not ask me for a credit card

• Karen (4/5): Hotel Aria needs a new hot water heater?? - I stayed at the property last year under a different hotel name. Since then the front section of the hotel has undergone some updating . I stayed recently in the front remodeled section. I had NO warm or hot water my entire stay. There is a small pool area that needs some sound restrictions for those using it. NO LOUD music ! The rooms are right next to the pool area. Hangers in the closet and a blow dryer in each room would be recommended. I can appreciate the remodeling and updates and hope they continue to the rest of the back area of the hotel. Last year it was quiet in the back and I had hot water.
• Chloe (4/5): - The hotel was in a great location. Staff was very friendly, the only downside i had was my bathroom was damp very strong drainage smell. Mould on the walls and around the shower, their needs to be a window or some kind of ventilation. My whole room just smelt of mould.

• Virginia (4/5): - Por desgracia me tocaron varios incidentes en el lugar el primero fue que encontré una cucaracha el segundo el aire acondicionado tenía una Fuga que se trasminaba a la pared y eso hacía que el cuarto oliera totalmente a humedad Y por último pedí de favor que no se me pusiera en una habitación frente a la alberca para poder dormir tranquila y aunque se me explicó que la hora de uso era hasta las 10 de la noche no se respetó y habían huéspedes que estuvieron ahí hasta pasadas las 12 de la noche lo cual fue incómodo tampoco tuve agua caliente y hasta el día siguiente me dijeron que les debería de haber avisado porque seguramente Se había pagado el boiler cosa que considero que deberían de avisar al inicio de que entras a la habitación para que sea cómodo Y sepas Qué hacer si no encuentras aguascaliente

• Samantha (10/5): - El lugar está ubicado perfectamente para moverse sin ningún inconveniente. Es agradable, cómodo y Justo por el precio. El personal es increíblemente atento. Tuvimos un problema con la luz pero enseguida llegó el técnico a solucionar.

• Stanley (8/5): - The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful, though there was a bit of a language barrier. With the help of a translation app we were able to get the info I needed. It is located right on 5 ste that is walk-able with lots of restaurants and shops. It didn't get a 5 star rating because they could use newer beds with better support.
