Guest Reviews
- Douglass (10/5): - This is a great place to stay around the Inner Harbor area of Baltimore. Just know if you're going to stay in the city, you will hear the city. Earplugs for sleeping are a must, in my opinion.
I visit the city once a year for a trade show and this is the closest I've ever stayed to the Convention Center, which was great.
Free parking was wonderful in a very safe and secure garage.
The apartment is clean and spacious.
Staff was very nice.
My only complaint is they were slow to communicate the check in and check out procedures.
I'll stay here again next year, I liked the place a lot.
- Debra (2/5): - They sent a confirmation 3 days before. When I got there they wouldn’t give me my room. Other places in the area said I should never book with them again. Don’t do it allot of people are having problems.
- Juliane (6/5): - There are many people outside of the building which is a locked building but the key is hard to use to open the door. The bar downstairs is super loud and you can’t open the windows because they are pLexi glassed shut.
- Amy (2/5): - I should have known it was too good to be true. I booked this on Feb. 6 2025 for a stay in March, the 11th through the 16th. I never received any information or communication from the property before our stay, as on the sight I was supposed to get an email 72 hours before arrival. They were not available the night we got there, at midnight, so we had to find another place to stay. The next morning I called the phone number to the property. I was told they would find my reservation and call me back, which they did not within an hour. I called a few more times with no response, just went to a message and a full voicemail box. At that time, I knew something wasn't right. I contacted Expedia, and they were able to speak to the property manager. Apparently, th property was not able to accommodate our stay due to maintenance, but had not communicated that with me abd never planned on letting me know. Expedia was awesome and got my money back, but it was really frustrating to deal bwith while traveling. I would not recommend anything that is managed by Chase properties in Baltimore.
